Abstract

The rapid growth of social media has transformed digital communication practices and influenced recent curriculum implementation in digital learning and communication studies. Video-based content has become an important medium for delivering educational and promotional messages because it combines visual, audio, and narrative elements that enhance audience attention and emotional engagement. However, the increasing volume of social media content creates intense competition, requiring adaptive communication strategies to improve interaction effectiveness. One widely applied approach is video storytelling, which delivers messages through structured and meaningful visual narratives. This study aims to analyze the integration of video storytelling strategies in recent curriculum implementation to enhance social media audience engagement, measured through indicators such as likes, comments, shares, and watch duration. This research applies a descriptive qualitative method supported by engagement analytics through observation of video storytelling content, documentation of interaction metrics, and literature review. This study proposes a platform-adaptive storytelling framework that explains differences in engagement patterns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube by emphasizing narrative structure, emotional engagement, and platform suitability. The findings show that concise storytelling, emotional appeal, visual consistency, and alignment with platform characteristics significantly influence audience interaction and retention. The study concludes that integrating video storytelling strategies into recent curriculum implementation provides an effective digital communication approach for improving audience engagement and supporting adaptive learning and communication practices in contemporary social media environments.

Abstract

The rapid acceleration of digital transformation has changed the way organizations formulate and implement business strategies, requiring firms to become more adaptive, data-driven, and responsive to dynamic market conditions. This study aims to examine how big data and artificial intelligence can be orchestrated as integrated strategic capabilities to support adaptive digital business strategy. Using a qualitative conceptual approach, this study applies a structured literature review and thematic synthesis to analyze previous studies related to big data capability, artificial intelligence capability, governance mechanisms, intelligent business insight, and strategic adaptability. The results show that big data functions as a strategic foundation by providing diverse information from customers, markets, operations, and digital platforms, while artificial intelligence acts as an intelligent decision engine that transforms data into predictions, recommendations, automation, and actionable business insights. The findings also indicate that governance and human decision-making are essential in ensuring that the use of big data and AI remains reliable, transparent, accountable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives. This study concludes that adaptive digital business strategy emerges from the continuous orchestration of data resources, AI systems, governance structures, human judgment, and strategic execution. The proposed framework contributes to digital business literature by explaining how AI-driven big data orchestration can improve decision quality, agility, competitiveness, innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable digital value creation. In addition, the discussion is expanded to include cybersecurity, data privacy, secure data processing, and AI risk management as critical enablers of large-scale data-driven business systems.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the way organizations manage work processes, make decisions, and achieve strategic goals. This study discusses digital leadership strategies to improve organizational performance in the era of technological transformation. The main problems addressed in this study are the low readiness of organizations to adopt digital technology, limited digital competence among leaders and employees, and employee resistance to change. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore the role of digital leadership in supporting technology-based business transformation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, limited observation, and documentation studies involving organizational leaders, managers, information technology staff, and employees engaged in digital transformation processes. The data were analyzed using thematic coding to identify key themes related to digital leadership strategies, digital culture, technology adoption, employee readiness, and organizational performance. Data validity was strengthened through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings show that digital leadership plays an important role in building a clear digital vision, improving digital literacy, supporting data driven decision making, encouraging innovation, and creating an adaptive work culture. These strategies can improve operational efficiency, employee productivity, service quality, innovation, and organizational competitiveness. Overall, digital leadership is an important factor in supporting the success of technological transformation and creating sustainable organizational performance.
