Abstract

This study was conducted to entrepreneur’s shirt screen printing in the City and County of Bandung with a sample of 253 employers. The purpose of this study to determine, assess and analyze Central Purchasing, Purchasing Situation and Purchase Decision Process Team Success Top Candidates for Public Officials attribute Shirt Campaign Against Product Policy and Its Impact on Business Performance. The research method is descriptive and verification. Descriptive method using balanced assessment of the variables of the study. Were data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling (SEM). Descriptive research results prove that, Central Purchasing, Situation Purchase, Purchase Decision Process and Product Policy and Business Performance in the category 'Not Good heading Very Good', but its achievement is still not optimal. The results verification proves that there is a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously either directly or indirectly from the Central Purchasing, Purchasing Situation and Purchase Decision Process to Product Policy where the most dominant is the central purchasing. There is a positive and significant influence on Business Performance Product Policy.

Abstract

Talun Sub-District, Sumedang Regency, is one of the sub-districts in the Sumedang bank district in Sumedang, this research was caused by unsatisfactory service. Based on this, this study aims to determine services and efforts to overcome service problems in the Talun Village, Sumedang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method approach with the research variable being service. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The research informants were: Lurah, civil servants and the Talun Village Community, Sumedang Regency. Research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with steps including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results showed that services in the Talun Village, Sumedang Regency, that the dimensions of physical evidence (tangibles), facilities and infrastructure were equipped again, toilet facilities were added, the dimensions of reliability (reliability), technical services were quite fast, dimensions of responsiveness (responsiveness), in dealing with complaints from the public, has been reduced by the addition of employees, dimensions of assurance or certainty (assurance), employees greet and ask the needs of every member of the public who comes by showing good manners, and dimensions of empathy (emphaty), the attention and care of employees given to the community optimally by giving a smile and greeting directly to the community according to the applicable SOP. For the Talun Village, Sumedang Regency, to be able to carry out the determination of service principles as a whole in accordance with the capabilities and seating of existing facilities, considering that the determination of service principles is very helpful in achieving service goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievement of the implementation of education quality planning and work productivity in improving the performance of the Sumedang Regency Education Office through eight National Education Standards. Based on accreditation data and barriers to achieving National Education Standards for primary and secondary education, Early Childhood Education and Community Education. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained from school principals, school supervisors, and the Education Office, and based on purposive sampling of elementary schools in the urban area of Sumedang Regency. Secondary data was obtained from interviews while primary data was obtained from the implementation of eight national education standards. Based on the results of the research, it shows that there are three educational standards that still need attention, namely the standards of educators and educational staff, standards of facilities and infrastructure and graduate competency standards. Obstacles encountered in fulfilling standards at the level of educational units are mainly the standards of educators and education staff, standards of facilities and infrastructure and standards of financing. Thus, not all educational standards have been met by schools. Efforts that need to be made in achieving national education standards are that it is necessary to carry out continuous coaching of schools and school principals. For fulfilling the standards of educators and education staff, facilities and infrastructure standards and financing standards, those who are responsible for fulfilling them are the central government and local governments through education financing policies. Abstract

The essence of the problem in this research is that the performance of employees at PT Fuzi Citra Mandiri has not been optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work ethic on employee performance, the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri. This study used a descriptive analytical method with a survey approach, quantitative methods, data collection techniques namely observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance is 96.2%, the effect of work ethic on employee performance is 54.2% and the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri is 67.4% and there are still 32.6% other factors. The results of testing the hypothesis that f count = 6.133 and f table = 3.35, the hypothesis which states that simultaneously work discipline and work ethic have an influence on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri.

Abstract

The essence of this research is to determine the influence of the police professional code of ethics, organizational commitment and service quality on the performance of Polri members in the Sumedang Police Station. The method used is a quantitative research method. The research results prove that the Police Professional Code of Ethics and Organizational Commitment influence the Quality of Service in the Sumedang Police Environment. The magnitude of the influence of the Police Professional Code of Ethics and Organizational Commitment on Service Quality is 85.1%. The Police Professional Code of Ethics and Organizational Commitment influence the Performance of Police Officers in the Sumedang Police Station. The magnitude of the influence of the Police Professional Code of Ethics and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Police Members is 87.1%. The Police Professional Code of Ethics, Organizational Commitment and Service Quality influence the Performance of Police Officers in the Sumedang Police Station. The results of the regression test obtained the value Z = z + b1X1+ b2X2+Y = -7.578+0.170X1+0.348X2+ 0.358Y, meaning that a constant of -7.578 indicates that there is no increase in the value of the variables Professional Code for Police Ethics (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Service Quality (Y), Performance of Police Members (Z) is -7.578. The simultaneous contribution of the Police Professional Code of Ethics (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Service Quality which has a direct influence on the Performance of Police Officers (Z) is R2square = 0.886 or 88.6%, the remaining 0.114 or 11.4% is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study.

Abstract

The growth of fintech, especially the P2P lending model, has simplified the procedure of borrowing money and made it faster and easier. The main advantage of online loans, especially through fintech platforms, is their ease of use. The existence of online lending fintech brings positive impacts as well as negative risks for society. Some aspects that need to be considered regarding this negative impact include, Consumer Misunderstanding, Material and Non-Material Losses, Privacy Concerns, Unethical Billing. The aim of this activity is to educate the public to understand financial technology (fintech), one of which is online loans in an effort to prevent consumer behavior. This educational method is a community gathering activity, where the people present are given an understanding of the development of financial technology and online loans.

Abstract

This study aims: to find out the service quality of the PDAM apparatus of the Sumedang Utara Subdistrict Branch of the Sumedang District, to find out what factors influence the service quality of the PDAM of the Sumedang Utara Subdistrict of the Sumedang District, to find out how to improve the service quality of the PDAM of the Sumedang Utara Subdistrict of the Sumedang District. The research method used in this research is analytical descriptive. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. With research informants: Head of Branch, Head of General Section, Head of Public Relations, Head of Production, Employee Implementation. The Data Collection Techniques were carried out, namely the study of literature and field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documents. While the Data Processing Procedure in this study, namely Data Reduction, Data Display, Data Conclusion Drawing / Verification, and Triangulation. Based on the results of the study concluded that the service quality of the Tirta Medal PDAM North Sumedang Branch of Sumedang Regency: Physical evidence (tangibles), good appearance of the officers / apparatus in serving customers, comfort of the place to perform services. Reliability, the accuracy of officers in serving, has clear service standards. Responsiveness, responding to every customer / applicant who wants to get service, officers / apparatus perform services quickly and accurately. Guarantee (assurance), officers provide timely guarantees in service, guarantee costs in service, guarantee legality in service. Empathy (emphaty), prioritizing the interests of customers / applicants, officers serving with a friendly attitude and courtesy.

Abstract

Marketing management in an educational institution is very important. This is the desire of education consumers to know what is in the school. In that case, an education management strategy is needed to carry out good and correct marketing according to existing conditions. When marketing a school , what must be considered is the quality of the school as something that will be offered to the market. The implementation of an education marketing management strategy will be good if it is supported by good school quality. However, there are still schools that have not integrated the two well. This research aims to determine the education managementt strategy carried out at MTs Darul Hikmah, Tangjungkerta District, Sumedang Regency and to determine the quality of school at MTs Darul Hikmah . The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that MTs Darul Hikmah, Tangjungkerta District, Sumedang Regency has implemented an education marketing management strategy and the quality of the school is quite good, although improvements are still needed for the future

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on the work discipline of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Garut Regency Transportation Service. The research method used is quantitative with data analysis techniques using the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient test and determination test. Data was obtained from the Garut Regency Transportation Service through interviews, questionnaires, observations and literature studies. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership and ASN work discipline, with a Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.821. The determination test shows that leadership's contribution to work discipline is 67.4%, while 32.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis analysis using the t test confirms that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The conclusion of this research shows that effective leaders can influence the level of work discipline of ASNs in the Garut Regency Transportation Service. The implication is that increasing leadership is expected to improve work discipline and organizational performance. However, other factors such as motivation, incentives and personal abilities also need to be considered in strategic planning for the development of sustainable work discipline. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Garut Regency Transportation Service   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman dan uji determinasi. Data diperoleh dari Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Garut melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja ASN, dengan koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar 0,821. Uji determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 67.4%, sementara 32.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Analisis hipotesis dengan uji t menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin yang efektif dapat memengaruhi tingkat disiplin kerja ASN di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Garut. Implikasinya, peningkatan kepemimpinan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja dan kinerja organisasi. Meski demikian, faktor lain seperti motivasi, insentif, dan kemampuan personal juga perlu diperhatikan dalam perencanaan strategis untuk pengembangan disiplin kerja yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan teknologi digital dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja layanan publik di instansi pemerintah. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perencanaan SDM yang sistematis secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja layanan publik, dengan koefisien beta sebesar 0,45 dan nilai signifikansi p=0,000. Di sisi lain, integrasi teknologi, terutama dalam bentuk penggunaan analitik data dan platform digital, memberikan dampak terbesar dengan koefisien beta 0,55 dan nilai signifikansi p=0,000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang efektif, termasuk dalam peramalan tenaga kerja dan analisis kesenjangan, serta penerapan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengambilan keputusan, berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja layanan publik. Meskipun kinerja layanan publik telah memenuhi harapan masyarakat dalam hal efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar sinergi antara perencanaan SDM dan teknologi digital diperkuat untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengambil kebijakan di sektor publik untuk memperkuat pelatihan berbasis teknologi dan meningkatkan infrastruktur digital dalam rangka mendukung tata kelola yang lebih baik.
