<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan kerja dan keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kinerja karyawan pada PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik Surabaya. Aktivitas operasional perusahaan logistik memiliki tingkat risiko kerja yang cukup tinggi sehingga penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Permasalahan yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas kerja karyawan masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti tekanan pekerjaan, kondisi lingkungan kerja, serta tingkat keselamatan kerja yang belum berjalan secara optimal pada beberapa aktivitas operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik Surabaya yang dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kinerja karyawan karena penerapan prosedur keselamatan kerja membantu tenaga kerja menjalankan aktivitas pekerjaan secara lebih aman dan terarah. Kesehatan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kinerja karyawan karena kondisi kerja yang sehat membantu tenaga kerja meningkatkan konsentrasi dan efektivitas penyelesaian pekerjaan. Kondisi tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa peningkatan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja memiliki hubungan terhadap efektivitas operasional perusahaan dan kemampuan tenaga kerja dalam mencapai target pekerjaan secara optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety on employee productivity performance at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik Surabaya. The operational activities of logistics companies have a relatively high level of work risk, therefore the implementation of occupational health and safety becomes an important aspect in supporting the effectiveness of company operations. The problems identified indicate that employee productivity still faces several obstacles such as work pressure, work environment conditions, and the level of work safety that has not been implemented optimally in several operational activities of the company. This study employed a quantitative approach using an associative method. Research data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik Surabaya who served as research respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that occupational safety had a positive effect on employee productivity performance because the implementation of work safety procedures helps employees carry out work activities more safely and systematically. Occupational health also showed a positive effect on employee productivity performance because healthy working conditions help employees improve concentration and effectiveness in completing work tasks. These conditions indicate that improving occupational health and safety has a relationship with the effectiveness of company operations and employees’ ability to achieve work targets optimally.]]>
