Abstract

This study examines the acquisition of phonologyiand morphologyiin childreniage 0-2 yearsithe peopleihis parents communicate usingiIndonesianiin everyday life, while the surrounding environment uses the regional language (Javanese). ResearchiThis states that language development in children can vary between individuals, with different rates of development, which are influenced by age factors, parental abilities, and the active role of the environment in supporting development. This type of research is descriptive research.iqualitative where the data produced is in the form of oral speech which is then transcribed into written form. The method applied in collecting data related to phonological acquisitioniand morphologyionichildren aged 0-2 yearsicovers a wide rangenapproach.nResultsifromistudyiThisiexpectedncaniprovide a deeper understanding ofnFactors that influence children's language acquisition in the early stages of their development.

Abstract

The poetry anthology ‘Rajawali Satu Sayap’ by Ulfatin C.H in this research is studied from the stylistic aspect using semiotic approach. This research aims to find and analyse stylistic elements such as diction, imagery, figurative language, and meaning found in the poetry anthology ‘Rajawali Satu Sayap’ by Ulfatin C.H. Descriptive qualitative method with content analysis technique is the method used in this research. The meaning of the signalling system and language signs in the poems is revealed through a semiotic approach. The results show some stylistic peculiarities in the anthology ‘Rajawali Satu Sayap’, including (1) the use of diction dominated by connotative and philosophical words, (2) the use of strong images, especially visual and kinesthetic images, (3) the use of figurative language dominated by metaphor and personification, and (4) meanings that describe life struggles, spirituality, and social criticism. This study contributes to the development of stylistic studies of modern Indonesian poetry using a semiotic approach.

Abstract

This research tries to  describe the forms  of expressive speech acts found in Pia Davina's novel "Friends with Bittersweet Love" (FWB). This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The expressive speech acts found in the FWB novel "Friends with Bittersweet Love" by Pia Davina are the data source for this research. To collect data, documentation techniques, namely note-taking techniques, are used to discover and record various styles of expression found in new texts. It is hoped that this research can increase our understanding of how novel characters use language to express their feelings and emotions, as well as how expressive speech acts contribute to the development of story lines and characters.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the development and acquisition of language in children aged 2.5 years using qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are used by analyzing and collecting non-numerical data. This study collected data through direct observation, listening, and speaking. The data obtained consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data came from the subjects studied directly from the observation, listening, and speaking phases; secondary data came from people around the subjects studied. Jenar Azmya Dzulhijjah's speech was the subject of the study. The results of the study showed that children had acquired various types of speech, such as occurrence, consonant substitution, consonant deletion, and word truncation. There are speeches that can be pronounced correctly, correctly, and clearly, but there are also speeches that cannot be pronounced correctly.

Abstract

This research describes children’s language acquisition (L2), especially Indonesian, which is influenced by their mother tongue (B1), namely the regional language. This research is included in qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained in this research is linguistic data regarding language acquisition. The focus of this research is children’s language acquisition, especially Indonesian, which is influenced by their mother tongue and regional languages. Samples were collected from two geographically different areas. Namely the people of Jepara city and the people of Solo city. This research uses documentation techniques for data collection. The documents analyzed in this research are the languages that are dominant in Jepara and Solo society and are related to the acquisition of Indonesian. The validity of the data used is determined by theoretical triangulation. Data analysis in this research consists of several elements, namely data reduction or data selection (data selection and sorting), data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that children’s language acquisition (L2) is largely error-free and error-free. This is because children are still influenced by their mother tongue (B1). The mother tongue influences the correct and appropriate pronunciation of Indonesian (B2). This error usually occurs in Indonesian words that are similar to mother tongue vocabulary (B1).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perkembangan bahasa pada anak, yang merupakan proses alami yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan kognitif dan sosial mereka. Pemerolehan bahasa pada anak mencakup beberapa aspek, antara lain fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, serta perkembangan pragmatik dan semantik. Proses pemerolehan bahasa berlangsung secara bertahap, dimulai dari kemampuan bayi untuk mengoceh dan mengenali kata-kata sederhana, hingga akhirnya mampu menggabungkan kata-kata menjadi kalimat yang lebih kompleks. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan bahasa anak meliputi evolusi biologis, kematangan kognitif, dan lingkungan sosial. Pada usia 0-3 tahun, anak mulai menguasai aspek fonologi, diikuti dengan perkembangan morfologi dan sintaksis pada usia 3-5 tahun. Selain itu, faktor lingkungan, seperti komunikasi yang aktif dan positif dari orang tua serta stimulasi yang tepat, memainkan peran penting dalam mempercepat pemerolehan bahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur untuk menggambarkan tahapan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemerolehan bahasa pada anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa anak tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor biologis dan kognitif, tetapi juga oleh interaksi sosial dan stimulasi verbal yang diterima dari orang dewasa di lingkungan sekitar mereka.
