Abstract

Sampah merupakan permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi oleh manusia setiap harinya, baik di kota besar maupun pedesaan. Hal ini ditimbulkan karena aktifitas manusia. Meningkatnya sampah di kota Surabaya ini cukup tinggi. Mengingat Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan terbesar kedua. Secara tidak langsung, hal ini mempengaruhi peningkatan volume sampah yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat kota. Sampah yang dihasilkan, salah satunnya sampah kemasan foil yang biasa digunakan untuk pembungkus makanan ringan, dan juga minuman sachet. Sejauh ini material tersebut, sudah dimanfaatkan oleh para pengerajin untuk kerajinann sederhana seperti hiasan bunga, baju daur ulang untuk lomba, dan juga produk fesyen. Namun pengolahannya masih sederhana sehingga harga jualnya masih rendah. Permasalahan tersebut, mendorong peneliti untuk memberikan sebuah inovasi dalam pengolahan sampah plastik kemasan foil dengan teknik hot textile, dalam penerapan desain produk aksesoris fesyen, agar memilki nilai jual yang tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement in numeracy skills in children by using lotto numbers media at PAUD Naiambaton in North Lebong Sub-District. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a cyclical procedure. The subjects of this research were the children of Group B at PAUD Naiambaton, totaling 20 children. The research was conducted over two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. Data analysis was done both qualitatively and quantitatively, with the emphasis used to determine the improvement in the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement in results using percentages. The results of improving numeracy skills in children using Lotto numbers media at PAUD Naiambaton in cycle I, meeting I was 37.5%, in cycle I, meeting II was 47.25%, cycle II, meeting I was 57.25%, and cycle II, meeting II was 80%. The conclusion of the research is that the media can improve numeracy skills in children at PAUD Naiambaton, North Lebong sub-district, as evidenced in cycle II, meeting II with an achievement percentage of 80% with the criteria of being very well developed (BSB). Key Words: Numeracy Skills, Lotto NumbersAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berhitung pada anak dengan menggunakan media lotto angka di PAUD Naiambaton Kecamatan Lebong Utara. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau disebut juga Classroom action research dengan prosedur yang digunakan berbentuk siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di PAUD Naiambaton yang berjumlah 20 orang anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dua pertemuan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitaif dengan penekananya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dugunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil dengan menggunakan presentase. Hasil peningkatan kemampuan berhitung pada anak dengan menggunakan media lotto angka di PAUD Naiambaton pada siklus I pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 37,5%, di siklus ke I pertemuan ke II  dengan presentase 47,25%, siklus ke II pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 57,25% dan siklus II pertemuan ke II dengan presentase 80%. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa menggunakan media lotto angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung pada anak di PAUD Naiambaton kecamatan lebong utara, terbukti pada siklus II pertemuan Ke II terjadi peningkatan dengan hasil presentase pencapaian sebesar 80% dengan kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB).Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Berhitung, Lotto Angka

Abstract

Literary works always provide moral messages related to human traits, fighting for human rights and dignity. This analysis aims to describe the moral values ​​in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye. The data source for this analysis is the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye with a total of 327 pages which will be published in 2022. The form of the data from this analysis is in the form of sentence excerpts in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye which are related to moral values. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The approach taken in this analysis uses a moral approach. The results of the analysis are in the form of issues regarding human moral values ​​in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye in the form of human relations with their God, human relations with themselves, human relations with other human beings

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perusahaan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk yang mengalami fenomena kenaikan dan penurunan laba bersih setiap tahunnya. Adapun yang dapat mempengaruhi laba bersih adalah biaya operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan biaya operasional dengan laba bersih pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Metode deskriptif bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel sendiri atau perkembangan variabel mandiri. Dan asosiatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan biaya operasional dengan laba bersih. Dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode statistik dengan bantuan SPSS 25, dengan uji asumsi klasik dan analisa statistik (regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana dan koefisien determinasi). Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil perkembangan biaya operasional dan laba bersih secara keseluruhan mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan (fluktuatif). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, nilai koefisien korelasi 0,115 hal ini berarti menunjukkan hubungan antara keduanya sangat rendah. Sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,013 yang berarti kontribusi biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih yaitu sebesar 1,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari persamaan regresi sederhana Y=26220.884+0.042X artinya apabila biaya operasional dinaikan 1% maka laba bersih akan naik sebesar 4,2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of return on investment in the investment portfolio of PT. Jasa Raharja for the period 2013 to 2022. This research method uses a quantitative method involving the process of collecting secondary data for ten years, then conducting a financial ratio analysis followed by multiple regression analysis, then describing the interpretation of the research results. The results of the financial ratio analysis using the net investment income ratio showed that in each period the level of return on the investment portfolio tended to continue to decline from 10% in 2013 to 6.89% in 2022. The results of the normality test to test the sample obtained a normally distributed sample, then the results of the multiple regression test showed that the results of the investment portfolio and the value of the investment portfolio together affected the net investment income ratio. In this study, the company was less than optimal in managing its investment funds. Therefore, the company is less able to rely on the investment returns obtained to add new investment funds in the next period. If this happens continuously, the company in meeting funds for payment of claim expenses and other company operational expenses can only rely on premium income from customers so that the company's profits are low.

Abstract

Perumda BPR Garut as a microfinance institution has a big challenge in managing non-performing loans (NPL), which can affect their financial performance. This study aims to analyse the effect of NPL on Return on Assets (ROA) at Perumda BPR Garut. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and simple regression analysis. The population of this study is the financial data of Perumda BPR Garut in the period 2018-2023, with samples taken using purposive sampling technique, consisting of six years of financial data. This research was conducted at Perumda BPR Garut, focusing on the relationship between NPL and ROA. The results show that NPL has a negative effect on ROA, which indicates that an increase in the number of non-performing loans will reduce the level of bank profitability. On the other hand, total assets are found to have a positive effect on ROA, which indicates that larger assets can improve the bank's financial performance. This study provides important implications regarding credit risk management, where a reduction in NPLs can improve ROA, which in turn contributes to better financial performance.
