Caregivers' forgiveness and psychological well-being measured using Heartland Forgiveness Scale for Caregiver, Forgiveness Checklist, Psychological Well-Being Scale, and Psychological Well-Being Checklist. Data analysis through visual inspection revealed that participants' forgiveness and psychological well-being score increased during and after therapy and descriptive analysis showed that participants experienced therapeutic impacts in psychological well-being dimensions. However, this result could not be confirmed as the effect of therapy since the baseline of psychological well-being for these three participants appeared to be unstable. Abstract

Marriage readiness is considered an important issue to be studied. The high rates of marital problems which impact social issues have been attributed to the lack of marriage readiness. Number of studies have tried to define and explain marriage readiness indices. However, there are various limitations due to how this concept is very much influenced by cultural factors, as is the case in Indonesia which is famous for its variety of cultures in every region. This study was conducted to make a comparison between perceived marriage readiness between Javanese people, as the representation of the largest population in Indonesia and regions outside Java as the comparison group. Data was collected using open-ended surveys with 207 participants coming from all over Indonesia. The results were analyzed using thematic coding which describes marriage readiness factors and personal perception of marriage readiness among Indonesians. Implications for this study are discussed, especially for evaluation and development of existing marital guidance programs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital mental health platforms are increasingly emerging. These platforms provide psychological interventions and offer mental health-related content through their social media accounts on Instagram. While this content can raise awareness about mental health, it may also lead to misunderstandings and increase the risk of self-diagnosis. A recent study utilized content analysis to describe the characteristics of mental health-related content on Instagram. The results showed that the most dominant content category is romantic and family relationships, followed by life problems and psychological disorders, recovery and self-love, social media engagement, psychological knowledge, and finally, work and social relationships as the smallest category. Further investigation into science-based content is needed.
