Abstract

The online fashion industry is rapidly growing due to advancements in digital technology and changes in consumer behavior. This article explores effective digital marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of online fashion businesses, with a focus on SMEs. These strategies include the use of digital advertising, social media, and marketplaces. Social media, particularly Instagram, is highly effective in building brand awareness and increasing engagement through features like Stories, Reels, and Shopping. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of digital marketing as a primary solution to maintain business continuity. Training in digital marketing strategies is crucial for SMEs to understand and apply effective techniques such as SEO, SEM, and content marketing. SEO improves website rankings in search results, SEM uses paid ads for quick results, and content marketing focuses on creating relevant content. Digital analysis tools like Google Analytics help companies understand content performance and make necessary adjustments. With the right strategy, online fashion companies can achieve success in the digital era.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness of the importance of maintaining coastal environmental cleanliness through a beach clean-up movement at Panrita Lopi Beach, Muara Badak District. This activity was motivated by the presence of waste scattered along the coastal area, which negatively affects environmental quality, visitor comfort, and the sustainability of the coastal ecosystem. The method applied was a participatory action approach, involving students and local communities directly in environmental education and beach clean-up activities. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and simple interviews to assess initial conditions, implementation processes, and changes after the activity. The results indicate that the beach clean-up movement significantly improved coastal cleanliness, increased community participation, and fostered collective awareness in maintaining environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the improved beach condition contributed positively to visitor comfort and enhanced the potential attractiveness of the area as a local tourism destination. This activity demonstrates that collaboration between students and the community can serve as an effective strategy for preserving coastal ecosystems while supporting the development of sustainable, environmentally based tourism.

Abstract

Penentuan sales executive terbaik merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan, khususnya pada dealer otomotif, karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap pencapaian target penjualan dan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah proses penilaian yang masih bersifat subjektif dan belum menggunakan metode yang terstruktur, sehingga hasilnya kurang objektif dan konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan sales executive terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) sebagai solusi berbasis pengambilan keputusan multikriteria. Data yang digunakan merupakan data internal dealer Mitsubishi yang mencakup beberapa alternatif sales executive dengan kriteria penilaian berupa pencapaian target penjualan, kedisiplinan, kemampuan komunikasi, dan kualitas pelayanan. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahap pemilihan data, pra-pemrosesan data, penentuan kriteria pembobotan, implementasi metode, hingga perangkingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA mampu menghasilkan nilai preferensi dan urutan peringkat sales executive secara objektif dan sistematis. Alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi ditetapkan sebagai sales executive terbaik. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan transparan serta mendukung evaluasi kinerja berbasis data yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Elite’s Coffee Café still relies on manual transaction recording and sales data management processes, which often lead to recording errors, delays in report generation, and inefficient transaction data management. These issues reduce operational efficiency and make it difficult for the owner to monitor sales accurately.This study aims to design and develop an Android-based Point of Sale (POS) application to support sales transactions, product data management, and automatic sales report generation. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The application was built on the Android platform with an integrated database to store and manage transaction data.The results show that the developed POS application simplifies transaction processing, accelerates sales recording, reduces data entry errors, and generates sales reports automatically in real time. Based on the testing results, all main features of the application function according to user requirements.In conclusion, the Android-based Point of Sale (POS) application for Elite’s Coffee Café successfully improves operational efficiency, speeds up customer service, and enables more accurate and organized sales data management.
