Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut peningkatan kompetensi teknis di kalangan siswa SMK, khususnya dalam merancang dan mengelola jaringan client‑server. Cisco Packet Tracer, sebagai software simulasi jaringan, telah terbukti menjadi alat bantu efektif dalam pembelajaran jaringan komputer. Melalui pelatihan ini, siswa dan siswi SMK Harapan Mekar 1 Medan diperkenalkan secara langsung pada penerapan model client‑server, mencakup perancangan topologi, konfigurasi perangkat, serta pengujian layanan server seperti DHCP, DNS, HTTP dan FTP di lingkungan simulasi. Metodologi pelatihan dirancang komprehensif, diawali dengan penyampaian materi teori dasar jaringan, dilanjutkan demonstrasi penggunaan Cisco Packet Tracer, dan dilanjutkan praktik mandiri oleh peserta dalam membangun dan mengevaluasi topologi client‑server terhadap siswa siswi. Pembelajaran terdahulu menunjukkan efektivitas penggunaan Packet Tracer dalam konteks serupa, dimana siswa praktik simulasi server to client‑server dapat memahami konfigurasi IP, routing, dan troubleshooting yang lebih baik. Hasil evaluasi pasca pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan teknis peserta. Siswa mampu merancang jaringan client‑server fungsional, mengkonfigurasi layanan server, dan mendeteksi serta memperbaiki kendala konektivitas. Software ini membantu mengatasi keterbatasan infrastruktur fisik, memungkinkan eksplorasi pengaturan kompleks tanpa biaya tinggi. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan prestasi belajar, tetapi juga membangkitkan antusiasme, kreativitas, serta kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menerapkan pengetahuan teoritis ke konteks praktis. Pendekatan ini direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran inovatif di SMK, guna mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan dunia industri berbasis jaringan komputer.

The industrial revolution and globalization have necessitated the adoption of distance learning, which can be implemented effectively through technology without compromising quality. Technology has become integral to human life, revolutionizing how we work, socialize, and learn. The educational sector has embraced technological advancements to create innovative and engaging learning experiences. E-Learning, a prime example, leverages electronic media and the Internet to provide flexible and accessible learning opportunities. Using smartphones, laptops, or PCs allows students to learn from anywhere at any time, saving time and costs. Abstract

This study aims to analyse and describe the digital marketing optimisation strategies implemented by Gudang Wale to increase onion sales through the Facebook marketplace. This study also identifies effective digital marketing strategies and reveals the obstacles faced in implementing digital marketing in this marketplace. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 8 informants consisting of the owner of Gudang Wale, senior management, IT staff, digital marketing staff, operational staff, and regular consumers. Informants were determined using purposive sampling techniques. The results show that the digital marketing optimisation strategy is not yet fully effective, with the main obstacles including limited technological knowledge, inadequate IT infrastructure, and unattractive product displays. Although the use of the Facebook marketplace influences consumer behaviour, fierce competition and difficulty in finding products are challenges for consumers. Barriers to digital marketing optimisation impact the effectiveness of sales growth. Therefore, Gudang Wale needs to improve its digital strategy by utilising more advanced technology and enhancing the appeal of its content on the Facebook marketplace to overcome existing barriers and significantly increase onion sales.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of building a sales information system in the raw publisher PT Battuta Jaya Center and to assist company management in providing sales. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perbedaan Multimedia User Experience (MUX) terhadap keterlibatan pengguna pada dua platform kuis digital berbasis gamifikasi, yaitu ZEP Quiz dan Quizizz. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif, penelitian ini melibatkan instrumen User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan analisis Independent Sample t-test. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan seluruh indikator MUX dan keterlibatan pengguna memiliki nilai Cronbach’s Alpha antara 0,861–0,903, menandakan reliabilitas tinggi. Secara deskriptif, ZEP Quiz unggul dalam kualitas visual dan interaktivitas, sementara Quizizz lebih menonjol pada aspek navigasi dan umpan balik. Uji t menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p < 0,01) di seluruh dimensi MUX. Dari sisi keterlibatan pengguna, ZEP Quiz menghasilkan keterlibatan emosional lebih tinggi, sedangkan Quizizz unggul dalam keterlibatan kognitif dan perilaku. Analisis log menunjukkan bahwa ZEP Quiz mendorong durasi eksplorasi lebih lama (312 detik), sementara Quizizz lebih efisien dengan tingkat penyelesaian 97%. Kesimpulan, keseimbangan antara estetika visual, efisiensi navigasi, dan interaktivitas multimedia menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna pada sistem kuis digital berbasis gamifikasi. Pengembang sistem digital disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan interaktivitas dan umpan balik real-time tanpa mengorbankan kesederhanaan navigasi.

Abstract

A fuzzy logic model can be applied in predicting the risk of work accidents, where an intelligent framework that integrates the Internet of Things (IoT). Fuzzy Logic Model, Work accident risk, and Safety Recommendation Engine (SRE) for predicting the risk of work accidents in a smart construction environment. Existing construction safety systems generally use a threshold-based approach and are not yet able to provide transparency in decision-making. To overcome these limitations, this study uses parameters such as working temperature, noise level, worker fatigue, compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and distance to hazardous areas. A total of 500 synthetic work safety scenarios were built based on construction project conditions validated by OHS experts. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the proposed framework with Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, and Fuzzy Mamdani. The results of the study show that this model design has better classification performance and is able to explain the factors causing risk through the Risk Explanation Index (REI). In addition, the Safety Recommendation Engine successfully produces mitigation recommendations according to the dominant factors causing risk. This research contributes to the development of Artificial Intelligence Models in work safety management and supports the implementation of Smart Construction. Abstract

Implementasi Algoritma Machine Learning untuk Menganalisis Pola Tingkah Laku dalam Menggunakan Internet merupakan upaya untuk memahami dan menganalisis pola perilaku pengguna internet secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren, preferensi, dan kebiasaan pengguna internet menggunakan teknik pembelajaran mesin. Penggunaan data besar yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas daring, seperti pencarian, keterlibatan di media sosial, dan cara penggunaan aplikasi, memungkinkan penerapan algoritma pembelajaran mesin untuk menarik informasi berharga. Ini selanjutnya dapat membantu meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, memperkuat keamanan data, serta merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Studi ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap, termasuk pengumpulan data, persiapan data, pemilihan fitur, pelatihan model pembelajaran mesin, penilaian performa, dan analisis hasil. Temuan dari analisis pola perilaku pengguna internet dapat memberikan wawasan yang signifikan bagi penyedia layanan internet, pengembang aplikasi, dan peneliti dalam memahami preferensi pengguna, meningkatkan layanan, serta menciptakan produk dan strategi bisnis yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta harapan pengguna.Dengan demikian, penggunaan algoritma machine learning dalam menganalisis pola perilaku penggunaan internet memiliki potensi besar untuk memperdalam pemahaman dalam bidang ini dan mendukung pengembangan layanan serta produk yang lebih responsif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Modern industrial technology development demands high efficiency levels and zero downtime for production machinery. The phenomenon of machine fatigue, which accumulates due to excessive workload without early detection, frequently triggers sudden catastrophic failures. This study aims to propose an intelligent monitoring model based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with fuzzy logic to detect machine fatigue in real-time. A DS18B20 temperature sensor and an MPU6050 accelerometer vibration sensor are implemented on the physical layer to perform actual data acquisition aligned with ISO 10816-3 standard. These physical parameters are then transmitted to a cloud server via the MQTT protocol, where the Mamdani fuzzy logic method processes the inputs to generate the machine's status. The research results show that this model successfully detects and classifies machine fatigue into Safe, Warning, and Danger statuses with 100% prediction accuracy matching MATLAB simulations, and demonstrates an average transmission latency of 0.86 seconds (well below 1.2 seconds). This system is proven reliable to be integrated as a key decision part of preventive maintenance strategy in modern manufacturing.

Abstract

This activity is very important to provide additional skills to SMK Harapan Mekar 1 Medan, especially in terms of social communities, flood disasters, and automatic irrigation systems. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve technological understanding for teachers and students of SMK Harapan Mekar 1 Medan through training in the use of Arduino Uno and sensors. The background of this activity is the lack of additional skills programs that support technology-based learning and relevant innovation. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach, which actively involves participants in designing and implementing sensor-based projects. The results of this activity show a clear increase in participant competency, with an average post-test score (84.57) higher than the pre-test (67.50). The training evaluation shows that 75% of participants successfully completed the final project that combines Arduino Uno and ultrasonic sensors and automatic alarm sensors into a prototype automation system. In addition, 75% of participants also successfully completed a simple project prototype, such as an automatic alarm system. This activity shows that the use of Arduino Uno and sensors can be an effective tool in developing critical and creative thinking skills, while supporting the Pancasila Student Profile.
