Abstract

Consumer buying interest are nfluenced by the taste of food and service quality factor. Small shop must be able to choose a strategic taste of food and provide good quality service towards consumers to beat others in competition. Taste of food as a potential strategic weapon to beat competitors.Quality of service as an important factor toinfluence consumer buying interest. Strategic taste of food andgood service are able to increase consumer buying interest on the product selling. The purpose of this study is to find out or analyze the influence of taste of food and quality of service towards consumer buyinginterest at Sate Padang Kupak. This research was conducted at Sate Padang Kupak.The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research.The results shows that the taste of food variable and quality of service make a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously towards consumer buying interest at Sate Padang Kupak. 37,1% ofR Square value shows that 37,1%ability of taste of food (X1) and quality of service(X2) variablesare able to influence consumer buyinginterest (Y) at Sate Padang Kupak while the remaining62,9% are the influence of other independent variables that are not explained or not analyzed by researcher in this study such as product quality, product distribution or prices variables.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the COVID-19 on the income of the culinary business in the Tanjung Sari sub-district,Medan Selayang sub-district, Medan city. This study aims to determine the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic onthe economic situation in the community, especially in small and medium businesses, namely culinary businesses. The datacollection process was carried out by conducting interviews with several traders who sell culinary in Tanjung Sari village,namely along Jalan Setia Budi around it, totaling 15 Culinary Business. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptivemethod. The results of the study show that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is that the level of people's purchasingpower decreases due to decreased income so that the income of traders, especially culinary traders, is discussed in thisstudy.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether the liquidity ratio of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Cash Ratio (CR) affects changes inprofit at PT. Bank Of North Sumatra period 2005-2011. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, multiplelinear regressions and hypothesis tests that use t- statistics to test partial regression coefficients as well as F - statistics totest the meaning of influence together - equal to a significant rate of 0.05 (5%). The results showed that partially thevariables loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and cash ratio (CR) had no effect and no significant effect on the change in profit at PT.Bank Sumut period 2005 - 2011 because t table is greater than t calculated with a significance value level of less than 5%.Simultaneous testing shows that all independent variables namely Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Cash Ratio (CR) haveno effect and are insignificant to the change in profit because F table is greater than F calculated with a significance valuelevel of less than 5%. Then the predictive ability of the two variables to the change in profit of 14.7%, while the remaining85.3% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh prestasi kerja, jabatan kerja, kepemimpinan transformal dan kepedulain lingkungan, baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMA yang ada di Indonesia melalui variabel displin kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMA yang ada di seluruh Indonesia yang berjumlah 13.365 jiwa dan metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dimana jumlah sampel yang ada setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 40 orang guru SMA di seluruh Indonesia. Adapun analisa data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode structural equation model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel prestasi kerja, jabatan kerja, kepemimpinan transformal dan kepedulian lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap variabel prouktivitas guru SMA yang ada di Indonesia, keempat variabel ini juga berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja. Secara simultan variabel prestasi kerja, jabatan kerja, kepemimpinan transformal dan kepedulian lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui variabel disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dimana hal ini membuat kinerja guru menjadi lebih baik, serta mampu menciptakan model pembelajaran yang baru yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan pihak sekolah dengan prestasi kerja guru, jabatan kerja yang diemban dan dibarengi kepemimpinan transformal, serta kepedulian lingkungan akan membuat guru SMA di Indonesia menjadi lebih peka dan cenderung membuat dirinya sadar akan fungsinya yang juga dapat beradaptasi dan bertransformasi menjadi lebih baik dan mampu melahirkan siswa yang beprestasi dan memiliki kompetensi yang baik.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of Green Marketing and Attitude to Purchase Decisions for MSME Products. Problem One form of consumer demand is the desire for health due to the increasing spread of diseases transmitted through food, therefore food producers produce products that contain healthy organic food ingredients, do not contain additional chemicals and are safe for consumption. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of green marketing and attitude on purchasing decisions for MSME products with brand image as a mediator. The method of analysis of this research is quantitative research. The design of this research uses a cross sectional design method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study uses data analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The research results of green marketing and attitude do not influence purchasing decisions, brand image is unable to moderate green marketing and attitude towards purchasing decisions and brand image influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the impact of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the PT Jaya Sari Arta Sei Rotan Branch. This study use quantitative tools and an associative approach to causal linkage. In this study, the population consists of all 25 employees of PT Jaya Sari Arta Sei Rotan Branch. And 25 participants were chosen as a sample to be used as respondents in this study. The sample strategy employs saturation sampling techniques in conjunction with a nonprobability sampling approach. Data is gathered via distributing and distributing questionnaires, which will be completed by 25 respondents. Using the SPSS 17 programme, the data analysis technique employs the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The findings revealed that Leadership Style has a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Employee Performance is influenced in part by the work environment. Employee performance at PT Jaya Sari Arta Sei Rotan Branch is influenced by both leadership style and work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the role of the manager has been effective enough in improving the performance of the employees of PT. Antara Kesuma Medan?, and to find out how much influence managers have on the performance of company employees. As well as to know the implementation and benefits of delegation of authority to increase employee motivation in the company. The research method is to obtain relevant data in preparation, the authors conduct research on companies by: (a). library research, namely collecting data by studying books, dictates and other writings that are relevant to the object to be discussed. (b).Field Research (Field Research). This research was conducted by going directly to the field, namely the company to obtain the necessary primary data. To collect the data the research method used was: direct interviews with related parties and direct observation.The results of this study are tasks carried out by subordinates which remain the responsibility of superiors, so that superiors can always provide guidance, direction and supervision of the implementation of tasks. But trust and direction as well as supervision of the implementation of employee duties. With the hope that the trust and expectations given by the manager to employees will arouse the motivation of subordinates to show loyalty for what is entrusted to them. In providing accountability reports, it is done in writing so that subordinates know clearly the boundaries of the implementation of their duties.
