Abstract

Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in his or her ability to achieve the desired results in a particular context, in this case the readiness to teach through microteaching-1, which is mostly aimed at prospective teacher students, especially in this research, students of the Faculty of Islamic Religious Education study program Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Palangka Raya State Islamic Institute. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews with PAI FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya students who have carried out PM 1, direct observation and documentation analysis. Data analysis involves the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The findings from the research show that the self-efficacy of PAI FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya students is at a fairly good level, where they have high confidence in their teaching abilities. Students' teaching readiness is also at a good level, indicated by thorough preparation in implementing Teaching Practices-1 in creating teaching modules and the learning media used. There is a significant positive impact between self-efficacy and teaching readiness. Students with a high level of self-efficacy demonstrate better teaching readiness and are able to master teaching skills.

Abstract

Central Kalimantan is one of the places that is very heterogeneous both in terms of ethnicity and religion, so related to harmony needs to be maintained so that life becomes peaceful and peaceful. This paper outlines issues related to community harmony in Central Kalimantan through Islamic spirit and local wisdom. This research uses a qualitative type with a library research approach. The result of the discussion: Unharmony still arises due to several factors, such as narrow religious understanding, political and economic disparities, competition between indigenous and migrant populations, and differences in socio-cultural values that can trigger conflict. The concept of Ukhuwah in the Qur'an includes: Ukhuwah Islamiyyah (brotherhood based on religion), Ukhuwah basyariyyah (brotherhood among humans), and Ukhuwah wathaniyyah (brotherhood based on nation). Kula Pahari is a Dayak local wisdom concept that emphasizes brotherhood and family values, intertwined in the Huma Betang culture. Inter-religious harmony in Central Kalimantan needs to be fostered through recognition of local wisdom that is in line with religious principles. The concept of Kula Pahari shows that people can live in harmony despite differences, by maintaining manners and spiritual morals that prioritize kinship and brotherhood. The demographic diversity in Central Kalimantan is an important asset for building religious harmony. By integrating the values of Ukhuwah and local wisdom, the people of Central Kalimantan can live in harmony.

Abstract

Social media is a medium that provides convenience in communication and even interaction without being limited by space and time. Everyone who uses a smartphone has social media installed for their communication access. This communication is needed for interpersonal or intergroup. This is to support mobile activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the implications of social media on the religious values ​​of students at MAN Kotawaringin Barat. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a snowball sampling technique which is a type of research that starts with a small sample then develops into a large one until the researcher digs up data with participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The object of this study is the implications of MAN Kotawaringin Barat social media on students' religious values ​​and the subjects of this study were 31 class XI IPS 1 students with the criteria of actively visiting MAN Kotawaringin Barat social media. The results of this study indicate that the social media of MAN Kotawaringin Barat is still actively used to upload current information and various school activities, but no influence of religious values from the social media of MAN Kotawaringin Barat was found.
