Developing local agricultural potential through educational tourism is an effort to optimize village resources while supporting community food security. Plumbon Village has Green House SuraFarm managed by a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), which has the potential to be developed as an agricultural-based educational tourism destination. This study aims to analyze the condition and potential of SuraFarm, formulate development strategies for Green House-based educational tourism, examine its role in supporting community food security, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. A descriptive qualitative case study approach was applied, collecting data through field observations, semi-structured interviews with BUMDes managers, and documentation, analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. SuraFarm possesses initial capital including a 300 m² land area, commodity diversity (melons, papayas, kale, and fish), and institutional support from BUMDes. Development strategies include structuring cultivation into learning packages, integrating agriculture and aquaculture, strengthening BUMDes tourism management, providing scale-appropriate facilities, tailoring activities to target groups, and promoting via social media. Wisata edukasi contributes to food security by adding product value, broadening cultivation education, and generating additional revenue for production expansion. SuraFarm has strong potential to be developed gradually as a sustainable educational tourism destination that strengthens local food security.
