Abstract: Mutual cooperation (gotong royong) is a noble value of Indonesian society that plays an important role in building social solidarity and strengthening community cooperation. However, the development of modern life, characterized by increasing individualism, has become a challenge in maintaining this value. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing the values of gotong royong in building social solidarity to achieve common goals. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the internalization of gotong royong values at Djojoredjo Pamulang Junior High School is carried out through habituation, role modeling, active participation, and the cultivation of collective awareness in school life. This process fosters attitudes of mutual assistance, shared responsibility, social concern, and trust among students, thereby strengthening social solidarity in achieving common goals. The study concludes that the internalization of gotong royong values at Djojoredjo Pamulang Junior High School is a strategic effort to maintain social cohesion amid the challenges of individualism. Therefore, the involvement of families, educational institutions, and the wider community is needed to continuously revitalize the values of gotong royong.Keywords: Internalization of Values, Mutual Cooperation, Social Solidarity, Common Goals, Society.Abstrak: Gotong royong merupakan nilai luhur bangsa Indonesia yang berperan penting dalam membangun solidaritas sosial dan memperkuat kerja sama masyarakat. Namun, perkembangan kehidupan modern yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya individualisme menjadi tantangan dalam mempertahankan nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai gotong royong dalam membangun solidaritas sosial guna mencapai tujuan bersama. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai gotong royong di SMP Djojoredjo Pamulang dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, partisipasi aktif, serta penanaman kesadaran kolektif dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Proses tersebut membentuk sikap saling membantu, tanggung jawab bersama, kepedulian sosial, dan rasa percaya antarmasyarakat sehingga memperkuat solidaritas sosial dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa internalisasi nilai gotong royong di SMP Djojoredjo Pamulang menjadi upaya strategis dalam menjaga kohesi sosial di tengah tantangan individualisme, sehingga diperlukan peran keluarga, pendidikan, dan masyarakat dalam merevitalisasi nilai gotong royong secara berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Internalisasi Nilai, Gotong Royong, Solidaritas Sosial, Tujuan Bersama, Masyarakat.
