Optimal stimulation of fine motor skills is a crucial part of early childhood development, so the learning activities applied need to be adapted to the developmental characteristics of the students. However, preliminary observations conducted at TK Al Hidayah Sunan Bonang Balung Jember indicate that a number of children aged 4–5 years still face obstacles in carrying out activities that require coordinated movement between the hands and fingers. This condition highlights the need to implement learning activities that are enjoyable and able to attract children's interest, one of which is paper folding activities. This study aims to describe the implementation of paper folding activities as an effort to support fine motor development in children aged 4–5 years at TK Al Hidayah Sunan Bonang Balung Jember. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied in this research, with the research subjects being children from Group A. Data collection was carried out through observation of the learning process, interviews with the teacher and school principal, and documentation gathered throughout the implementation of the research. The data analysis process was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal that paper folding activities provided a learning experience that contributed to improving children's hand-eye coordination, finger movement precision, and the ability to follow instructions step by step. In addition to fine motor aspects, this activity also fostered children's concentration, accuracy, and courage to complete tasks independently. Although some children still required guidance while folding, overall the paper folding activity proved to be a relevant alternative for stimulating fine motor skills in line with the learning characteristics of early childhood. ABSTRAK Stimulasi optimal terhadap kemampuan motorik halus menjadi bagian krusial dalam tumbuh kembang anak usia dini, sehingga aktivitas pembelajaran yang diterapkan perlu disesuaikan dengan karakteristik perkembangan peserta didik. Akan tetapi, observasi awal yang dilakukan di TK Al Hidayah Sunan Bonang Balung Jember mengindikasikan bahwa sejumlah anak pada rentang usia 4–5 tahun masih menghadapi hambatan dalam melaksanakan aktivitas yang menuntut keselarasan gerak antara tangan dan jari. Kondisi tersebut mendorong perlunya penerapan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sekaligus mampu menarik minat anak, salah satunya melalui aktivitas paper folding. Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memaparkan implementasi kegiatan paper folding sebagai upaya mendukung perkembangan motorik halus pada anak usia 4–5 tahun di TK Al Hidayah Sunan Bonang Balung Jember. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini, dengan subjek penelitian berasal dari anak-anak kelompok A. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran, wawancara bersama guru dan kepala sekolah, serta dokumentasi yang dihimpun sepanjang pelaksanaan penelitian. Proses analisis data ditempuh melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa aktivitas paper folding memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan koordinasi mata dan tangan anak, ketepatan gerakan jari, serta kemampuan mengikuti instruksi secara bertahap. Di samping aspek motorik halus, kegiatan ini turut menumbuhkan konsentrasi, ketelitian, dan keberanian anak untuk menuntaskan tugas secara mandiri. Meskipun sebagian anak masih membutuhkan bimbingan saat melipat, secara keseluruhan kegiatan paper folding terbukti dapat dijadikan alternatif stimulasi motorik halus yang relevan dengan karakteristik belajar anak usia dini.
