Abstract

The thermoacoustic refrigerator is an innovative alternative and did not use substances that had a negative impact on the environment such as freon, but using air as the working substance. The materials used the refrigerator were easily obtained and the construction components were simple so that made this refrigerator was cheap, easy to make and easy to maintain. Stack was used in the thermoacoustic refrigerator system used PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) which is parallel cylindrical shape and diameter (1.50 ± 0.05) mm and length of 8 cm. Variations of loudspeaker input power that used were 20 watt, 30 watt, 40 watt, 50 watt and 60 watt. Variations of the input power that used to determine the effect of loudspeaker input power to decreasing temperature in the operating of the thermoacoustic refrigerator system using  PVC stack. From the result, loudspeaker input power influenced on the decreasing temperature that was 6.0 °C for 20 watts, 6.7 °C for 30 watts, 7.2 °C for 40 watts, 8.0 °C for 50 watts and 9.0 °C for 60 watts. From these results indicated optimum decreasing temperature depended on the amount of loudspeaker power that was directly proportional to the decreasing temperature obtained.

Abstract

Hamiltonian a known system in many matters does not guarantee that the equation can be resolved, e.g. due to minor disturbances such as electric fields or magnetic fields that can lead to slight changes in energy and its particle functions, for such issues it should be used disorder theory (perturbation theory). The perturbation theory can determine how much the result of the presence of disruption to energy levels and Eigen's functions. The energy possessed by particles in addition to being influenced by quantum numbers (nx, ny and nz) and the size of the potential box are also influenced by interference in the form of magnetic energy produced due to the motion of particles (electrons) in the core intrinsic magnetic field (proton) which affects the energy value does not appear due to the value of this magnetic energy disorder is very small, while for interference that is an extrinsic magnetic energy has shown a 10 (Tesla). The wider the size of the box then the energy that the particles have is smaller so that the energy level and the particle energy spectrum in the potential box will appear continuous. It can be concluded that the particle energy level relies on the length of the potential box, the quantum number of particles, and also the interference that particles have.

Abstract

Research on environmentally friendly thermo-acoustic coolants uses a heat exchanger from the cable sheath material. The resonator tube used in the thermoelectric cooler is a 5.25 cm diameter PVC (polyvinyl chloride) tube with a length of 87 cm. Variations in stack lengths of 4cm, 5cm, 6cm, 7cm, and 8cm were performed to obtain results on thermoelectric coolers. Results are available on the use of stack length 4 cm high temperature 21.6 oC from the initial temperature), the stack length 5 cm high temperature 21.1 oC from the initial temperature (room temperature), the stack length of 6 cm resulted in a maximum temperature drop of 22.6 oC from the initial temperature (room temperature), the stack length of 7 cm resulted in a maximum temperature drop of 22.0 oC from the initial temperature (room temperature), while the stack length of 8 cm resulted in a decrease in temperature maximum of 23.3 oC from the initial temperature (room temperature). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan dan kualitas media permainan kotak ajaib dalam mengenal bacaan huruf satu suku kata pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu R and D (Research and Development), data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Prosedur pengembangan media yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk dan uji pemakaian produk. Masalah diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepada guru kelas di TK Dewi Masyithoh 53 Kasiyan Timur yaitu kesulitan dalam mengenal bacaan huruf, hal ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi analisis kebutuhan penelitian. Setelah pengumpulan data dari hasil analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan desain produk dilanjut dengan validasi produk. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli bahasa, ahli media dan guru kelas. Hasil validasi oleh tiga validator diperoleh skor 4,562 dengan kategori “sangat baik” serta layak digunakan dengan revisi produk. Setelah dilakukan revisi produk, dilakukan uji coba pemakaian produk kepada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Dewi Masyithoh 53 Kasiyan Timur. Hasil dari uji coba pemakaian produk, anak mempunyai ketertarikan pada media dan lebih mudah mengenal bacaan huruf. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media kotak ajaib ini, guru dan siswa menjadi terbantu dalam mengenalkan bacaan huruf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan dan kualitas produk media busy book pada materi pokok mengenal tanaman buah untuk anak usia 4-5 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D), dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian pengembangan ini meliputi; potensi masalah, pengumpulan data penelitian, desain media pembelajaran, validasi media pembelajaran, revisi media pembelajaran, uji coba media pembelajaran. Masalah diperoleh dari temuan oleh peneliti melalui wawancara kepada guru kelas TK Raudlotul Jannah. Masalah atau kendala yang terjadi di sekolah mengenai kurangnya fasilitas media pembelajaran, oleh sebab itu pendidik kesulitan untuk menjelaskan materi pembelajaran di kelas dan anak menyebabkan anak kurang tertarik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran di sekolah. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data hasil analisis kebutuhan, selanjutnya mendesain produk yaitu media pembelajaran Busy Book, dan dilanjutkan dengan memvalidasi produk media pembelajaran. Validator produk media pembelajaran dilakukan oleh ahli media pembelajaran, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil validasi keempat validator diperoleh skor nilai 4,755 yang dikategorikan “baik” serta layak digunakan. Setelah itu dilakukan uji coba pemakaian produk kepada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Raudlotul Jannah Jenggawah. Hasil dari uji coba pemakaian produk anak mempunyai ketertarikan pada media dan lebih mudah mengenal bentuk dan nama buah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media busy book ini, guru dan siswa terbantu dalam mengenal bentuk dan nama buah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan serta kualitas kelayakan media ular tangga edukatif dalam menanamkan nilai nasionalisme pada anak dengan rentang usia 5 hingga 6 tahun. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian R and D (Research and Development) atau Penelitian dan Pengembangan dengan penggunaan data kualitatif serta kualitatif. Prosedur yang digunakan berupa tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan sebagaimana yang dijabarkan oleh Sugiyono dan disederhanakan menjadi enam tahapan berikut, yakni 1) Pengkajian Masalah dan Potensi, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) memvalidasi produk, 5) revisi produk dan 6) uji pemakaian produk. Masalah yang ditemukan melalui wawancara dengan guru kelas kelompok B (5-6 tahun) adalah kesulitan dalam menanamkan nilai nasionalisme. Langkah berikutnya peneliti mengoleksi data yang bersumber dari kegiatan wawancara agar dapat dilakukan analisis kebutuhan. Hasil analisis tersebut kemudian dipergunakan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan desain produk. Setelah produk selesai dibuat, setelah itu produk divalidasi oleh validator yang merupakan ahli media pembelajaran serta ahli materi guna mengukur kelayakan atau kualitasnya. Dari proses validasi tersebut diperolehlah skor rata-rata 4,916 dimana skor tersebut tervalidasi dengan penilaian “sangat baik” sehingga dapat dinyatakan dapat digunakan tanpa memerlukan revisi. Media ular tangga edukatif ditambahkan materi lagu daerah sesuai rekomendasi yang disampaikan oleh ahli media. Pasca penyempurnaan produk, tahapan selanjutnya yaitu mengujicobakan pemakaiannya. Tahap ujicoba produk difokuskan pada anak dengan rentang kelompok usia 5 hingga 6 tahun di TK Muslimat NU 53 Tanjungrejo. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak tertarik pada media ular tangga edukatif ini serta materi nasionalisme yang ada di dalamnya. Anak-anak menjadi lebih mudah memahami materi nasionalisme. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media ular tangga edukatif ini dapat memudahkan guru dalam menanamkan nilai nasionalisme pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a ‘smart egg puzzle’ as an innovative learning media to introduce numbers to 5-6-year-old children at TK Lab.School IKIP PGRI Jember. This research method used research and development with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used in this study included validation instruments, response questionnaires, pretests, and posttests. Quantitative data analysis was processed by presenting percentages using the Likert scale as a measurement scale. Expert validation in media and material has been conducted to assess the feasibility of developing the 'smart egg puzzle' learning media. Practicality testing was performed by evaluating practicality questionnaire sheets conducted by teachers. Effectiveness testing was carried out using pretests and posttests, with the first test conducted before using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (pretest) and the second test conducted after using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (posttest). The results of this study indicated that the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was found to be highly valid, with an 88.75% validation rate from media experts and an 83.92% validation rate from material experts. Additionally, practical assessments by teachers indicated that the learning media was very practical, with an average score of 90.38%. The effectiveness of the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was tested with pretests and posttests, showing a significant improvement in students' number recognition skills. Developing the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was effective and met the validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria, making it a suitable learning tool for students at TK Lab.School IKIP PGRI Jember.

Abstract

The issue of science knowledge comprehension among early childhood children is a complex matter that requires serious attention in many countries, including Indonesia. Several studies indicate that the understanding of science knowledge among early childhood children in Indonesia is still relatively low. One of the efforts to provide a solution to these issues is the development of electronic book (e-book) instructional media. This development research employs the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model's developmental stages include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The target audience is Kindergarten Group B children aged 5-6 years from TK Lab.School IKIP PGRI Jember. The instruments used for this research are expert media review, expert design review, expert content review, responses from small and large focus groups. Based on the response results, the understanding of participants reached 90,6%, the appeal was rated at 90,4%, with an overall average of 90,5%. The e-book's development results, based on the participants' responses, indicate that the usage of the e-book is highly suitable and effective in enhancing the understanding of science among children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) in enhancing students' learning motivation in science. Using a quasi-experimental design, two groups were involved: a control group, which was taught using conventional methods, and an experimental group, which used AR media. The research sample consisted of 42 high school students, divided into two groups of 21 each. Data were collected through pretests and posttests, as well as a motivation questionnaire adapted from the ARCS model (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction). The results revealed a significant difference in motivation between the two groups, with the experimental group showing an average posttest score of 84.11, compared to 61.72 in the control group. The t-test showed a significant difference (p = 0.001), and N-gain analysis demonstrated that the experimental group had a higher N-gain (77.59%) compared to the control group (56.56%), indicating the effectiveness of AR. Additionally, the experimental group showed significant improvements in attention and satisfaction. This study concludes that Android-based AR is an effective tool for increasing student motivation in science, and recommends further research on its use in other subjects with larger samples.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the self-confidence of early childhood students through the implementation of role-playing methods at RA Miftahul Hidayah, Panti District, Jember Regency. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. The research subjects were 20 children aged 4-5 years. Results in Cycle I indicated that 55% of the children showed increased self-confidence, but this result did not meet the target of 75% success. In Cycle II, improvements were made through individualized guidance and more varied role-playing scenarios. As a result, 75% of the children showed significant self-confidence enhancement. Thus, role-playing methods have proven effective in supporting the socio-emotional development of children and can be widely implemented in early childhood education settings.
