Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of compensation, performance effectiveness, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at CV Griya Facade. Human resources play a crucial role in determining organizational success, particularly in companies engaged in construction and manufacturing services where work efficiency, quality, and timeliness are essential. Low productivity levels, such as project delays, employee absenteeism, and declining work quality, indicate the need to identify factors that influence employee productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research design to analyze the relationship between the independent variables and employee productivity. The population of this study consisted of all employees of CV Griya Facade, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, meaning that all employees were used as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis supported by validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, while performance effectiveness shows a positive but not statistically significant effect. Simultaneously, compensation, performance effectiveness, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee productivity. These findings imply that organizations need to improve fair compensation systems and create a supportive work environment to increase job satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to higher employee productivity and organizational performance. Keywords: Compensation, Performance Effectiveness, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity..
