Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and communication on the performance of the management of FKMS Joko Tole UNISMA. The variables used in this study are performance variables (dependent variable), while the independent variables are motivation, work discipline and communication. The results of the study partially concluded that the motivation variable had an effect on performance, work discipline had an effect on performance and communication had an effect on performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Communication, Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study focuses on visitors who visit Lafayette Coffee, based on the results of research conducted by distributing questionnaires to visitors, namely as many as 87 respondents, so some descriptions of the characteristics of the respondents can be taken. The data source used in this study is primary data which is data from the first source or research source data obtained directly from the original source (not through intermediary media). The method used in this research is data collection method data analysis method,Service quality is a level of excellence in meeting customer desires. This shows that the higher the quality of service obtained by visitors, the visitor satisfaction will increase. Service means how far the reality and expectations of customers differ from the service they receive. Service quality can be identified by comparing customer perceptions of the service they actually receive. If the service quality is good, visitors will make a decision to repurchase the product.This shows that the more competitive the prices offered by Lafayette Coffee, the more visitor satisfaction will increase. Price seen from the buyer's point of view, is often used as an indicator of value when the price is related to the perceived benefits of an item or service, price is the amount of money exchanged by customers to obtain the benefits of having or using a product or service. Keywords: Service Quality, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to describe work conflict, work stress and organizational culture and to determine its effect on employee performance simultaneously and partially. This research method uses quantitative methods with this type of research (explanatory research). The sample of this research is the employees of PT. KARYA MEKAR DEWATAMALI using the slovin formula resulted in 61 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) simultaneously there is a significant influence between work conflict, work stress and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. KARYA MEKAR DEWATAMALI while partially (2) work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance (3) work stress does not significantly affect employee performance (4) organizational culture partially affects employee performance at PT. MEKAR DEWATAMALI . Keywords: Work conflict, work stress, organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the extent to which Online Customer Reviews, Customer Ratings, and Prices influence the Buying Interest of Tokopedia consumers. The population in this study were 565 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang and the sample used in this study used the slovin approach so that a sample of 85 was obtained. The test was carried out using IBM SPSS version 25. The results obtained were online Customer Reviews, Customer Ratings and Prices had a positive effect and simultaneously significant to buying interest in Tokopedia. Meanwhile, partially Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Tokopedia, Customer Ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Tokopedia, Prices have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Tokopedia. Keywords: Purchase intentio, Online Customer Review, rating and Price.

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, communication and work discipline on the performance of organizational management (Case study of the Sampang Student Forum, Islamic University of Malang Period 2022). The variables used in this study are: the performance of organizational management (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are: leadership style, communication and work discipline.The results of this study partially conclude that the variables of leadership style, communication and work discipline have a significant influence on the performance of organizational management, and simultaneously conclude that there is an influence between the variables of leadership style, communication and work discipline on the performance of organizational management. Keywords: The Influence Of Leadership Style, Communication, Work Discipline, Performance Of Organizational Management

Abstract

Abstract Financial reports can be used as a basis for measuring the financial distress of a company by analyzing existing financial ratios.  The aim of this study is to find out and analyze whether the liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio), leverage ratio (debt ratio, debt to equity ratio), profitability ratio (return on assets, return on equity), and activity ratio (inventory turnover, total asset turnover) can be used to predict financial distress conditions at PT.  Gudang Garam Tbk and whether the company went bankrupt or not.  This research was conducted at PT.  Gudang Garam Tbk for the 2018-2020 period.  This study used a tabulated method using Excel software and a Modified Altman Z-Score Model (Z-Score).  The data analysis technique used in this study is secondary data using industry standards.  The results of this study indicate that liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios can be used to predict financial distress at PT.  Gudang Garam Tbk.  Meanwhile, the leverage ratio cannot be used to predict financial distress at PT.  Gudang Garam Tbk. Keywords: Financial Distress, Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Activity

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image, product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were students of the FEB campus at the Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018. The Non-Probability Sampling method was Purposive Sampling with a sample of 90 respondents. The results of the study partially show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for Eiger brand products 2) There is a positive and significant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Eiger brand products 3) There is is a positive and significant influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions Eiger brand products. All independent variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger brand products. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Word Of Mouth And Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract Every company was founded with the aim of obtaining the greatest profit. But along the way, each company will be different. There will be a phase of increasing or decreasing the company's financial condition. As a result, it is necessary to predict the possibility of financial distress in the company using the analysis of this research. This analysis will greatly affect the company in taking future steps. This study was conducted to knowing the effect of liquidity ratios, financial leverage, operating capacity, and sales growth on financial distress. This analysis looked at pharmaceutical companies that were on the IDX from 2016 to 2019. This research using purposive sampling method as the sampling technique with a sample of nine companies. Data were taken from the IDX website using documentation techniques. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study state that the ratio of liquidity, financial leverage, and operating capacity affects financial distress, while sales growth does not affect financial distress. Keywords : Liquidity Ratio, Financial Leverage, Operating Capacity, Sales Growth, Financial Distress

Abstract

AbstractHuman resources are an important component in the continuity of the company so it is necessary to conduct research related to employee performance. In this study, employee performance is influenced by workload, work stress and compensation, so this research was conducted to determine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on employee by performance the purpose of this research is to know that workload, work stress, and compensation have a (simultaneous) effect on employee performance and to know the individual (partial) effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely the effect of workload on employee performance, work stress on employee performance, compensation on employee performance with quantitative research methods, associative approach, instrument test, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test and R2 coefficient of determination testwith the results of the research showing that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance, workload (X1) partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work stress (X2) partially has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance, compensation ( X3) partially has no significant negative effect on employee performancecompanies can maintain policies that are currently carried out, add variables or develop existing indicators in research. Keywords: workload, work stress, compensation and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand association, brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand image on brand equity of Scarlett products simultaneously and partially. Where to be able to achieve and maintain market competition, companies must pay attention to their brands by creating strong brand equity in the minds of customers. This study uses data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. The results of this study show that brand association has no positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand loyalty has no positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on equity brand, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. brand association variables, brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand equity. Keywords: brand equity,brand association,brand loyalty,brand awareness,brand image
