Abstract

Industry is an important thing in development. It is based on the reasons, industrialization can increase income and prosperity quickly. Industrialization is also a factor that encourages people to migrate. The population prefers to migrate on urban areas which have a greater employment opportunities in the industrial sector. This study aims to determine the effect of industrialization and population growth on internal migration in Malang City. The analytical method is a multiple analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. The results show that the industrialization has no a significant effect on migration, while the population growth has a significant effect on internal migration.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2706

Abstract

The existence of modern coffee shops in Malang City is growing and encouraging the birth of coffee shops with all things modern nuances, one of factor is the number of students in Malang City is increasing year by year, so that this moment is used by entrepreneurs to establishing modern coffee shops in the city of Malang, but not all modern coffee shops can maintain their business because competition in introducing or selling products is not oriented to the characteristics of their consumers, this is a challenge for entrepreneurs to be able to understand the characteristics of their consumers well to be able to compete. The purpose of this study is to find out how the impact of utilitarian value, hedonic value, and brand image of modern coffee shops in Malang City on customer satisfaction by using a quantitative descriptive analysis method approach. The results of data analysis show that: 1) utilitarian value behavior that has a consumer has a significant effect on modern coffee shop customer satisfaction; 2) the hedonic value behavior that has consumers has a significant effect on modern coffee shop customer satisfaction; and 3) brand image embedded in consumers has a significant effect on modern coffee shop customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tahfizh Anak Usia Dini Kuttab Rumah Quran (TAUD KRQ) is an educational institution that concentrates on educating Quran from the early age.  TAUD is a tahfidz program for the 3-6 years old children, enjoyable activities with the Quran is the approach. The expectation of this program is they would have kind of passion and good at memorizing the Quran, so that one day he would become Hamilul Quran, Insya Allah. TAUD KRQ in its implementation to create hafiz (memorizers) of the Quran ideally should have learning facilities and a balanced playing considering TAUD students are the early childhood who are still love to play. To achieve these ideal conditions, TAUD KRQ requires the cooperation from various parties.  The reforms that must be equipped to achieve goals are the improvement of indoor and outdoor learning facilities, information media and motivational instructor. By the Observation, Survey, consultation, training, discussion, and  direct practice method, the results of community service activities are as follows: 1) Issues the aspects of outdoor facilities are assisted by repairing playgrounds, building condition with colors that match as bright and colorful, 2) Issues of Indoor facilities are assisted with the provision of Learning Media like 2 pieces of magnetic blackboard, printers, puzzle games, 20 writing tables and puzzle rugs to play on the floor.  3) Issues human resources are assisted by conducting motivational training for administrators and teachers, 4) Issues of marketing are assisted by creating a Blog.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study aims to determine the effect of Advertising and public relations on the decision of students to choose Unisma campus, through the image of campus institutions as an intervening variable. For the independent variables in this study are Advertising and Public relations, while the dependent variable for this research is the image of the campus institution and the decision to choose. For this type of research using empirical research which uses secondary data, obtained from the Unisma Malang campus (Source BAAK 2019 student data), and primary data obtained from questionnaire collection from each of the respondents that have been previously determined. The population in this study was the class of 2019 students, totaling 3,434 students. which has been determined with a total sample of 97 samples. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling in which proportional sampling has each criterion. To solve the problem in this study using the test instrument which the Validity and Reliability Test, Normality, Path analyst, Hypothesis Test and Sobel Test the test results of the analysis data show that: Advertising, public relations have a positive effect on the image of campus institutions and Advertising, public relation has a significant indirect effect on the decision to vote through the image of the campus institution as an intervening variable. Keywords: Advertising, public relations, image of campus institutions, decision to choose.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life on Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Teachers and Employees of Integrated Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population was teachers and employees of Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari Integrated Vocational School, while the sample in this study were 46 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis, single test with hypothesis testing using the t test. From this study, the results show that there is an influence between Quality of Work Life on Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Job Satisfaction, and Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and communication on the performance of the management of FKMS Joko Tole UNISMA. The variables used in this study are performance variables (dependent variable), while the independent variables are motivation, work discipline and communication. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of study used is a descriptive study with a descriptive analytical approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of reliability and product quality, convenience and risk on consumer buying interest online. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class 2017, especially those who had worked in shopee. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analytical methods used in this study are instrumental testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing,heteroscedasticity test, Multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and t-test using SPPS 16.0 data processing. The results of this study are,trust partially affects consumer buying interest, product quality partially affects consumer purchase interest, convenience partially affects consumer purchase interest, risk partially affects consumer purchase interest. Trust, product quality, convenience, and risk simultaneously affect consumer buying interest online. Keywords: Trust, Product Quality, Convenience, Risk and Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

AbstractThis study presents the importance of the role of alumni in self-development efforts towards the independence of santripreneur. Even though extensive studies on the role of Pesantren alumni have been discussed, few discussions on the areas of self-development efforts towar ds santripreneurs have been paid. For this reason, this study aims to explore the role of alumni of the Gontor Islamic boarding school in an effort to develop themselves towards the independence of santripreneurs. This study employs a qualitative reseach design using a case study approach. Four participants the Gontor Islamic Bording School alumni who are members of the Business Forum (FORBIS) of the Gontor Modern Pondok Families Association (IKPM) who are involved in various business fields were recruited. The result shows that the role of alumni who involved in the FORBIS forum gives significant contributions to the independence of santripreneur that involves business development, business enterpreneurship, business finance, and business marketing. It also gives a significant contribution in the society, goverment, boarding school, and self-development.    Keywords : Self-Development Towards Santripreneur Independence

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to know the Store Atmosphere impact, and service quality toward consumer purchase interest at Damar coffee Malang. The customer of Damar coffee are the population and sample of this research for about 75 respondents.This study collect the data by giving questionnaire and interview. In addition, the instrument of this study was SPSS Software 16 version. Then the method of analysis of this study uses slovin path analysis. The instrument test of this research was in the shape of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The result showed that partially store atmosphere and service quality have totally significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Even, simultaneously it indicated that store atmosphere and the service quality also show significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Keyword : Store Atmosphere, The Service quality and Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and time management on employee performance. The independent variables used are leadership style, work motivation and time management, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample used in this study were 49 respondents who were employees of CV. Lamongan Sub-Contractor Development. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, work motivation affects employee performance, time management affects purchasing decisions. Leadership style, work motivation and time management simultaneously affect employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Time Management And Employee Performance.
