Abstract

Basically, financial service institutions in the form of microfinance institutions (MFIs) are needed to support rural economic development, especially as institutions to facilitate the costs of salt farming businesses. This is because most farmers face technology adoption due to weak capital. This condition occurs in salt farmers, Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. This study aims to determine the concept of salt business. factors that affect the productivity of salt business, and the role of microfinance in salt farming. The study was conducted in the village of Kertasada with the aim of using a purposive sampling method with a total of 45 samples. The data obtained from the study were analyzed using R/C and Cobb-Douglass functions. The results showed that salt farmers were profitable with an R/C value >1, salt production was significantly affected by labor, weather and family funding

Abstract

This research on investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy aims to see its effect on the company value of the LQ-45 Index for the period February 2017-February 2019. This type of ex post facto quantitative research approach uses a population of 225 companies and with purposive sampling found 29 companies. Hypothesis test results show that investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value. Funding decisions and dividend policies do not significantly influence the value of the company. Together these independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Penelitian tentang keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan dividen ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan Indeks LQ-45 periode Februari 2017-Februari 2019. Penelitian berjenis ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang menggunkan populasi 225 perusahaan dan dengan purposive sampling didapatkan 29 perusahaan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan keputusan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara bersama-sama variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to find out the development of MSMEs in the Madura region which is based on financial inclusion. The data collection method used a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of samples of MSMEs in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan and Pamekasan regencies. Based on the results of the study which were analyzed using multiple linear regression, it showed that financial inclusion in Madura, which was measured based on the service variables, access to capital, and mentoring, had an impact on the development of MSME businesses in Madura.”,,,

Abstract

Konsumen dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian akan memperhatikan gaya hidup, harga, dan kualitas produk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung wilayah Blitar.  Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna smartphone Samsung di wilayah Blitar. Pengambilan sampel pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode observasi, wawancara. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya hidup dan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung wilayah Blitar. Namun kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung wilayah Blitar. Secara bersama-sama gaya hidup, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung wilayah Blitar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the effect of financial attitude on financial management behavior in SME actors in the coastal area of Madura, (2) the effect of income on financial management behavior in SME actors in the coastal area of Madura, (3) the effect of financial self-efficacy on behavior financial management of SME actors in the coastal area of Madura, (4) and the effect of financial attitude, income, and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior on SME actors in the coastal area of Madura. The subjects of this study were all SME owners in the coastal area of Madura as many as 60 SMEs, with a probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The type of data used includes primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques namely by interview, questionnaire (questionnaire), and observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient test, hypothesis test. The results showed that financial attitude had a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of SME actors in the coastal tourism area of Madura, while income and financial self-efficacy had no significant effect on the financial management behavior of SME actors in the coastal tourism area. Meanwhile, simultaneously financial attitude, income, and financial self-efficacy affect the financial management behavior of SMEs in the Madura coastal tourism area.

Abstract

This research intends to determine the influence of financial literacy, price, and sales promotion on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. Purpose sampling technique is used to take samples from Generation Z in Blitar Regency. This study uses ordinary least squares to determine the effect of financial literacy, price, and sales promotion on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. The research shows that financial literacy does not have an influence on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. Prices and sales promotions influence the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. For financial literacy, price, and sales promotion simultaneously influence the consumptive behavior of generation Z.

Abstract

Mengenali potensi diri merupakan salah satu syarat untuk dapat meraih keberhasilan dalam karir yang akan dijalani oleh mahasiswa dalam upaya untuk merencanakan karirnya ke depan sehingga akan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan karir yang sesuai dengan potensi yang dimilikinya yang diharapkan akan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan terutama dalam pemilihan karir atau studi lanjut pasca lulus. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan experience learning, dimana proses penyampaian materi dilakukan dengan cara melibatkan peserta secara langsung baik dari sisi kognisi, afeksi maupun psikomotorik yang sangat interaktif dengan menempatkan peserta sebagai subjek sehingga secara langsung akan mengoptimalkan potensi peserta. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan, diketahui bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mahasiswa belum dapat mengenali dan menemukan potensi pada dirinya, namun setelah menerima materi pelatihan ini, mahasiswa menjadi paham bagaimana konsep diri, serta potensi yang ada pada dirinya, hal ini terbukti dari bagaimana mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan dan memaparkan disertai dengan contoh mengenai konsep diri, dan potensi yang ada pada dirinya. Recognizing self-potential is one of the requirements to be able to achieve success in the careers that will be undertaken by students in an effort to plan their future careers so that they can be used as a reference in determining a career that is in accordance with their potential which is expected to assist in decision making, especially in choosing career or further study after graduation. This community service activity uses an experience learning approach, where the process of delivering material is carried out by involving participants directly in terms of cognition, affection and psychomotor which is very interactive by placing participants as subjects so that it will directly optimize the potential of participants. Based on the results of the implementation, it is known that before the implementation of this activity students have not been able to recognize and find potential in themselves, but after receiving this training material, students understand how self-concept, as well as the potential that exists in themselves, this is evident from how students are able to explain and explain accompanied by examples of self-concept, and the potential that exists in him.

Abstract

Abstrak: pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Dharma Camplong bertujuan untuk membangun pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha kepada masyarakat itu sendiri dan juga meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan kepada masyarakat. Dalam melakukan pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh 20 orang pelaku UMKM, dimana mahasiswa dan dosen melakukan identifikasi masalah yang dimilki oleh pelaku UMKM tersebut, yang kemudian dari idenfikasi masalah yang didapatkan itu dilakukanlah pendampingan terhadap masyarakat itu dengan melakukan ceramah dan diskusi (FGD), pelatihan pemanfaatan hasil sumber daya alam, dan pendampingan dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut cukup berdampak besar terhadap masyarakat yang dimana masyarakat sangat antusias dan semangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian tersebut sehingga materi dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat tersebut dapat mudah dipahami dan dicermati oleh masyarakat, dari hal-hal tersebut tentunnya dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat akan kewirausahaan dan pengelolaan keungan dalam berwirausaha, dimana dari 20 pelaku UMKM yang hadir mengikuti pelatihan 18 pelaku UMKM atau 90% berdasarkan hasil presentasi dan evaluasi sudah sangat memahami mengenai manajemen keuangan dan Kewirausahaan.Abstract: There were community service activities in Dharma Camplong Village aims to build knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship for the community itself and also increase knowledge in conducting financial management for the community. This activity it was attended by 20 MSMEs, then students and lecturers searched for problems given by the MSME actors, then from the identification of the problems found, assistance was carried out to the community by conducting lectures and discussions (FGD), training in the utilization of natural resource products, and assistance in carry out financial management. The results of these activities have quite a big impact on the community where the community is very enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in these service activities so that the material and training provided to the community can be easily understood and scrutinized by the community, from these things, of course, it can increase community interest and understanding will be entrepreneurship and financial management in entrepreneurship. 18 From 20 MSMEs who attended the training or 90% based on the results of the presentation and evaluation already understood financial management and Entrepreneurship very well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh inklusi keuangan, teknologi finansial, pengelolaan keuangan, dan akses permodalan terhadap keuangan pribadi di Madura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang ada di Madura. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden. Besarnya sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akses permodalan berpengaruh terhadap keuangan pribadi. Inklusi keuangan, teknologi keuangan, dan pengelolaan keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keuangan pribadi.
