Abstract

The large number of MSMEs in Indonesia means that micro and medium scale businesses drive 60.51% of the economy, although it is not uncommon to find MSMEs who end up going out of business due to lack of financial management of their businesses. The conditions that occur in MSMEs in Indonesia are the focus of the problem in this research. Therefore, this research aims to examine and discuss the influence that the level of financial literacy and self-efficacy has on an individual's financial behavior. Along with the use of the purposive sampling method, the analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis in the form of classic assumption tests, validity tests, reliability tests, hypothesis tests. In this research, it was found that financial literacy and self-efficacy have a significant influence on personal finance in MSMEs located in Bangkalan, Madura.

Abstract

The reason for this study is to decide the impact of financial inclusion, financial technology, and financial management on the performance of rural MSMEs in Madura. The population of this study consists of rural MSMEs in Madura. In taking respondents, there were 100 people who were addressed to MSME entertainers by distributing questionnaires, this study utilizes the purposive sampling method in deciding the example. The study findings indicate that there is an impact of financial inclusion and financial management on MSME performance, however financial technology has no impact on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien masih menjadi kendala menurut pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana love of money, financial attitude, dan financial self-efficacy kepada pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Studi ini menggunakan model kuantitatif dengan pemilihan sampel yang tidak bersifat probabilitas, khususnya melalui purposive sampling. Proses pengolahan data bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi cara variabel bebas dan terikat berinteraksi satu sama lain. Di dalam prosesnya, serangkaian uji yang mencakup pemeriksaan kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis determinasi dan regresi berganda. Temuan dari studi ini menyatakan love of money, financial attitude, dan financial self-efficacy memiliki dampak baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap manajemen keuangan, ini mengindikasikan bahwa orientasi positif terhadap uang dan perilaku finansial yang baik dapat meningkatkan praktik pengelolaan keuangan. Selain itu, sikap dan faktor psikologis memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen keuangan dikalangan UMKM. Stusi ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai elemen-elemen yang berperan pengelolaan keuangan di sektor UMKM di Bangkalan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, a large number of MSMEs have not yet implemented efficient financial management techniques. The financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is examined in this study in relation to financial inclusion, financial self-efficacy, and a Love of money. Purposive sampling and other non-probability sampling techniques were used in a quantitative approach. Researchers investigated variable relationships using four analytical approaches: multiple regression analysis, data quality assessment, standard assumption verification, and hypothesis testing. The results show that while financial inclusion and financial self-efficacy do not have a partial impact on financial management, a Love of money does. However, the financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is simultaneously impacted by these three factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing on Purchase Intention of Somethinc Products on Generation Z Tiktok Users in Blitar. This study uses a quantitative method, with primary data in the form of questionnaire answers distributed online using Google Form to respondents. The population in this study was Generation Z users of Somethinc products who were active on Tiktok, with a sample of 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Data was processed and retrieved using SPSS version 21. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Content marketing has a significant partial influence on the purchase intention of somethinc products on generation z TikTok users in Blitar; 2) Influencer marketing has a significant partial influence on the purchase intention of somethinc products on generation z TikTok users in Blitar; 3) Content marketing and influencer marketing have a significant influence together on the purchase intention of somethinc products on generation z TikTok users in Blitar.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of financial knowledge and financial inclusion on the financial behavior of MSME actors in Bangkalan Regency. Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes data from 80 MSME entrepreneurs selected through purposive sampling. The primary data was collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that both financial knowledge and financial inclusion significantly influence the financial behavior of MSMEs in the region. This study contributes to the literature by addressing the gap in research on financial behavior among MSMEs in developing regions, particularly in Bangkalan. It combines financial knowledge and financial inclusion to provide a comprehensive understanding of financial behavior in this context. The study extends the behavioral finance framework and offers practical insights for policymakers and financial service providers to design inclusive financial policies and educational programs aimed at improving MSME financial practices. Theoretically, it enhances the understanding of financial behavior in rural MSME contexts, while practically calling for integrated policies that combine financial education with better access to financial services.

Abstract

Madura is an island in Indonesia that is rich in diversity. Madura's diversity can innovate in the development of traditional businesses, the difficulties that exist in Madura. However, there are several obstacles that UMKM in Madura often face. These obstacles, such as marketing which is still generally traditional, difficulty accessing financial services, can make UMKM players tend not to understand how to manage UMKM finances properly and correctly. The research objective is to determine the influence of financial knowledge, love of money, and financial self-efficacy on the financial management of Madurese MSMEs. The population is MSME actors in sub-districts in Sampang district, with a sample of 100 MSME actors in Sampan district. Quantitative research is used by researchers as a type of research, where data is collected through questionnaires and interviews with multiple linear analysis and classical assumption analysis. The results explain that financial knowledge, love of money, and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on the financial management of MSMEs in Madura. This research provides the implication that increasing financial knowledge and self-confidence in financial management can improve the quality of financial management of MSMEs in Sampang district.
