Then do the calculation of each type of leukocyte to reach the number of 100 leukocyte cells. The results of observations obtained in one hawksbill turtle were 78 lymphocytes, 22 monocytes, 195 neutrophils, 3 eosinophils and 2 basophils. In the second hawksbill, 50 lymphocytes, 56 monocytes, 64 neutrophils, 2 eosinophils and no basophils. The differentiation results obtained in the hawksbill one were lymphocytes with a percentage of 26%, monocytes 7.3%, neutrophils 65%, eosinophils 1% and basophils with a percentage of 0.6%. This study aims to map how economic growth has occurred in ASEAN-6 countries during 2012-2020 and how economic growth has been from an Islamic economic perspective. In answering this, the researcher used a mixed-method research design with secondary data sources and literature reviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the economic growth map of ASEA countries, seen from the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP), namely Indonesia ranks first, followed by Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Data on the development of economic growth shows that Thailand was the country with the highest economic growth in 2012 followed by the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Islamic economics has a view of economic growth that does not only pay attention to production factors but economic equity. Agreements in the economic field carried out by ASEAN countries gave birth to an agreement called the "ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint (AEC)". Through this, ASEAN countries have shown concern for the equality of the people's economy with the principle of economic growth based on Islamic economics.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the principle of maslahah as formulated by Al-Ghazali in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia, particularly regarding Sharia-compliant online loans (pinjol) that grew significantly during 2022-2023. The study analyzes this phenomenon through the lens of maslahah, focusing on the protection of wealth (hifz al-mal) and honor (hifz al-‘ird). The results indicate that although Sharia-compliant fintech provides broader financial access, unethical practices such as high returns (0.1% per day or 36% annually) and aggressive debt collection methods contradict consumer protection principles. A lack of transparency in contracts and data breaches further threaten core maslahah values. The study recommends stricter regulations from the OJK and DSN-MUI and improving Sharia financial literacy to ensure a balance between technological innovation, Sharia compliance, and consumer protection. In conclusion, Al-Ghazali's maslahah principles remain relevant and must be adapted to address e-commerce challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the influence of the sharia supervisory board, Good Corporate Governance on the performance of sharia banks in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is quantitative using secondary data. Data was taken from company financial reports and audited GCG implementation reports at Islamic banks in Indonesia during 2018-2022. In this research using a purposive sampling method, 10 out of 15 Sharia Commercial Banks can be used as samples. Data analysis to test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression and was processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research stated that the sharia supervisory board, Good Corporate Governance had an influence on the performance of sharia banks whose indicators used ROA. Partially, the sharia supervisory board has a negative and significant effect on ROA, GCG has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, the results of partial GCG testing have no effect on ROA as a proxy for Islamic bank performance. The influence of the sharia supervisory board on performance is measured according to the position of the DPS providing a strong view so that each DPS takes part in joint decisions with sharia banking institutions by implementing and improving financial performance. The DPS must provide continuous supervision of the performance of sharia banks to have good institutional strength so that stakeholders or sharia banking leaders evaluate performance according to sharia principles.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of the rights issue without preemptive rights (PMTHMETD) by PT Bumi Resources Tbk, focusing on the potential dilution effects on existing shareholders and its alignment with Islamic law, specifically the concept of syuf'ah (right of first refusal). Using a qualitative approach and library research method, the study examines relevant literature, regulations, and the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 65/DSN-MUI/III/2008, along with secondary data from sources like www.idx.co.id and www.bumiresources.com. The findings reveal that the PMTHMETD led to a significant dilution of up to 58.8%, with 3.7% of shareholders opposing the decision. The research highlights the violation of syuf'ah rights as existing shareholders were not given the opportunity to purchase shares before they were offered to third parties, which could lead to unfair financial loss. The study recommends clearer regulation on the application of syuf'ah rights in capital market transactions to prevent potential harm to shareholders and ensure fairness in accordance with Islamic principles.
