Abstract

Sheep are a significant contributor of organic waste. Dolomite has the ability to neutralize acidity. The addition of dolomite to sheep urine is thought to lower the pH, while increasing the nutrient content in the resulting POC. The purpose of the research carried out was to analyze the effect of dolomite addition on pH, determine the effect of dolomite addition on nutrient content (Nitrogen) and determine the optimal dose of dolomite addition that produces the best pH and nutrient content in sheep urine POC. The research was conducted in Klegenrejo Village, Klirong District, Kebumen Regency. The research will be carried out in December 2025. The research was carried out using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely P0 (without dolomite addition), P1 (Addition of 1% dolomite per liter of sheep urine), P2 (Addition of 3% dolomite per liter of sheep urine) and P3 (Addition of 6% dolomite per liter of sheep urine). The data obtained will be subjected to Descriptive Test, Normality Test, T Test between treatments (one way ANNOVA). The results of the study showed that the addition of dolomite to sheep urine POC had no significant effect on pH levels and nitrogen nutrients in each treatment given with a significance value (P>0.05), but treatment P3 (addition of 6% dolomite) was the most optimal administration with a pH of 7.55 and a nitrogen nutrient content of 0.110%. Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the effect of sappanwood and garlic escalation on the organoleptic quality and level of preference of salted eggs. The materials used in this study were duck eggs, sappanwood, garlic, bricks, and salt. The experimental design used (CRD) 5 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0 (without sappanwood and garlic), P1: Mix KS and BP 15 grams, P2: Mix KS and BP 30 grams, P3: Mix KS and BP 45 grams, P4: Mix KS and BP 60 grams. The scale seen in this study includes organoleptic tests of color, aroma, taste, texture and level of preference of 30 semi-trained lecturers. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 26.0 with the Kruskal-Wallis test and the Mann-Whitney test if there is a significant difference. The results of the research conducted were P0 = color (1.94 ± 0.24a), aroma (2.02 ± 0.74a), texture (2.27 ± 0.72a), taste (2.27 ± 0.72c), preference level (2.97 ± 0.48a). P1 = color (2.00 ± 0.00b), aroma (3.28 ± 0.72b), texture (3.05 ± 0.71b), taste (4.27 ± 0.59b), preference level (3.11 ± 0.32b). P2 = color (1.90 ± 0.30a), aroma (3.95 ± 0.81d), texture (4.00 ± 0.67c), taste (3.95 ± 0.71a), preference level (3.65 ± 0.48c). P3 = color (1.99 ± 0.12b), aroma (3.89 ± 0.82d), texture (3.89 ± 0.78c), taste (4.21 ± 0.50b), preference level (4.52 ± 0.50d). P4 = color (1.94 ± 0.24a), aroma (3.61 ± 1.07c), texture (4.05 ± 0.74c), taste (4.07 ± 0.54a), preference level (4.77 ± 0.42e). Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that salted eggs in P3 with a mix escalation of KS and BP 45 grams are the best treatment because they show the highest aroma, texture, taste and preference level, but have not yet produced the typical color of normal salted eggs. Abstract

Although sheep manure can be an environmental hazard, it is also a useful source of solid organic fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of various doses of tape yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) on the pH value and total nitrogen (N) content of solid organic fertilizer made from local Kebumen sheep manure. This study included a total of four treatments, each replicated three times. Each of the four treatments consisted of the addition of one piece of tape yeast per fifteen kg of sheep manure in P1, two pieces in P2, three pieces in P3, and four pieces in P4. Fermentation took fourteen days to complete. Laboratory examination of total nitrogen content and pH value (measured using a pH meter) were among the factors examined. After initial testing with DMRT, data were analyzed using ANOVA. Results for the solid organic fertilizer showed a range of pH values ??from 7.10 to 7.17 and total N content from 2.240% to 2.429%. In terms of descriptive analysis, all treatments pH and total N levels were within the acceptable range for organic fertilizer (SNI). However, statistical analysis showed that neither the pH value nor the total N content of solid organic fertilizer made from sheep feces were significantly affected by various doses of tape yeast (P>0.05). The pH and nitrogen characteristics of the fertilizer were not affected by the addition of tape yeast up to a dose of 4 pieces per 15 kg of material. This indicates that the main raw material, sheep feces, is the most important factor in determining fertilizer quality. All procedures produced high-quality, ready-to-use solid organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan berapa banyak uang yang dihasilkan pedagang pedet dari PO Kebumen. Penelitian dilakukan di Pasar Hewan Argopeni pada musim panas tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab banyak pertanyaan: berapa banyak penjualan pedet yang menggunakan layanan blantik dibandingkan dengan yang tidak, berapa banyak uang yang dihasilkan pedagang pedet, dan seberapa besar dampak variabel independen (usia, pengalaman, dan pendidikan) terhadap variabel dependen (pendapatan). Survei dengan ukuran sampel 21 orang digunakan. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan pedagang tidak dipengaruhi oleh usia, pengalaman, dan pendidikan (P> 0,05). Di antara pedagang, 83,56% memanfaatkan layanan blantik, sementara 16,44% tidak. Pedagang menghasilkan rata-rata Rp 16.879.333 setiap bulan. Pendapatan terbukti tidak berhubungan dengan usia, pengalaman, dan tingkat pendidikan.
