Abstract

Community service activities for Teachers at Vocational School Sumatra 40 Bandung aim to optimize teachers who want to update their Basic Accounting Knowledge. It also helps to improve their basic accounting skills by expanding the marketing they gain after understanding basic accounting knowledge. The role of Basic Accounting Knowledge today is not only the ability to calculate, record, and make financial reports but also to provide new understanding and knowledge that students need. It is hoped that students will gain new knowledge that can be applied in the world of work so as to produce more competitive graduates. At the start of updating Basic Accounting knowledge, a solution is needed to resolve a series of problems, namely training in basic Accounting Knowledge, such as understanding the philosophy of assets, liabilities, and equity. From these three materials, it is hoped that you will have a good mastery of assets, liabilities, and equity. This update is also needed to be transferred to students facing accounting problems they will encounter in the world of work. As a result of this activity, the teachers at SMK Sumatra 40 Bandung have implemented financial management in every unit in the school, which becomes an example of implementation for their students.

Abstract

Data warehouse management is crucial challenge due to which most of the supply chain companies are facing the issues of data management. These challenges effect adversely on data warehouse success and ultimately effect negatively on supply chain efficiency. Different studies are carried out by different researchers on the area of supply chain, however, these studies are missing with the element of data warehouse management. Therefore, the objective of the study is to examine the factors that influence on data warehouse success and supply chain efficiency. Data were collected from warehouse employees working in Indonesian supply chain companies. Results of the study shows that data warehouse success is based on various factors such as system quality, information quality, service quality and relationship quality. These factors have positive association with data warehouse success and data warehouse success increases the supply chain efficiency. Thus, companies should focus on these elements to promote data warehouse success. This study is helpful for practitioners to promote supply chain efficiency through data warehouse success.

Abstract

Mosque-based sharia cooperatives are increasing in number in Bandung City. The problem faced by mosque-based sharia cooperatives is the limited capacity of human resources to prepare integrated and up-to-date sharia cooperative financial reporting. Many managers of sharia cooperatives do not have the skills to prepare financial reports based on sharia accounting standards needed to meet job demands. In addition, the lack of training programs is an obstacle to the ability of cooperative managers because training programs require costs for human resource development so that managers can meet the expected standards. Managers also have difficulty adapting to the development of accounting application technology, which can reduce the competitiveness of cooperatives in the business environment. This community service aims to provide management with knowledge about preparing financial reports that comply with standards and how to implement financial accounting for sharia cooperatives in the city of Bandung. The software used is Accurate. Accurate was developed with the aim of continuing to provide ease of financial recording with PSAK standards for various types of businesses from MSMEs to large companies. This activity was carried out by a group of lecturers from the Bachelor of Accounting study program at Widyatama University in collaboration with the economics sector of the Bandung City MUI and the mosque cooperative center. The implementation method is carried out in four stages, namely preparation, training, evaluation and reporting, and mentoring. The administrators of sharia cooperatives feel they have gained direct knowledge of the subject matter so they are able to prepare sharia cooperative financial reports based on sharia accounting standards.

Abstract

Koperasi syariah berbasis masjid di Kota Bandung semakin berkembang, namun menghadapi kendala utama dalam pemahaman laporan keuangan untuk menilai kondisi keuangan koperasi. Rendahnya kemampuan pengurus dalam menganalisis laporan keuangan, terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dengan latar belakang akuntansi dan keuangan syariah, serta minimnya pemahaman terkait akuntansi digital, khususnya penggunaan aplikasi Accurate, dapat memengaruhi keberlanjutan koperasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) ini bertujuan melatih pengurus koperasi syariah berbasis masjid di Kota Bandung dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Accurate untuk analisis laporan keuangan. Accurate merupakan perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan untuk memudahkan pencatatan dan analisis laporan keuangan sesuai standar PSAK, serta dapat digunakan oleh berbagai jenis usaha, dari UMKM hingga perusahaan besar. Program ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen Program Studi S1 Akuntansi Universitas Widyatama bekerja sama dengan bidang Ekonomi MUI Kota Bandung dan Pusat Koperasi Masjid (Puskopma). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelatihan, serta evaluasi dan pelaporan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan pengurus koperasi terkait penggunaan Accurate, serta respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan abdimas ini.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan untuk aparatur Desa dan BUMNDes di wilayah kecamatan Balubur Limbangan Kabupaten Garut. Kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman tentang Akuntansi, pengelolaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan Desa. Masih adanya desa yang belum efektif dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa, juga terkait dengan pertanggung jawaban pengelolaan keuangan, pengelolaan asset dan regulasi merupakan masalah yang sedang dihadapi desa. Selain itu, masih kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman akuntansi khususnya mengenai penatausahaan dan pelaporan keuangan di Desa. Oleh sebab itu kami sebagai tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupaya dengan bimbingan teknis, pelatihan dan workshop Akuntansi ini akan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta keterampilan aparatur desa dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar akuntansi, dan peraturan pemerintah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur desa dan pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip akuntansi desa yang sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan secara profesional dan akuntabel. Banyak aparatur desa yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, terutama terkait pencatatan transaksi, penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta pemahaman terhadap regulasi seperti Permendagri No. 20 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk aparatur desa dan pengelola BUMDes di Desa Limbangan Timur Kecamatan Balubur Limbangan Kabupaten Garut. Melalui pelatihan teknis ini, peserta dibekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis mengenai akuntansi desa, pengelolaan aset, dan tata kelola keuangan BUMDes yang transparan dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Metode pelatihan meliputi ceramah interaktif, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung menggunakan contoh laporan keuangan desa dan BUMDes. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip akuntansi dasar, kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis regulasi, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam tata kelola keuangan desa. Diharapkan kegiatan ini mampu mendorong terwujudnya tata kelola desa yang lebih profesional, meningkatkan kinerja BUMDes, serta memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa.

Abstract

The role of MSMEs is very important for the Indonesian economy, namely contributing to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). National MSMEs have also been officially registered in the state gazette, in line with the government's decision to establish Law number 20 of 2008 (Law 20/2008) concerning Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. According to the aforementioned Law, MSMEs is a term used for businesses run by individuals, households, or small-sized business entities. The continued ineffectiveness of MSME financial management related to financial management accountability is a problem currently being faced by MSMEs. In addition, there is still a lack of knowledge and understanding of Excel and accounting applications, especially regarding financial administration and reporting in MSMEs. Therefore, we as a community service team strive with technical guidance, training and workshops on Excel and Accounting will be able to improve the knowledge and understanding and skills of MSME managers in making financial reports that comply with accounting standards. This Community Service Activity was carried out for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) fostered by DEFEND ID in Bandung City. This Community Service program aims to improve skills and understanding of Excel applications, accounting, and financial management, reporting, and accountability for MSMEs.
