Abstract

The objective of this research is to inspect the consequence of effective SCM in terms of delivery, after-sales services and responsiveness on customer retention along with the mediating role of customer relationship on the Indonesian Pharmaceutical company. 5point Likert scale is used to collect the data. Random sampling technique is used on the 200 respondents from Indonesian medical officers. PLS3 is used to analyze the data. The findings of this concluded aftersales services, deliveries and responsiveness have been positively significant associated to CR and also customer relationship positively influenced on C. retention. The study gives to fill the lack of investigation on the SCM service to the C. retention between general consultants from Indonesian private consulting room.

Abstract

Supply chain practices are crucial in determining the performance of firms. The current study investigates impact of supply chain practices for determining the market and supply chain performance in crude palm oil industry of Indonesia. The supply chain activities were taken from previous literature including supplier relationship, customer relationships and waste reduction. The objective of the study was to determine the impact of these crucial supply chain activities on market performance and supply chain performance in Indonesian crude palm oil producers. Data was collected from palm oil producers in Jakarta Indonesia, response rate was observed as 77%. The data was analyzed by using AMOS SEM technique. The relationship was examined between constructs and found mixed results, study revealed few practices has significantly associated with market performance and supply chain performance and did not find any significant influence between supplier relation and market performance; waste reduction and market performance was rejected statistically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of relational strategies and transactional strategies in order to determine the performance of supply chain management of Indonesian servicing sector through the moderating role of environment orientation. This research was done quantitatively. Questionnaire were Adapted to collect the data and random sampling technique was used. The sampling size was of 200. PLS3 software was applied to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed that the association of the basic strategies in terms of relational and transactional has a tendency to affect the performance of “supply chain management” significantly and positively. The HRM organization adds to the assurance of practices inside the supply chain, both operationally and deliberately through the moderating role of “environment orientation”. Reconciliation of environmental issues in the supply chain assumes extremely noteworthy job in deciding the productivity and viability inside the supply chain management.

Abstract

The prime objective of current study is to investigate the impact of working capital management tools such as cash conversion cycle, inventory management, and receivable management on the performance of supply chain of manufacturing firms operating in Indonesia. In addition to that, the current study is also interested in examining the moderating role of corporate cash holdings in the relationship between cash conversion cycle and firm supply performance, inventory management and firm supply performance, and receivable management and firm supply performance. To achieve the objective of the current study, we have employed the structural equation modeling and used the statistical package of smart PLS-3. The data by mean of an adapted survey instrument in the form of questionnaire is collected from the operation and finance managers of Indonesian manufacturing firms. International Journal of Supply Chain ManagementThe results of the current study are providing support to the hypothesized results as working capital management appears in significant relationship with firm supply performance. The corporate cash holdings also appear in significant relationship with firm supply performance. The corporate cash holding also appears as a significant moderator between working capital and firm supply performance. The current study which in author knowledge is among few pioneering studies on this issue, will be helpful for financial experts, operation managers, academicians, researchers and other policy makers in formulating policies.

Abstract

Data warehouse management is crucial challenge due to which most of the supply chain companies are facing the issues of data management. These challenges effect adversely on data warehouse success and ultimately effect negatively on supply chain efficiency. Different studies are carried out by different researchers on the area of supply chain, however, these studies are missing with the element of data warehouse management. Therefore, the objective of the study is to examine the factors that influence on data warehouse success and supply chain efficiency. Data were collected from warehouse employees working in Indonesian supply chain companies. Results of the study shows that data warehouse success is based on various factors such as system quality, information quality, service quality and relationship quality. These factors have positive association with data warehouse success and data warehouse success increases the supply chain efficiency. Thus, companies should focus on these elements to promote data warehouse success. This study is helpful for practitioners to promote supply chain efficiency through data warehouse success.
