Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota Komunitas Lantai Atas (KLA) dalam menggunakan storyboard dan shot list sebagai perangkat utama pada tahap pra-produksi media audiovisual. Tahap pra-produksi memiliki peran strategis dalam memastikan kelancaran proses produksi dan mutu akhir karya, namun kesulitan sering muncul saat mengonversi naskah verbal menjadi visualisasi yang jelas bagi seluruh tim produksi. Melalui metode penyampaian materi dan pendampingan terarah, kegiatan ini memberikan penjabaran mengenai peran shot list dalam mengatur urutan pengambilan gambar secara terstruktur, sehingga memudahkan penyusunan kebutuhan teknis seperti kamera, pencahayaan, suara, serta pengaturan waktu. Kegiatan ini juga membekali peserta dengan pemahaman tentang fungsi storyboard sebagai gambaran visual tiap adegan yang membantu menghindari salah tafsir, mempertegas maksud naskah, dan menjadi panduan bersama bagi kru di lapangan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap proses pra-produksi, penguatan koordinasi kreatif-teknis, serta kesiapan yang lebih baik dalam merancang proyek film komunitas. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan storyboard dan shot-list terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efektivitas perencanaan dan kualitas produksi di Komunitas Lantai Atas (KLA).

Abstract

This study examines the role of Kahfi Motivator School in improving public speaking skills. This is done through communication and learning methods that emphasize spiritual values. The focus of this study is on strategic planning, communication implementation, as well as learning models that aim to hone public speaker skills in educational institutions that are not academically or commercially oriented. The approach used was descriptive qualitative with a descriptive analysis design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and document analysis with purposive sampling technique to select informants. Data analysis was conducted using an inductive approach that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages, also supported by triangulation of methods and data sources. The results of this study reveal that Kahfi Motivator School not only teaches public speaking techniques, but also focuses on character development, mindset, and value awareness through a combination of communication strategies, discipline, and spirituality. The learning methods applied proved effective in creating a sustainable and inclusive public speaker formation process, as well as encouraging participants to change the way they communicate. The conclusion of this research shows that success in developing public speaking skills is influenced by not only the technical aspects, but also the personalities of the participants.

Abstract

Public trust in The Performance of Firefighters is an important issue in public emergency services, especially among young people who grow up as active users of digital tecnology and trend to be critical in assessing the credibility of an institution base on direct experiences or information circulating online. This study is intended to examine the relationship between the influence of young people’s perseptions and the level of public trust on the responsiveness of firefighters in South Tangerang City. The research used a Quantitative approach through a survey method involving 85 young respondents selected based on age, residence and experience interacting with firefighter, with data collected using a Linkert-scale questionnaire and analyzed throgh variance-base structural relationship modeling. The result show that the measurement instruments meet the criteria for validity and reliabilty, and the research model was able to explain more than seventy percent of the variation in the seponsiveness of firefighting personnel. Whit both Generation Z perception and public trust contributed far more strongly then perseption alone. This study concludes that improving the responsiveness of firefighting sevices cannot rely solely on technical service quality, but also requares strengthening public trust thtough information openess, institutional accountability, effective communication and consistency in public service delivery.
