Abstract

Pembangunan asrama berlokasi di Jl. MH. Thamrin Purwodadi-Grobogan danĀ  bertujuan menyediakan tempat tinggal yang aman dan nyaman bagi para siswa, terutama yang rumahnya jauh dari sekolah. Banyak siswa harus menempuh jarak jauh setiap hari, yang berisiko terhadap keselamatan dan mengurangi fokus belajar. Tujuan: mempelajari metodologi analisis struktur bangunan tahan gempa, menentukan dimensi struktur dan menghitung RAB (Rencana Anggaran dan Biaya) beserta gambar kerja struktur. Metode: tugas akhir ini mencakup kajian literatur dan pengumpulan data, diikuti dengan pemodelan struktur dan analisis pembebanan menggunakan SAPv.22, hingga penentuan perkuatan tulangan dan pendetailan gambar kerja untuk seluruh elemen struktur. Hasil: Perhitungan menggunakan program bantu Autocad versi 2021, SAP 2000v.22 dan Microsoft Excel. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, penentuan tulangan pada kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai struktur gedung ini didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan menggunakan perangkat lunak SAP 2000v.22.

Abstract

This dormitory project is located on Jln. MH. Thamrin Purwodadi-Grobogan and aims to provide safe and comfortable housing for students, particularly those who live far from school. Many students must travel long distances daily, which poses a safety risk and reduces their focus on learning. Objective: The goal is to study the methodology of earthquake-resistant building structure analysis, determine structural dimensions, and calculate the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) along with the structural drawings. Methodology: This final project includes a literature review and data collection, followed by structural modeling and load analysis using SAP 2000v.22. The process concludes with the determination of reinforcement specifications and the creation of detailed working drawings for all structural elements. Results: The calculations were performed using auxiliary software such as AutoCAD version 2021, SAP 2000v.22, and Microsoft Excel. Conclusion: Based on the analysis, the determination of reinforcement for the building's columns, beams, and floor slabs was based on the calculations performed using the SAP 2000v.22 software.
