Abstract

Abstract This paper discusses the importance of saving early using research methods, performance models, and time and activity plans. Saving means storing money or income in a safe place to store it. Here we explain how to raise children well, because we know that high school students do not understand how to raise them. When explaining how to raise children, please relate it to everyday life that children understand. Keywords: Saving, Socialization Saving, Living frugally Abstrak Karya ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya menabung sejak usia dini menggunakan metode penelitian, model kinerja, serta rencana waktu dan aktivitas.Menabung berarti menyimpan uang atau penghasilan di tempat yang aman untuk menyimpannya. Di sini kami menjelaskan kepada anak-anak cara menabung yang baik dan benar, karena kami tahu, siswa SMA belum memahami arti menabung. Saat menjelaskan menabung kepada anak-anak, pastikan untuk mengaitkannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari yang mereka pahami. Kata kunci: Menabung, Sosialisasi Menabung, Hidup hemat

Abstract

In general, human resources are one of the most important factors and cannot be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. This study aims to determine how organizational culture and transformational leadership influence employee performance at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari-PKS, Ketahun. The type of research used is a quantitative method. The sample of this study was all employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari-PKS, Ketahun, North Bengkulu, totaling 120 people. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 1). Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Sandabi Indah Lestari PKS, Ketahun, North Bengkulu. 2). Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, PT. Sandabi3). Organizational culture and transformational leadership have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari - PKS, Ketahun, North Bengkulu.
