Abstract

The digital era demands that neighborhood associations (RT) optimize public services through information technology, both in building a positive image (social branding) and systematically integrating citizen data. In RT 30 RW 10, Jumputrejo Village, social media management was previously inconsistent, and resident administrative data was still scattered across various documents. To address these challenges, the “RT Digital Mandiri” program was implemented using the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method, which includes asset identification, asset mobilization, relationship building, and community empowerment. This program utilizes Google Spreadsheet as an integrated database application and social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) as social branding tools. The implementation results showed an increase in the frequency of social media posts from unscheduled to a minimum of twice per week, the formation of a consistent visual identity, and the creation of a digital database of residents that facilitates administrative services. This program has proven effective in strengthening the RT's image, increasing citizen access to information, and can serve as a model for replication of digital public services at the RT level.
