Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola asuh yang diterapkan orangtua, upaya-upaya yang dilakukan orangtua dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi orangtua dalam keluarga muslim minoritas. Penelitian dilakukan di Amphoe Rattaphum Provinsi Songhkla Thailand dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  orangtua menerapkan pola asuh otoriter dan demokratis. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan para orangtua dengan metode storytelling, suri tauladan, pembelajaran langsung, serta reward and punishment. Hambatan yang dihadapi orangtua meliputi kendala internal dan eksternal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) Peran pekerja sosial dalam pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial  di Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri, (2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial di Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri Kota Semarang. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian. Subjek pada penelitian artikel  ini adalah Pekerja Sosial, Perawat dan Lansia di Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi . Teknik analisis data  yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Pelaksanaan pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial terhadap klien meliputi pemenuhan fasilitas, perantara, mediator, pembela, pelindung dan pendidik, (2) Pemaparan faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung terlaksananya pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial di Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri.     This research aims to describe: (1) The role of social workers in social rehabilitation services at Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri, (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for social rehabilitation services at Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri, Semarang City. Researchers use qualitative methods as research methods. The subjects in this research article are Social Workers, Nurses and the Elderly at Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique used is source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results show that: (1) The implementation of social rehabilitation services for clients includes the provision of facilities, intermediaries, mediators, defenders, protectors and educators, (2) Explanation of the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of social rehabilitation services at Wisma Lansia Harapan Asri.

Abstract

Parenting influences early childhood gadget use. This study aims to analyze the parenting style of millennial parents regarding the dangers of using early childhood gadgets in the Tunggulrejo Village, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency. This research was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation of five research subjects for the data collection process. The method of data analysis is carried out directly based on the results of field work, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that children with this parenting style become independent and have good creativity, permissive parenting style gives freedom to children without reprimands and punishments, even though children make mistakes. In this study, the parenting style that is mostly applied by millennial parents in using gadgets for children aged 3-6 years in the Tunggulrejo Village tends to use permissive parenting. The negative impacts of using early childhood gadgets in Tunggulrejo Village are eye health problems, children get angry easily, children prefer to be alone, and children are more lazy in doing things. This research is expected to be useful in developing knowledge in the field of education, especially in terms of early childhood care. Furthermore, this research is expected to be the basis of reference for further studies that have related topics.

Abstract

During Covid 19 pandemic, poverty is tremendously raising and expanding across the country, worsened the economic sector in almost every region in Indonesia, including in Semarang, Central Java. According to the number of residents living in Semarang, 79,058 people experienced an economic weakening in 2021. Based on the problem above, it can be concluded that there is a need for a community empowerment strategy model that is appropriate to market needs. This study reveals the implementation of a strategy model for empowering the urban poor based on market needs in the non-formal education carried out by BBPLK Semarang. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of the research were 5 trainees and instructors. The technique of data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, this study used technical triangulation. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative. This process put 3 activities, namely, (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions or verification. The community empowerment model implemented at BBPLK uses a strategy model for empowering the urban poor based on market needs. The stages of community empowerment are carried out through the awareness stage, the skill transformation stage, and the intellectual and innovative ability improvement stage. A common obstacle that occurs in BBPLK Semarang is the lack of instructors. BBPLK Semarang is still not being able to hold their instructors, so they need help from other parties such as a Private vocational training center in Semarang. Moreover, the most influential factor is the intention of the training participants themselves and the people who are reluctant to follow the training at BBPLK Semarang.

Abstract

In the midst of the structural challenges of Indonesia's job market and digital disruption, non-formal education (PNF) plays a crucial role in equipping the community with relevant skills. This article analyzes a tutor empowerment model as a strategic effort to develop digital multimodal based entrepreneurship education in the PNF program in Ungaran Regency. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study examines the process and impact of training programs designed to improve the digital and pedagogical competencies of tutors. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis, then analyzed thematically. The results show that this empowerment program significantly transforms the role of tutors from conventional teachers to digital learning architects who are able to design interactive learning experiences. The implementation of multimodal pedagogy has been proven to increase student engagement and learning motivation, as well as facilitate the development of early-stage digital entrepreneurship skills. This study concludes that tutor empowerment is a critical-path factor for the success and relevance of PNF in the digital era. However, the sustainability of these innovations is highly dependent on the existence of systemic support and affirmative policies to address the professional precariats that educators in the non-formal pathway have been facing.

Abstract

Initial study found out a lack of awareness, understanding, and interactive experience of students at the Republic of Indonesia School Tokyo about Pancasila and Indonesian Culture. Only about 6.2% of students managed to answer questions correctly on the national insight material. Meanwhile, the survey results showed that 28.6% of students understood Pancasila in class, while 21.7% of students understood it from social media. This study aims to determine the effect of interactive modules based on Pancasila student profiles on national insight at the Republic of Indonesia Elementary School Tokyo. The research method used was a quantitative one-group pretest-posttest experiment. The subjects of the study consisted of 17 male and female students in grade 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Elementary School Tokyo in phase A, namely ages 6-8 years. The research method used was a quantitative experiment, One-group pretest-posttest. The research subjects comprised 17 male and female students of grade 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Elementary School Tokyo in phase A, aged 6-8 years.The study results showed a significant increase in the national insight of elementary school children after utilizing the interactive module. Based on the hypothesis testing, the p-value is 0.000 <0.05. By implementing interactive modules that integrate the IPTEKS approach and project-based learning methods, students become more active and enthusiastic in understanding and applying the values of diversity.

Abstract

Meningkatnya perilaku negatif seperti perundungan, krisis identitas bahkan tindakan bunuh diri yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak yang diperparah karena modernisasi yang mudah djangkau, membuat informasi dan hiburan yang tidak layak di akses anak-anak mudah diakses. Meskipun banyak anak yang sudah terpengaruh oleh modernisasi, masih ada daerah yang menolak modernisasi salah satunya Suku Baduy. Melihat karakter anak-anak di suku Baduy yang terbentuk dengan baik menjadi tujuan penulisan untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan pendidikan karakter anak sehingga dapat mengetahui pendidikan karakter yang baik dan bisa mengurangi kekhawatiran akibat dampak dari modernisasi. Melalui Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 4 anak dan 2  pasangan orang tua, didapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter anak melalui keluarga di suku Baduy berpatokan kepada pikukuh dari nenek moyang dan kepercayaan sundawiwitan melalui pedidikan informal dari orang tua melalui lisan dan melibatkan anak untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, sehingga membentuk nilai-nilai karakter anak Baduy yang idealisme dimana anak-anak sangat mencintai budaya dan patuh terhadap hal-hal yang harus dilakukan serta memiliki rasa kepedulian yang tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe women's empowerment through the anugrah waste bank and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the chairman, 2 administrators, and two customers. The results of the study show that efforts to empower women in providing additional income are through waste savings owned by customers and additional knowledge. Women already have the awareness to take part in waste bank activities and the importance of a woman being empowered. Women's participation is as a customer and administrator of a gift waste bank. The level of control cannot be maximized because it is still limited and uneven. The supporting factors are the availability of adequate resources and the support from the government and BNI 46. The inhibiting factors are the unavailability of a special building for waste bank activities. The conclusion is that women's empowerment has been running, even though it is not optimal, but it has been able to help customers increase their income. Suggestions from researchers are to hold training again and be more active in conducting outreach.
