Abstract

General Background Small and medium enterprises in the snack food sector play a vital role in local economic sustainability and community employment generation. Specific Background Kerupuk Impala Dua Bebek operates within traditional distribution networks, applying basic marketing mix strategies to maintain regional market presence. Knowledge Gap However, the transition mechanism from conventional manual distribution to digital commerce among resource-constrained food enterprises remains insufficiently explored. Aims This study analyzes product, pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies while assessing their operational impacts on enterprise competitiveness. Results Findings reveal that relying on manual marketing and additive-free production preserves product safety and local employment, but restricts shelf life and geographic market reach. Novelty This research highlights the operational trade-offs between additive-free food manufacturing and conventional distribution limitations in rural micro-enterprises. Implications Small food producers must adopt structured e-commerce strategies to mitigate competitive vulnerabilities and expand market boundaries beyond local regions.  Key Findings Highlights Manual distribution and reliance on local market orders limit geographic expansion and sales growth. Manufacturing additive-free food products enhances safety but restricts shelf life and distribution range. Adopting digital platforms offers structured pathways to overcome conventional marketing constraints. Abstract

General Background The agricultural industry increasingly relies on integrated technological systems to ensure operational speed and accurate product deliveries. Specific Background PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia utilizes Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing to manage real-time inventory, prioritize orders, and design delivery routes for livestock nourishment. Knowledge Gap Although integrated software consolidates business functions, the difficulties employees face when transitioning from manual methods to complex digital interfaces remain underexplored. Aims This study investigates the utilization of enterprise software by administrative staff to identify strategies for optimizing operational procedures and expedition handling. Results Qualitative analysis employing observation and a fishbone diagram reveals that software adoption reduces order completion time by fifteen percent and decreases data input mistakes by twenty percent. Conversely, employees experience difficulties adapting to unintuitive system interfaces, leading to human errors and workflow delays. Novelty This research maps specific socio-technical bottlenecks, categorizing human, method, material, and environmental challenges within agribusiness logistics software transitions. Implications Organizations must provide continuous technical training and simplify system navigation to secure employee adaptation, thereby maximizing logistics agility and customer satisfaction. Highlights:  Digital integration reduces order completion time and minimizes manual input mistakes. Unintuitive software interfaces trigger employee resistance during technological transitions. Continuous technical training secures operational agility and logistics accuracy. Keywords: Agribusiness Operations, Expedition Handling, Order Processing, Technology Adaptation, Logistics Management

Abstract

General Background Malnutrition and child nuptials present significant challenges to long-term human resource development, cognitive growth, and reproductive health in Indonesia. Specific Background Addressing these multidimensional public wellness concerns necessitates targeted interventions at the regional level, particularly focusing on vulnerable adolescent populations. Knowledge Gap Previous literature predominantly focuses on national non-governmental campaigns, leaving a void regarding the concrete operational involvement of local government bodies in integrating these initiatives. Aims This study investigates the strategic function of the Family Planning division within the local women's empowerment agency in executing integrated prevention initiatives for youth. Results Utilizing a qualitative descriptive methodology, findings indicate that the agency employs community-based education and cross-sector partnerships with health and education departments, actively engaging youth through dedicated forums and counseling centers despite budgetary constraints and cultural resistance. Novelty This research demonstrates that regional institutions transcend basic administrative duties to act as local innovators by deploying Social Behavior Change Communication and positioning adolescents as active subjects rather than passive beneficiaries. Implications Future policy development must prioritize interagency synergy, digitalizing youth counseling, and designing impact-based evaluation models to ensure the long-term sustainability of reproductive health and nutrition interventions. Highlights: Cross-sector partnerships with health and educational organizations successfully integrate public wellness initiatives into school curricula. Community-based education shifts youth from passive beneficiaries to active subjects utilizing Social Behavior Change Communication. Cultural resistance and limited administrative resources remain significant barriers to local human resource development. Keywords: Cross Sector Collaboration, Youth Empowerment, Social Behavior Change, Reproductive Health, Regional Institutions

Abstract

General Background: Rapid advances in artificial intelligence and digital transformation have fundamentally changed workforce needs in the banking sector. Specific Background: Bank BJB examines employees' digital competency readiness and adaptation challenges to respond to technological developments through BJB University. Knowledge Gap: Existing literature largely focuses on technology performance rather than qualitative insights into employee adaptation and human resource transformation strategies within regional development banks facing artificial intelligence. Aims: This study aims to analyze employee digital competency readiness, adaptation challenges, and human resource transformation initiatives at Bank BJB. Results: Findings reveal that competency gaps stem from generational differences and unit engagement levels, with adoption lag causing cultural friction, while BJB University serves as a learning infrastructure that improves artificial intelligence literacy, data skills, and analytical roles. Novelty: This qualitative case study uniquely documents how regional development banks leverage corporate university frameworks to manage adoption lag and human resource restructuring during automated banking shifts. Implications: Institutions must execute cohesive investments in organized educational programs, foster adaptive organizational cultures, and strengthen human resource skills to ensure sustainable digital transformation. Highlights: Employee digital competency gaps stem from generational differences and varying division engagement levels in digitalization. Adoption lag creates cultural friction between legacy systems and newly introduced digital frameworks. Institutional learning infrastructure improves artificial intelligence literacy and shifts employee duties from routine administration to analytical decision-making.
