Abstract

The escalating social andeconomic problems brought about by globalization have raised new questions as well as expectations about corporate governance,ethical and social responsibilities. Consequently, corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a part of phylanthropy’s activities has emerged and developed rapidly as a fieldof study. The Islamic financial institution has special program , Qardhul Hasan, that is perceived as the same as corporate social responsibility. The main objectiveof thispaperis to elaborate corporate social responsiblity from Islamic’s view and to evaluate wether the Qardhul Hasan is the same as corporate social responsibility in business entity.

Abstract

Abstract

Human resource is very important in a company. The reason for this examination is to examine the impact of profession improvement, work inspiration, work discipline, and authoritative obligation to worker execution. This exploration was led in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nasari Yogyakarta. This exploration utilizes a quantitative methodology. The quantity of tests utilized upwards of 32 workers, by the strategy for immersed examining (evaluation). The outcomes showed that the incomplete advancement of the Career and discipline makes a positive difference and critical on representative execution Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nasari Yogyakarta. In the interim, motivation and Organizational Commitment significantly affects representative execution Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nasari Yogyakarta. All the while Career development, Motivation, work discipline, and Organizational Commitment influence the Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kecamatan Rongkop belum optimal, mengidentifikasi penyebab belum optimalnya kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kecamatan Rongkop, mengevaluasi upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kecamatan Rongkop, dan untuk mengembangkan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kecamatan Rongkop. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat indikasi pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kecamatan Rongkop belum optimal. Guna mencapai tujuan penelitian, peneliti mendesain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskritif kualitatif, analisis komparatif dengan dasar analisa Peraturan Bupati Gunungkidul Nomor 49 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa, dan pengembangan alat analisis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan belum optimalnya kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kecamatan Rongkop adalah faktor regulasi, faktor kelembagaan, faktor Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), dan faktor pengawasan. Sedangkan penyebab kinerja pengelolaan keuangan belum optimal adalah dokumen perencanaan desa (RPJMDes dan RKPDes) yang kurang relevan dengan perkembangan kebutuhan desa, ketidakmampuan desa dalam memenuhi batas waktu tahapan siklus pengelolaan keuangan desa, dan kurang tertibnya administrasi pengelolaan keuangan desa. Upaya yang telah dilakukan desa Bohol untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa telah baik dan berhasil. Upaya yang dilakukan Desa Melikan belum bisa maksimal. Kendala yang ditemui adalah website desa tidak aktif; keterlambatan dana transfer; keterbatasan kemampuan perangkat desa dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi, rendahnya pemahaman perangkat desa terhadap aturan dan banyaknya perangkat desa yang berusia lanjut. Sedangkan Desa Karangwuni, meskipun telah berupaya melaksanakan azas-azas pengelolaan keuangan desa untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desanya, akan tetapi mereka menemui kendala terkait rendahnya kedisiplinan perangkat desa dalam penyelesaian laporan, rendahnya kemauan dari warga masyarakat untuk terlibat dalam pengawasan pelaksanaan keuangan desa, dan tidak efisien dalam mengelola anggaran. Upaya yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan desa, yaitu: (1) Perlunya penyusunan SOP Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa, (2) Perlunya penyusunan Rencana Kerja Tahunan dan Rencana Penarikan Dana, (3) Intensitas pembinaan SDM yang memadai dan studi banding, (4) Peran BPD dalam mendorong partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of motivation as a mediator of leadership dimensions on employe performance of PT. Netindo Solution. The population in this study are all employess of PT. Netindo Solution made with the criteria of being a permanent employee or more than one year from the criteria obtained a population of 400 employees spread from various division units. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique of 80 respondents which will be taken 20% from 400 employees. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study show that Motivation (Y1) acts as a mediator between interpersonal roles (X1) of leaders and employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by the indirect coefficient value of 0.308 greater than the direct coefficient value of 0.113. The results also prove that Motivation (Y1) acts as a mediator between the role of informational (X2) leaders and employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by the indirect effect coefficient of 0.203 greater than the direct coefficient value of 0.220. Motivation (Y1) acts as a mediator between decisional roles (X3) of leaders and employee performance (Y2). This is evidenced by the indirect coefficient value of 0.216 greater than the direct coefficient value of 0.143. From the results of this study it can be concluded that through motivation, the role of dimensions will be more effective in improving the performance of employees of PT. Netindo Solution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai bagian pelayanan masyarakat untuk memperoleh KTP elektronik pada pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Kledung Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Desember 2021. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah sampel 29 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposif sampling. Teknik analisis data interactive model of analysis.Kinerja pegawai diukur dari aspek kualitas, ketepatan waktu, efektifitas, kemandirian dan komitmen petugas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja pegawai bagian pelayanan dari aspek kualitas dapat dikategorikan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Dari aspek ketepatan waktu pelayanan dapat dikategorikan tepat walaupun masih ada sedikit kendala, dari aspek efektifitas pelayanan dapat dikategorikan efektif walaupun masih ada sedikit masalah yang berkaitan dengan keterlambatan. Aspek kemandirian dalam pelayanan dikategorikan mandiri, ramah dan sopan dalam melayani pengunjung kadang ada juga kendala ketika petugas sudah lelah sehingga menjadi kurang sabar. Dari aspek komitmen dalam pelayanan dapat dikategorikan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi karena sudah menjadi tanggung jawab ASN untuk melayani masyarakat.Adapun untuk rekomendasiyang ditetapkan adalah meningkatkan kemampuan petugas bagian pelayanan dengan cara mengikutkan pendidikan dan pelatihan pada petugas entry data baik melalui pelatihan software maupun hardware agar nantinya tidak menemui kendala pada waktu bekerja. Senantiasa mengadakan bimbingan dan evaluasi untuk kelancaran pelayananan, berusaha memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pengunjung dan senantiasa penjaga keamanan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung. This study aims to determine the efforts to improve the performance of public service employees to obtain electronic ID cards in public services at the Kledung District Office, Temanggung Regency. This research began in December 2021. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a sample of 29 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques interactive model of analysis. Employee performance is measured from aspects of quality, timeliness, effectiveness, independence and commitment of service personnel. The results of the study show that the performance of service employees from the quality aspect can be categorized according to applicable regulations. From the aspect of timeliness of service, it can be categorized as appropriate although there are still a few obstacles, from the aspect of service effectiveness it can be categorized as effective, although there are still a few problems related to delays. Aspects of independence in service are categorized as independent, friendly and polite in serving visitors, sometimes there are also obstacles when the officers are tired so they become impatient. From the aspect of commitment to service, it can be categorized as having a high commitment because it is the responsibility of ASN to serve the community.As for the recommendations that have been set, it is to increase the ability of service officers by including education and training for data entry officers, both through software and hardware training so that later they do not encounter obstacles at work. Always holding guidance and evaluation for smooth service, trying to provide excellent service to visitors and always guarding the security of comfort for visitors.

Abstract

This research design uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 3 members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police consisting of 1 member of the Criminal Investigation Department and 2 personnel of the National Police Cyber Dittipid at the National Police Headquarters. While the object of research is the competence of investigators of the National Police Criminal Investigation Department in handling Cyber Crime Cases. The reason for the competence of the investigators of the Dittipidsiber Bareskrim Polri in handling Cyber Crime Cases still needs to be improved in terms of: (1) Aspects of attitude/personality (attitude), there are obstacles to public perception s that there are still unscrupulous Polri investigators. (2) Intellectuality/knowledge, there are still a small number of Polri investigators who do not understand the laws and regulations of criminal acts. (3) expertise/skills, there are still a small proportion who do not have basic investigative skills education (research vocational education/specialized vocational education) in handling cyber crime cases. Then efforts to improve the competence of the National Police Dittipidsiber Bareskrim investigators in handling Cyber Crime cases can be carried out by: (1) Attitude / Personality (Attitude) aspects by conducting mental training to Polri investigators on a regular basis, conducting regular ESQ (Emotional Spiritual Quotient) training. (2) Intellectuality/Knowledge by organizing professional investigative management training, disseminating new laws and regulations, sending good investigative personnel to attend investigation courses and investigative exercises, holding discussions, dialogues, workshops and seminars on investigative management. (3) Expertise/Skills by conducting training on the use and operationalization of computer and internet technology, making quick, easy and effective systems and administrative investigation methods, providing training on electronic evidence in cyber crime cases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas pajak PBB di Kecamatan Tlogomulyo Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Desember 2021. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data Interactive Model of Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kinerja petugas pajak PBB Kecamatan Tlogomulyo Temanggung belum mencapai target hal ini disebabkan: a) Kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Kecamatan Tlogomulyo Temanggung tentang pentingnya pembayaran pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB) membuat masyarakat enggan untuk membayar pajak. b) Pembagian SPPT yang terlambat di tangan masyarakat. c) Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pembayaran pajak membuat masyarakat malas membayar pajak. d)Kompetensi petugas masih masih kurang, terlihat darisegi tingkat ketelitiannya dan belum mampu bekerja mandiri. 2) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja petugas pajak PBB agar mencapai target di Kecamatan Tlogomulyo Temanggung yaitu: a) melakukan sosialisasi secara intensif kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya pembayaran PBB dengan menggelar acara kesenian tradisional sehingga masyarakat antusias datang di acara tersebut. b) Petugas pajak membagi SPPT lebih awal tahun yaitu pada bulan Februari. c) Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pembayaran pajak dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi manfaat pajak bagi masyarakat di tiap kelurahan. d)Meningkatkan kompetensi petugas dengan diklat tentang pajak yang terintegrasi dengan sistem teknologi informasi. This study aims to improve the performance of PBB tax officers in Tlogomulyo District, Temanggung Regency. The research was conducted in December 2021. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Collecting interview data, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques Interactive Model of Analysis. The results showed that: 1) The performance of PBB tax officers in Tlogomulyo Temanggung District had not reached the target this was due to: a) Lack of socialization to the people of Tlogomulyo Temanggung District about the importance of paying land and building taxes (PBB) making people reluctant to pay taxes. b) Distribution of late SPPT in the hands of the community. c) Lack of public awareness about paying taxes makes people lazy to pay taxes. d) The competence of officers is still lacking, seen from the level of accuracy and has not been able to work independently. 2) Efforts were made to improve the performance of PBB tax officers in order to achieve targets in Tlogomulyo Temanggung District, namely: a) intensive socialization to the public about the importance of paying PBB by holding traditional arts events so that people enthusiastically came to the event. b) The tax officer distributes the SPPT earlier in the year, namely in February. c) Increase public awareness of tax payments by socializing the benefits of taxes to the community in each kelurahan. d) Improving the competence of officers with training on taxes that is integrated with information technology systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation variables, work environment variables, work stress variables on employee job satisfaction variables, determine the effect of compensation variables, work environment, and work stress on employee work productivity, determine the direct effect of job satisfaction variables on work productivity, determine the effect of compensation, work environment and work stress on work productivity through intervening variables of job satisfaction on employees at KPP Pratama Yogyakarta. The method in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were 100 KPP Pratama Yogyakarta employees. The technique of determining the sample using the saturated sample method is to make the entire population part of the sample. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire and for data analysis using a structural equation model. The results showed that compensation, work environment and work stress have an influence on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has no effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive effect on work productivity. The work environment has a positive effect on work productivity. Work stress has a negative effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on work productivity.
