Abstract. This research is motivated by the high volume of defective products in polyester yarn production at PT Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk, averaging 1,820,340 kg per month, coupled with the absence of an integrated supply chain performance measurement. This study aims to analyze supply chain management performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method to evaluate operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement. The analytical results reveal that the Cash-to-Cash Cycle metric falls into the Superior category with an achievement of -72 days. However, a significant performance gap of 11.3% was identified in the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) indicator, where the actual value of 95.7% exceeded the ideal target of 84.4%. The findings also indicate a high frequency of delivery delays and product damage caused by machine malfunctions. It is concluded that while cash flow management is performing excellently, the company must undertake massive production cost efficiencies. This study recommends implementing preventive machine maintenance to minimize downtime, reduce defect rates, and sustainably optimize the supply chain. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya volume produk cacat pada produksi benang poliester di PT Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk yang mencapai rata-rata 1.820.340 kg per bulan, serta belum adanya pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok secara terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) guna mengevaluasi efisiensi operasional dan mengidentifikasi area perbaikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metrik Cash-to-Cash Cycle berada pada kategori Superior dengan capaian -72 hari. Namun, ditemukan kesenjangan kinerja (performance gap) yang signifikan pada indikator Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) sebesar 11,3%, di mana nilai aktual sebesar 95,7% melampaui target ideal 84,4%. Temuan juga mengindikasikan tingginya frekuensi keterlambatan pengiriman dan kerusakan produk akibat kegagalan fungsi mesin. Disimpulkan bahwa, kendati tata kelola arus kas berjalan sangat baik, perusahaan harus melakukan efisiensi biaya produksi secara masif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi pemeliharaan mesin preventif (preventive maintenance) guna meminimalisasi downtime, menekan tingkat kecacatan, dan mengoptimalkan rantai pasok secara berkelanjutan.
