Abstrak Petani kelapa sawit di Desa Bukit Subur masih menghadapi permasalahan ketidaktransparanan informasi harga Tandan Buah Segar (TBS), pencatatan transaksi yang dilakukan secara manual, serta lemahnya pengelolaan hutang piutang antara petani dan pengepul. Kondisi ini menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan posisi tawar petani dan berpotensi merugikan petani. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan petani kelapa sawit melalui penerapan sistem informasi harga dan transaksi TBS berbasis web yang dinamakan SAWIT UMKM. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan PHP 8 native, MySQL, serta antarmuka HTML5 dan JavaScript. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan sistem, serta evaluasi pra-pasca. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan sistem sebesar 72% berdasarkan hasil kuis sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Sebanyak 87% peserta menyatakan aplikasi membantu transparansi harga TBS, dan 81% menyatakan pencatatan transaksi menjadi lebih akurat. Aplikasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi digitalisasi yang berkelanjutan bagi ekosistem perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat di Bukit Subur. Kata Kunci: kelapa sawit; sistem informasi; TBS; digitalisasi; pengabdian masyarakat Abstract Palm oil farmers in Bukit Subur Village still face challenges including a lack of transparency in Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB/TBS) price information, manual transaction recording, and poor debt management between farmers and collectors. This community service activity aimed to empower palm oil farmers through the implementation of a web-based TBS price and transaction information system named SAWIT UMKM. The system was developed using native PHP 8, MySQL, and an HTML5/JavaScript interface. Methods employed included field surveys, system usage training and mentoring, and pre-post evaluation. Results indicate a 72% improvement in participant understanding of the system based on pre-post quiz scores. Additionally, 87% of participants reported that the application improved TBS price transparency, and 81% stated that transaction recording became more accurate. This application is expected to serve as a sustainable digitalization solution for the smallholder palm oil plantation ecosystem in Bukit Subur.
