Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat pada sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) menuntut penerapan strategi promosi yang terintegrasi untuk mempertahankan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan bauran promosi pada UMKM Kumbah Care Bogor yang bergerak di bidang jasa restorasi sepatu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, diskusi, studi pustaka, dan implementasi strategi promosi sebagai bagian dari kegiatan pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas promosi masih dipengaruhi oleh ketidakkonsistenan aktivitas pemasaran digital, terbatasnya keberlanjutan program promosi penjualan, serta belum optimalnya layanan pelanggan. Penerapan strategi berupa penjadwalan konten media sosial secara berkala, pengembangan promosi bundling, dan optimalisasi layanan digital berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas komunikasi pemasaran dan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan bauran promosi tidak hanya bergantung pada intensitas promosi, tetapi juga pada konsistensi, integrasi saluran pemasaran, dan kualitas layanan dalam membangun kesadaran merek, kepercayaan pelanggan, serta daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and self-efficacy on business performance through business motivation as an intervening variable among snack food MSME actors in Ciawi District, Bogor Regency. The research method employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1–5. The population of this study consisted of snack food MSME actors in Ciawi District, Bogor Regency. The sample included 131 MSME actors aged at least 18 years who had been operating their businesses for more than one year. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results indicate that entrepreneurial orientation and self-efficacy have a significant effect on business performance, both directly and indirectly through business motivation as an intervening variable.
