Abstract

Abstract Children morbidity in Indonesia still high because of disease infection influenced by nutrition, sanitation, infectious disease and accidents. In fact, earlier currently infant's nutritional status the malnourished less at in 2013 was 28.17% and 28.04% in 2014. The aim is to review research know relations mother knowledge processing on with food good nutritional status toddler. The research is a quantitative study with descriptive-analytic method, using cross-sectional design. Sampling technique which was used is total sampling that whole toddler that brought into Integrated Health Pos is 88 totalled. Results obtained nothing between relations mother knowledge processing on with food good nutritional status. Keywords: food processing, nutritional status. Abstrak Angka kesakitan anak di Indonesia masih tinggi akibat penyakit infeksi yang dipengaruhi faktor gizi, sanitasi, penyakit menular, dan kecelakaan. Faktanya saat ini status nutrisi bayi yang menderita gizi kurang pada tahun 2013 berada di 28,17 % dan 28,04 % di tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang pengolahan makanan yang baik dengan status gizi balita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik, menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling yaitu seluruh balita yang dibawa ibu ke Posyandu berjumlah 88 anak balita. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang pengolahan makanan yang baik dengan status gizi balita. Kata kunci : Pengolahan makanan, status gizi.

Abstract

Malnutrition is a condition inadequate or excessive of nutrition. One of the way to improve health level is by correcting society nutritional status on toodler especially which is form age category prone to nutrient problems. This research conducted in community health centers of Mariam river working area, anggana sub-district, district of Kutai Kartanegara. With research quantitative method and descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional approach. Large samples in this research is all of toddler who have less of nutrient and malnutrition affordable that meet inclusion and exclusion criteria. Factors mother’s occupation status, mothers’s level education, food production, economy factor, food consumption factor, and utilization of health services categorical scale does chisquare analysis. As for results of multivariate analysis after controlled by variable number of children in family, family total in the house and mothers’s level education. There is relation between food consumption factor with toddler nutrition status it means that the unavailability of food by food production by family 16,2 times more likely to have toddler with malnutrition compared with productive family. Conclusion : children total factor, familiestotal, mother education, food consumption, economy, food production give contribution to the incidence malnutrition for toddler incommunity health centers of Mariam river working area, anggana sub-district, district of kutai kartanegara.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Exercise is one way to increase physical endurance as an effort to maintain health and fitness. Physical exercise is one effort to overcome the excess fat as well as to achieve a good level of physical fitness and can improve functional ability. This research is quantitative research, research design using quasi experiment method with pre-test and post-test without control (self-control) design. This study was conducted in April s.d November 2016 which aims to determine the effect of fitness exercise on blood cholesterol levels in fitness participants. Before the intervention done pre-test is to check blood cholesterol levels, then intervene and within 1 month post-test to assess changes in blood cholesterol levels. Result: Sports fitness gives a significant influence on the decrease of blood cholesterol level with p value = 0,013. The result of Multivariate test obtained exponen B = 13,732 compared with food with result of test p = 0,045 food with OR = 0,114. Conclusion: that with sports fitness at least 3 times a week and duration of at least 1 hour have a big effect to decrease blood cholesterol level especially if followed by food which appropriate with nutrient sufficiency value. Suggestion: Sports fitness can be done as an alternative to lower blood cholesterol levels in addition to aerobic exercise. Keywords: exercise, fitness, blood cholesterol levels
