Abstract

Indonesia, as a rechtstaat country, has consequences for the protection and respect of human rights of every class of society; for this reason the law in Indonesia must be able to realize the mandate of Article 28D paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This includes legal protection for debtors over the rights of separatist creditor billing when bankruptcy occurs. In fact, the implementation of legal protection for debtors has not been able to do fairly up to now; this can occur because 1) the requirements for requesting bankrupt statements make it easy for debtors to go bankrupt, even though the debtor is actually in a state of solvency; 2) the PKPU mechanism has not provided extensive opportunities for debtors to improve company performance; and 3) efforts in bankruptcy are dominated by the authority of creditors. While, the problems that have resulted in the implementation of legal protection for debtors over the separatist creditor's collection rights so far are as follow: 1) there has been no funds for the costs of arranging and clearing bankrupt assets; 2) the bankrupt debtor is not cooperative and 3) the debtor sells / transfers his assets before being declared bankrupt. The method used in this paper is sociological juridical with non-doctrinal approach.Keywords: Debtor; Separatist Creditor Rights; Bankruptcy; Legal Protection.

Abstract

Puerperium infection contributed 11 percent of 48.17 percent of maternal mortality during the puerperium period; one of the causes of increased risk of puerperium infection was bacteria Gram-negative Escherichia coli. Puerperium infection occurred because bacteria enter through the vagina, wounds on the insertion of the placenta, and other parts spread to blood throughout the body and damage the spleen, liver, and uterus. This research aimed to determine the effect of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa leaves ethanol extract (Rtl-EE) as an antibacterial on the spleen, liver, and uterus of Escherichia coli -induced puerperal infection model mice. Mice in the postnatal treatment group were induced by Escherichia coli bacteria intravaginally and given different doses of ethanol extract of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa leaves. Examination of bacterial colonies growth used pour plate method with EMBA media. The research results showed that the administration of Rtl-EE decreased the growth of bacterial colonies respectively in the liver 1280, 924, 330 CFU/mL; the uterus 1806, 1180, 874 CFU/mL; and the spleen 712, 112, 774 CFU/mL. Colony growth started to decrease at dose 1 of Rtl-EE (100mg/kg BW) of mice model of Escherichia coli -induced puerperal infection. Rhodomyrtus tomentosa leaves contain active compounds - phenols, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, alkaloids, and triterpenoids as antibacterial. Rtl-EE had an antibacterial effect by reducing the number of bacteria on the spleen, liver, and uterus of Escherichia coli -induced puerperal infection model mice. Further research needs to conduct to examine the toxic dose of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa leaves against Escherichia coli bacteria.

Abstract

Based on the result of the research and a discussion to the main problem that proposed, therefore we can make some conclusion: The effectivity of State attorney On The Refund of State/Region Monetary Due To Corruption Act In The State Attorney Office Purwokerto, which purpose is to return the loss of state fund or state economy due to corruption act, if we review it from the effectivity of State attorney as one of the state instrument to return the state/region economy as a result of corruption act by using UU No 3 Tahun 1971 about Eradication of Corruption Act In The State Attorney Office Purwokerto, we can say that it hasn’t effective yet, due to Litigation process handled by State attorney which filed civil action to the District Court, no one is capable to pay the loss of state/region due to corruption act in civil ruling, because the defendent already has no possession.  Then, on Non Litigation way, using State attorney instrument, a little bit effective even though has to pay replacement money by credit because the defendant is capable to pay off the replacement. If we use UU No 31 Tahun 1999 that has been changed and replaced to UU No 20 Tahun 2001 about the Changes on UU No 31 Tahun 1999 about Erradication of Corruption Act to a State Attorney, it won’t be a problem because if the defendant is not capable of paying the replacement money based on the decision, the defendant will undergo the subsidiary criminal in the form of penalty, which is the period of time will not exceed the main criminal threat dan the period of time has already decided on the decision.That factors become obstacles, is the State Attorney will not able to perform a sequest sizing because the defendant is unable and has no possession in a nominal of money being corrupted, then from the Law enforcer itself, that the State Attorney is having difficulties to track posession that belongs to the defendant which is gain from the corruption act or assume gained from the corruption act, while the obstacles from the society, there is a lack of awareness from the society itself, which is a lack of concern to give information earlier and detail on the possession belong to the defendant to the law enforcer to a person a suspected as a corruption perpetrators.

Abstract

This study describe, as well as analyze Comparative Political Marketing Theory 4p According Niffenegger and 3p According to Adman Nursal. The first is the marketing of politics that uses the theory of market approach strategy (Nursal 2004) called 3P terms are Pull Marketing, Push marketing, and Pass marketing. Then the second is marketing politics using marketing mix or marketing mix (Niffenneger 1989), known as 4P, product, promotion, price and place. This article will discuss the differences and similarities of both theories. Political marketing has been used as a winning strategy. Many of these strategies have their own to be well received by the public. Marketing concepts adapted in politics used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ideological transfers and work programs, from contestants to the public in a campaign. In this study researchers used literature study method. The literature study used library data collection methods, reading and recording, as well as managing research materials. The results of the study show that both theories can complement each other in the field. Niffenneger's theory for understanding political marketing maps. While Adman Nursery's theory is more about candidate promotion techniques at the grassroots.

Abstract

Abstract The prevalence of early marriage in Indonesia in 2015 shows a high number, namely 67% and an increase of 6% during 2015-2017. Of women aged 10-54 years, 2.6% were married at less than 15 years of age and 23.9% were married at the age of 15-19 years, with the distribution above 10% evenly across Indonesia. This is a separate problem in the aspect of reproductive health, because the younger the age of marriage, the longer the time span for reproduction. Early marriage is a marriage that is carried out by adolescents aged less than 20 years or underage children who are not ready for marriage. East Kalimantan is in the 15th position, with an average prevalence of early marriage at 26.6%. The increase in early marriage can be triggered by various factors such as knowledge, economy, community traditions, love, and pregnancy before marriage. Early marriage, one of the contributing factors is parenting styles, some things parents can do in educating their children is to give attention and praise, establish good communication, be careful with your expectations for children because it makes children stressful if they can't fulfill it. Abstrak Prevalensi pernikahan usia dini di Indonesia pada tahun 2015 menunjukkan angka yang tinggi, yakni sebesar 67% dan terjadi kenaikan sebesar 6% selama tahun 2015-2017. Perempuan usia 10-54 tahun, 2,6% menikah pada usia kurang dari 15 tahun dan 23,9% menikah pada usia 15-19 tahun, dengan sebaran diatas 10% merata di seluruh Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi masalah tersendiri pada aspek kesehatan reproduksi, karena semakin muda usia menikah maka semakin panjang rentang waktu untuk bereproduksi. Pernikahan usia dini adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh remaja usia kurang dari 20 tahun atau anak di bawah umur yang belum siap melakukan pernikahan. Kalimantan Timur menduduki posisi ke 15 yaitu dengan rata-rata prevalensi pernikahan usia dini sebesar 26,6%. Peningkatan pernikahan usia dini dapat dipicu oleh berbagai faktor seperti pengetahuan, ekonomi, tradisi masyarakat, cinta, dan kehamilan sebelum pernikahan. Pernikahan usia dini salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah pola asuh orang tua, beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan orang tua dalam mendidik anak adalah berikan perhatian dan pujian, jalinlah komunikasi yang baik, berhati-hatilah dengan harapan anda kepada anak karena membuat anak stres apabila tidak sanggup memenuhi harapan yang tidak realistis dan jadilah teladan yang baik dan jadilah orang tua yang fleksibel.
