Abstract

Throughout the period 2022–2024, the average Price to Book Value (PBV) of companies in the transportation and logistics sector experienced a consistent downward trend. This decline was accompanied by a weakening trend in the IDXTRANS stock index, indicating financial dynamics that require further scrutiny, particularly regarding capital structure, profitability, and liquidity. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on the value of companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2022–2024. Capital structure was measured using the Debt to Equity (DER) ratio, profitability using Return on Assets (ROA), and liquidity using the Current Ratio (CR), as well as firm value, proxied by PBV. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling of 19 companies with a total of 228 quarterly observations. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, t- and F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) calculation. The findings of this study indicate that individually, profitability and capital structure have a significant positive impact on firm value. Conversely, the liquidity variable does not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence firm value. The results of this study provide a strategic foundation for management, investors, and other stakeholders in examining and determining significant financial indicators in the process of assessing a company's market value

Abstract

Purchase decisions are a crucial factor that companies need to pay attention to because they play a role in building long-term relationships and increasing competitiveness. This is especially true for snack food companies such as PT Dua Kelinci, whose main focus is on customers. Therefore, maintaining purchase decisions is one of the keys to achieving the company's goals. This study aims to evaluate the impact of Company Image, Emotional Brand Attachment, and Perceived Value on Purchase Decision among PT Dua Kelinci customers. The research employs a quantitative method with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Non-probability sampling was applied for sample selection, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that, simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision. This finding implies that improving Company Image, Emotional Brand Attachment, and Perceived Value toward Purchase Decision can be an important strategy in enhancing PT Dua Kelinci's Purchase Decision

Abstract

Volta is one of the most widely owned two-wheeled electric vehicle brands in Indonesia. However, electric motorcycle sales in Indonesia declined in early 2025 following a significant surge in 2023. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived value and brand awareness on purchase decisions for Volta two-wheeled electric vehicle. A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing a survey method in which questionnaires are distributed to 97 Volta consumers across Indonesia to collect the necessary data. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 software. The results indicate that both perceived value and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This study is expected to contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies and help address the decline in two-wheeled electric vehicle sales in Indonesia.
