Abstract

Indonesia still faces serious challenges related to nutrition problems in children, with the prevalence of stunting still high. Quality Complementary Feeding of Breast Milk (MP-ASI) plays a crucial role in supporting the optimal growth and development of toddlers. However, many mothers have difficulty in providing MP-ASI that meets nutritional standards, due to a lack of knowledge, limited resources, and limited access to information. Posyandu cadres as the spearhead of public health services have a central role in providing education and assistance to mothers under five. However, they often face limited knowledge and access to adequate information related to nutrition. This research aims to empower Posyandu cadres through the implementation of a complementary nutrition information system. The methods used include intensive training, mentoring, and the development of a web-based information system that is easy to access and use. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of cadres about nutrition, as well as an improvement in the quality of MP-ASI provided by mothers under five. Information systems have proven to be effective in facilitating knowledge transfer, facilitating access to information, and improving the efficiency of cadres' work. The conclusion of this study is that the empowerment of Posyandu cadres through a complementary nutrition information system is an effective strategy to improve the quality of MP-ASI and ultimately contribute to reducing stunting and improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Recommendations include expanding the implementation of information systems in various regions, improving training and mentoring of cadres, and developing more comprehensive information content.

Abstract

Web service efficiency in handling concurrent requests is a crucial parameter in large-scale application development. Server-side JavaScript, through Node.js, offers a solution via non-blocking architecture, yet its effectiveness heavily depends on the precision of asynchronous logic implementation by the developer. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to optimize students' technical abilities in building high-performance web services within the 2024 Bangkit Academy Batch 2 Program. The implementation method was conducted through a national online workshop emphasizing asynchronous design patterns, event loop management, and race condition mitigation techniques. The results indicate an increase in participants' capabilities to reduce system latency through the efficient use of Promises and Async-Await. Technical evaluations prove that strengthening this logic not only enhances code execution speed but also ensures the reliability of web services in handling intensive workloads according to global financial and technology industry standards.

Abstract

The dominance of JavaScript in the modern web development ecosystem requires backend developers to master non-blocking programming paradigms to build scalable systems. However, the complexity of asynchronous logic often poses a cognitive barrier for novice developers in managing intensive I/O operations. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to accelerate the technical competencies of student participants in the 2024 Bangkit Academy Batch 1 Program by strengthening Asynchronous JavaScript concepts on the server side. The implementation method was conducted online nationwide through expert-led instruction sessions, code reviews, and the implementation of callbacks, promises, and async-await within the Node.js environment. The results of the activity indicate a significant increase in participants' capabilities to design efficient and low-latency server workflows. Project-based evaluations prove that a profound understanding of asynchronous logic successfully enhances code quality and participants' technical readiness to face application development challenges at global industry standards.

Abstract

This study investigates the Quality of Service performance of IndiHome internet services in Tangerang and Palu, Indonesia, through a comparative empirical evaluation. The research integrates bandwidth assessment with multidimensional Quality of Service measurements to examine network performance under comparable operational conditions. Data were collected using Wireshark and NetWorx during controlled streaming activities employing identical content, service providers, and observation periods. The evaluated parameters included delay, jitter, packet loss, throughput, and bandwidth utilization. The findings reveal notable differences between the two locations. Tangerang exhibited superior performance in terms of delay and jitter, indicating better network responsiveness and transmission stability. Palu achieved higher throughput values, demonstrating stronger data transfer capacity under the observed conditions. Both locations recorded zero packet loss, reflecting reliable packet delivery and stable communication quality. The results indicate that throughput should not be interpreted independently because overall service quality is influenced by the interaction among latency characteristics, resource utilization efficiency, traffic management, and infrastructure conditions. The study further highlights the importance of network architecture effectiveness and bandwidth optimization in maintaining broadband service quality. These findings provide practical insights for infrastructure planning, service improvement, and digital connectivity development across geographically diverse regions

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in medicine has traditionally functioned as a passive decision-support tool that provides recommendations without autonomous action. The emergence of Agentic AI introduces a new paradigm in which AI systems can plan, execute, and self-correct tasks, creating a shift toward more collaborative human–machine interaction. However, existing literature remains fragmented, with technical development, multi-agent coordination, and ethical governance often discussed separately. This systematic review aims to synthesize current evidence on Agentic AI in medicine by examining autonomous architectures, multi-agent collaboration, clinical validation, ethical challenges, and future implementation barriers. The study followed the PRISMA 2020 framework and employed thematic narrative synthesis of 34 primary studies identified from major academic databases. The findings indicate that orchestrator-based multi-agent architectures integrated with large language models and retrieval-augmented generation represent the dominant approach in medical Agentic AI development. However, real-world clinical validation remains limited, with most studies still focusing on simulations and proof-of-concept evaluations. Furthermore, ethical and governance studies represented the largest research category, highlighting concerns regarding accountability, transparency, and human oversight. This review concludes that the future adoption of Agentic AI requires simultaneous advancement of technical capabilities and governance frameworks, supported by evaluation approaches that consider accuracy, computational efficiency, clinical safety, and human control.
