Abstract

Kinerja merujuk pada hasilan kerja yang dibuat oleh seseorang atau perkelompok dalam pada sebuah organisasi, berdasarkan kewenangan dan kewajiban sendiri, dlam meraih tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan kajian ini adalah agar tahu bagaimana kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Restoran Milk and Honey, yang terletak di Beach Road, Badung, memiliki 73 karyawan, adalah lokasi kajian ini. Metode sampel jenuh, atau populasi secara keseluruhan, digunakan untuk mengambil sampel. Untuk menganalisis data, digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji t. Selain itu, ada juga uji heteroskedastisitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, serta uji t. Kajian ini menjelaskan bila kepuasan kerja mempunyai dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan; disiplin kerja juga mempunyai dampak; dan lingkungan kerja juga mempunyai dampak positif.   Performance is defined as the results of the work produced by an individual or group within an organization, based on their own authority and responsibilities, in achieving company goals. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. The present study was conducted at the Milk and Honey Restaurant, which is located on Beach Road in Badung and has a total of 73 employees. The present study employed a saturated sample method, which entailed the utilization of a subset of the population for the collection of samples. The analysis of the data was conducted using descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, validity, reliability, and t-tests. Furthermore, a series of statistical tests were conducted to assess the presence of heteroscedasticity, normality, multicollinearity, and the statistical significance of the t-tests. The present study posits that job satisfaction exerts a positive influence on employee performance, while work discipline and the work environment have also been demonstrated to have a positive impact.
