Abstract

This research aims to test the return variable conflict influences the role, competence and motivation of work on performance of employees. This research was conducted on The Anvaya Beach Resort & Spa Kuta-Bali using the 77 contracts as employees of the sample slovin using methods specified. Analysis tools on research using SPSS Version 17.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables that conflict the role, competence and motivation of work a positive and significant effect simultaneously against theperformance levels of employees. The role of conflict influential variables negatively to employee performance demonstrated by the significant value of 0.009 smaller than 0.05. While the variable competence and motivation work positive effect on performance of employees demonstrated significant value 0.000 smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract Village Credit Institutions are microfinance institutions that reflect the existence of a community in society based on the principles of Balinese customary law. There are 4 problems with the hypothesis of this study, namely leadership ethics has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting, the function of the Supervisory Body has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting, Work experience has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting. The level of accounting comprehension has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting. Sampling of this study used saturated sampling with all 35 LPD units studied in Denpasar City. The analytical tool used in this research was Multiple Linear Regression. , the results of the study showed that Leadership Ethics, the function of the supervisory body, and the level of accounting understanding have a positive effect on the quality of financial reports at LPDs in Denpasar City. While work experience has no effect on the quality of financial reports at LPDs in Denpasar City. Improving the performance of LPD managers, especially the chairman, must prioritize leadership ethics. In addition, the function of the supervisory body is always improved and refers to procedures according to the rules for presenting financial statements. Accounting understanding also continues to be improved. Employee training continues to be improved because it provides more work roles for the LPDs so that the performance of the Denpasar City LPD continues to increase. Abstract

Planning strategies for state and regional development are still lacking due to misappropriation of public fund, corruption, and the absence of honesty and transparency in governance finances of a state and a region. This demands noticeable improvements. Thus, audit quality is highly vital for public accounting firms. Public accountants have the duty and function of auditing financial statements by producing accurate, and reliable audit reports. This study discusses audit quality of Bali Provincial Supreme Audit Agency auditors in Denpasar. The data are primary data, collected from 50 auditors, as saturated sample of respondents, in Bali Provincial Representative Office. The data were then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. This paper research contended that independence, professional expertise, and professional ethical sensitivity have positive and significant effects on audit quality at the Supreme Audit Agency.

Abstract

Abstract

Consumers in making purchases are not often done unplanned and in general consumers prefer a place to shop modern compared with traditional shopping places. Currently the type of modern shopping spot that is popular in the midst of society is the lifestyle shopping center. Increased lifestyle shopping center in Badung regency from year to year make business opportunities for business people, especially in the field of fashion. Shopping lifestyle reflects a person's choice of spending time and money, with the availability of time consumers will have plenty of time to shop and with consumer money will have a high purchasing power               Fashion involvement refers to one's involvement in a fashion product that is driven by the need and interest in the productImpulse buying experienced by consumers can be influenced by positive emotion. This research was conducted to find out the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion toward impulse buying behavior. Abstract

The Influence of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement and Positive Emotion on Impulse Buying Behavior. In making purchases, consumers prefer modern shopping to traditional shopping places. Impulse buying experienced by consumers can be influenced by positive emotion. This research was conducted to find out the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion toward impulse buying behavior. There were 220 respondents. The sampling method was purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results with multiple linear regression analysis showed that shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion had a significant positive effect on the impulse buying behavior. Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a form of behavior which is an individual choice and initiative, not related to the formal reward system of the organization but in aggregate to increase organizational effectiveness. This behavior shows the added value of employees which is a form of prosocial behavior, namely social behavior that is positive, constructive and means helping. This research was conducted at PT. Samaja Bali Villa, with the research object Servant Leadership and Empowment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samaja Bali Villa. The sample of this study was determined by the Simple Random Sampling method, so that the number of samples was 47 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, in this study, a classic assumption test was also carried out which included tests of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The test results show that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Samaja Bali Villa. Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Samaja Bali. Based on the average score on the servant leadership variable where overall respondents have the least perception of the leadership statement items encouraging the achievement of progress and development for the company, it is better if the leadership of PT. Samaja Bali Villa is able to motivate and create a pleasant working atmosphere. So, it is hoped that it can foster employee responsibility at work in order to achieve maximum company goals. Based on the average score on the empowerment variable where overall respondents have the smallest perception of items that respect the abilities possessed by employees, the leadership of PT Samaja Bali Villa needs to give employees the right or authority to plan, control and make decisions on jobs that have become their responsibility, so that employees are able to become independent and show their best performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi inovasi produk dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui minat beli customer sebagai variabel intervening pada usaha pudding art di kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data 30 kuesioner yang dikumpulkan dari konsumen puding art yang ada dikota Denpasar sebanyak 30 responden sebagai sampelnya. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu model teoritis dengan mengajukan lima hipotesis yang akan diuji dengan menggunakan Path Analysis atau Analisis Jalur dengan menggunakan software SMART PLS 3. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari customer puding art dikota denpasar yang berjumlah 30 orang responden. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian mempunyai kesesuaian yang baik dan semua hipotesis penelitian dapat dibuktikan. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah strategi inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemsaran usaha puding art dikota Denpasar dan selanjutnya orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha puding art dikota Denpasar, inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli customer usaha pudding art dikota Denpasar, orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli customer pada usaha pudding art dikota Denpasar, serta yang terakhir adalah adanya pengaruh strategi inovasi produk dan orientasi pasar terhadap minat beli customer melalui kinerja pemasaran sebagai variabel intervening pada usaha pudding art dikota Denpasar. Penelitian ini memberikan beberapa keterbatasan penelitian serta agenda penelitian mendatang yang bisa dilakukan pada penelitian lanjutan.

Abstract

The progress of an institution is very much determined by the quality of the human resources in it. Humans are the most important resource in an organization in achieving success. All procedures and systems that are owned by an organization will be able to run if the HR is competent. The phenomenon that often occurs is the delay of employees in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the Effect of Democratic Leadership and Communication Style on Employee Performance at SMK Negeri 3 Bangli. The population in this study were 31 employees which is a total sampling. Research data collection was carried out by observation and questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli, Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli.

Abstract

This study to puposses the effect of service quality, tourism image and tourism promotion to satisfaction Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang’ visitor. The type of research used is eksplanatory research with sample technique using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires distributed to visitors of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the analysis, it is known that the quality of service does not affect the satisfaction, the image of tourism has a positive effect on the satisfaction and promotion of tourism has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction.
