Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of financial architecture dimension consisting of ownership structure, capital structure and corporate governance as well as adding another variable that is directors compensation to firm value. This study was conducted at companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2016 using secondary data source, consisting of 543 companies, of which 437 companies as a sample because it has complete data. The analysis method used is linear regression analysis, determination analysis and t test. The results showed that the financial architecture, capital structure, corporate governance and directors compensation have a positive and significant impact on firm value.

Abstract

Human resources must be well managed to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. performance or perfomance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity or policy program in realizing organizational goals, goals, vision and mission as outlined in strategic planning. Companies need to make employees work well and have a loyalty to the company and have a high work motivation. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of financial factors on employee performance 2) to determine the influence of social factors on employee performance 3) to determine the effect of psychological factors on employee performance. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, determination, Test F and Test t. Interesting findings from the results of this study are financial factors that do not significantly affect employee performance. While the influence of social factors and psychological factors confirm the results of previous research that social factors and psychological factors have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset utama dalam organisasi, maka sudah selayaknya karyawan diperlakukan secara layak dan adil sehingga dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan penuh semangat. Beberapa variabel diyakini berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja seperti pendidikan dan hubungan indutaial. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh semangat kerja karyawan, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan industrial terhadap semangat kerjakaryawan, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan hubungan industrial secara simultan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahan Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putra 1912 Kantor Cabang Ubung Denpasar tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 41 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil yang didapat adalah (1) pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangant kerja karyawan, (2) hubungan industrial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangant kerja karyawan, (3) pendidikan dan hubungan industrial secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan

Abstract

This research was conducted on Denpasar Unmas Economy Faculty students. Unmas Denpasar Economy Faculty students are required to take entrepreneurship courses and almost all of them attend creative entrepreneurship training that is routinely held. This research will answer the question whether the provision of courses and training can increase their entrepreneurial interest in the creative economy. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The test results show that: 1) Entrepreneurship courses have a positive effect on the interest of creative entrepreneurs in Unmas Denpasar students. 2) Entrepreneurship training has a positive effect on the interest of creative entrepreneurs in Unmas Denpasar students.ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa FE Unmas Denpasar. Mahasiswa FE Unmas Denpasar wajib menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan hampir seluruhnya mengikuti pelatihan wirausaha kreatif yang secara rutin diadakan. Penelitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan apakah pemberian mata kuliah dan pelatihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan minat wirausaha mereka di bidang ekonomi kreatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Mata kuliah kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausaha kreatif mahasiswa Unmas Denpasar. 2) Pelatihan wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausaha kreatif mahasiswa Unmas Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate financial architecture and its dimensions consisting of ownership structure, capital structure and corporate governance on firm value, as well as the role of director reputation as a moderating variable in the relationship between financial architecture and firm value. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018 period using secondary data sources, consisting of 597 companies. The method of analysis in testing the hypothesis using regression test with the moderating variable MRA in SPSS. The results showed that ownership structure, corporate governance, financial architecture have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has no effect on firm value. The reputation of directors has a significant role in moderating the effect of financial architecture on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self efficacy, self esteem andjob involvement on employee performance at PT. Dwi Fajar Semesta Denpasar. Thestudy was conducted in 2017, with data collection techniques through interviews andquestionnaires. Number of respondents 58 employees. The research method used isdescriptive quantitative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression,determination analysis and t test with SPSS Version 23 for Windows application. Theresults showed that self esteem, self efficacy and job involvement have a positive andsignificant impact on employee performance at PT. Dwi Fajar Semesta Denpasar.
