Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of supportive leadership, learning culture, and responsibility to job job performance of teacher’s  in South Tangerang. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis applied on testing hypothesis. The target population size of this research is 454 of teachers. Research samples selected as much as 213 teachers using simple random sampling technique. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: (1) the supportive leadership has positive direct effect to job job performance, (2) the learning culture  as positive direct effect to job job performance, (3) responsibility has positive direct effect to job job performance, (4) the supportive leadership has positive direct effect to responsibility,(5) learning culture have positive direct effect to responsibility, (6) the supportive leadership has positive direct effect to learning culture. The conclusion is that the teacher’s job job performance is effected by the supportive leadership, learning culture, and teacher’s responsibility.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif pengaruh kinerja dalam desain pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) kerja sama tim berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efikasi diri, (3) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap prestasi kerja. Berdasarkan temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kerja tim dan meningkatkan efikasi diri.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the program for Improving the Academic Qualifications of Teachers in Positions. The research method is a qualitative descriptive program evaluation of the CIPPO model (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome). Collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation review. The results of the study: 1) The results of the context evaluation showed that the program's goals and objectives were appropriate in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, 2) The results of the input evaluation showed that human resources and other resources were quite good, 3) the results Process evaluation shows that the Implementation of the Learning Process has gone well in accordance with the guidelines and signs that have been set, 4) Product Evaluation Results show that the Graduate Achievement Index is generally good with a very satisfactory predicate, 5) Outcome evaluation results, namely teacher competence at generally Good. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Peningkatan Kualifikasi Akademik Guru dalam Jabatan. Metode penelitian adalah evaluasi program deskriptif kualitatif model CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome). Pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: 1) Hasil evaluasi konteks menunjukan bahwa tujuan dan sasaran program sudah tepat sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, 2) Hasil evaluasi Input menunjukan bahwa sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya lainnya Cukup Baik, 3) Hasil evaluasi Proses menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksaan Proses Pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan pedoman dan rambu-rambu yang sudah ditetapkan, 4) Hasil Evaluasi Produk menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Prestasi lulusan pada umumnya baik dengan predikat sangat memuaskan, 5) Hasil evaluasi Outcome, yaitu kompetensi Guru pada umumnya Baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of literacy through training on how the role of teachers in developing literacy, especially how teachers motivate, inspire and become facilitators for students, make students develop literacy by reading various books and reading books. related to the subject. Resource persons as ABDIMAS implementers carry out activities by providing various materials to Paskita Global Vocational School teachers to be motivated, and become inspirational as well as enthusiastic facilitators in developing student literacy. With the knowledge and insight that teachers get from professional resource persons, namely the abdimas team that provides various materials in developing student literacy, where the teacher becomes the main model that influences students to become literators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of organizational culture and work ethics on the labor productivity of Private Secondary School Teachers (SMAs) in Mataram City for the 2021-2022 school year. The study was conducted during the odd-numbered seasons of 2021-2022. The research method used is a questionnaire. The study population consisted exclusively of private high school teachers in Mataram city. Respondents were selected by a simple random her sampling technique and included a total of 125 teachers. The analysis results of this study showed that: (1) A simple correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.575 and a path coefficient value of 0.422. This value indicates that organizational culture has a strong impact on teacher productivity. (2) A simple correlation analysis between work ethics and teacher productivity yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.541 and a path coefficient value of 0.363. This value indicates that work ethic has a strong impact on teacher productivity.
