Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran Probing-Prompting dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dalam mempelajari biologi materi evolusi. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dalam mempelajari evolusi melalui penerapan teori-teori baru tentang model pembelajaran Probing-prompting di kelas XII-MIPA.1 SMAN 1 Peukan Baro Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Siswa-siswi kelas XII-MIPA.1 SMAN 1 Peukan Baro Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023   berjumlah 30 orang siswa dengan rincian 7 orang siswa laki-laki dan 23 orang siswa perempuan. Prosedur penelitian adalah melakukan perencanaan penelitian, melakukan tindakan,  melakukan pengamatan dan melakukan renungan dari hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian Hasil tindakan  siklus I pertemuan ke 1 hasil pencapaian ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 26,7% dan nilai rata-rata pada aspek kognitif mencapai 6,6, aspek afektif mencapai nilai C dan aspek psikomotor mencapai  6,5. Pertemuan ke 2 perubahan nilai ketuntasan belajar mencapai 53,3%. Sedangkan pada nilai rata-rata kognitif 6,9 aspek afektif mencapai  C dan aspek psikomotor mencapai 6,9.Hasil tindakan siklus II pertemuan ke 1 nilai ketuntasan secara klasikal telah mencapai 66,7 % dan nilai rata-rata pada aspek kognitif mencapai 7,2  aspek afektif mencapai B dan psikomotor mencapai nilai 7,1 . pertemuan ke 2 menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa telah mencapai  80 % sedangkan nilai rata-rata aspek kognitif mencapai 7,5, aspek afektif mencapai B dan aspek psikomotor mencapai nilai 7,3.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and obtain empirical input on the facts that occur in the research object relating to the influence of work environment factors, individual characteristics of teachers and school organizations on the work spirit of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers (MTSN) in Bireuen Regency. In the form of a survey with data collection through questionnaires. Described quantitatively by analyzing the problem using a path analysis model. The results were found; 1) there is a causal relationship between work environment variables, individual characteristics of teachers and school organizations with an average correlation level of 0.475 or medium category, 2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on teacher morale of 36.05%. Meanwhile, individual characteristic factors were 57.87% and organizational factors were 52.91%. 3) Simultaneously the work environment, individual and organizational characteristics contribute 48,7% to teacher morale

Abstract

The aims of the research were to develop Arabic learning material model for the senior high school level which was able to become a standard textbook in Arabic learning for high school. It was a realization of the National Language Politics policy that stated, Arabic as a language of religion and culture is taught from elementary school to university level. The research used to research and development (R & D) approach that refers to Borg and Gall theory. There are 10 steps in the development research cycle. However, it was given the small-scale research, which developed materials and media Arabic learning in Jakarta area, this research did at the stage of getting the final product, namely the prototype of Arabic learning material developed. The research was begun through survey research to obtain an empirical sequence of Arabic learning as a basis to support rational empirical strategies in the development design of Arabic learning materials in high school. This research produced Arabic learning textbooks of class X to class XII at the High School level which are equipped with media.
