Abstract

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki efek simultan pada keinginan untuk pindah kerja. Pt Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial pada perubahan pekerjaan, karyawan PT Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) cabang balikpapan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (menggambarkan) peristiwa-peristiwa penting yang terjadi saat ini. Deskripsi peristiwa dilakukan secara sistematis dan menekankan data faktual daripada kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,033 antara lingkungan kerja dengan keinginan menggerakkan karyawan PT Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) Cabang Balikpapan, nilai β = -0,177 dan nilai kontribusi ( R2) 0,258 yang berarti kontribusi lingkungan kerja terhadap intensi turnover sebesar 25,8%. Penelitian ini berhasil menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk mengubah pekerjaan tetapi memiliki nilai kontribusi yang rendah. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap keinginan berganti pekerjaan di PT Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) Cabang Balikpapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dari para perusahaan otomotif di Indonesia. Salah satu cara untuk memenangkan persaingan adalah dengan menerapkan Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Penerapan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) diharapkan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen yang pada akhirnya akan menciptakan konsumen yang loyal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Survei kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Astra Motor MT Haryono di Balikpapan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel insidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 14,91%.

Abstract

AbstrakMekanisme monitorong dalam perannya mempengaruhi nilai perusaha langsung maupun dengan mediasi biaya keagenen menjadi fokus penelitian. Perusahaan BUMN di Bursa Efek Indonesia menjadi objek penelitian dengan masa periode 2013 -2021 dengan pendekatan metode purposive sampling. Analisis multivariat SEM-PLS digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Unsur mekanisme monitoring seperti leverage dan ukuran dewan mempengaruhi faktor keagenan. Leverage, komite audit dan biaya keagenan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Biaya keagenan mampu memediasi leverage dan ukuran dewan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: mekanisme monitoring; nilai perusahaan; biaya keagenan. AbstractThe monitoring mechanism in its role in influencing the value of the firm directly or by mediating agency costs is the focus of the research. State-owned companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange became the object of research for the period 2013-2021 with a purposive sampling method approach. SEM-PLS multivariate analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The elements of the monitoring mechanism such as leverage and board size affect the agency factor. Leverage, audit committee and agency costs have an effect on firm value. Agency costs are able to mediate leverage and board size in this study.Keywords: monitoring mechanism; firm value; agency costs.

Abstract

Financial performance in the perspective of governance at the cost of mediating institutions is the research objective. The research was conducted during the period 2013-2021 in state-owned companies that went public with a purposive sampling approach. Managerial ownership, leverage and board size as a representation of corporate governance. In measuring financial capacity, ROA and Tobins'q indicators are used. As a data analysis technique, SEM-PLS multivariate analysis was used. Firm value is significantly affected by leverage, agency costs and return on assets. Leverage and agency costs Significant impact on assets. leverage and board size have a significant impact on agency costs. Leverage and board size were successfully mediated by agency costs in influencing Tobin's q and ROA.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the contribution of financial performance to stock prices in supporting sustainability economic growth in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. Total population is 12 company and based on the criteria there is a sample of 8 companies. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 3, research results show that the Current Ratio has a negative effect on stock prices. Partially Return On Assets, Total Asset Turnover have a positive effect on stock prices. Debt To Equity Ratio has no effect on share prices. Partially, Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no effect on Return On Assets. The mediation review shows that the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no effect on stock prices mediated by Return on Assets.
