Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk, pengetahuan pembelian dan pengetahuan pemakaian secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Kemudian juga menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian green product, pengetahuan pembelian terhadap keputusan pembelian green product dan pengetahuan pemakaian terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian green product. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan produk, pengetahuan pembelian dan pengetahuan pemakaian berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Pengetahuan produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Pengetahuan pembelian berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian green product. Pengetahuan pemakaian berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian green product.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of performance appraisal and workmotivation towardthe job satisfaction of employees in the BKD of Tanah Laut District.The population of this research is 41 people by using Multiple Regression Analysis Method. It is performed to determine whether the independent variable (performance appraisal and work motivation) partially influence the dependent variable (job satisfaction).The results on the BKD of Tanah Laut District indicate the absence of significant influence partially between the independent variables of performance appraisal toward the dependent variable of job satisfaction as well as the independent variable of work motivation which shows positive and significant influence on the dependent variable of job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of employees participation in the training of PLN Corporate University (X) as the exogenous variable toward competence (Y1) and employees performance (Y2) as the endogenous variable at PLN Corporate University Udiklat Banjarbaru. The method of this research used descriptive quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 120 employees who have followed the training. The samples were chosen by using accidental sampling. The variable measurement technique used Likert scale with weight scale from 1 to 5. In order to find out the effects of variable X to variable Y1 and Y2, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used as an analytical technique. The result of research concluded that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of the exogenous variable (X) on the endogenous variables (Y1 and Y2); (2) PLN employees participation in Corporate University training (X) influences the competences of employees (Y1) by 43,6%, which has a direct influence on the performance of employees by 33% and has the indirct effects by 15,7%; (3) the competence variable (Y1) influences the employees performance by 36,1%.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence financial compensation and non financial compensation as an independentvariable to job satisfaction as intervening variable and the impact to turnover intention as dependen variable of on duty sailors at PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa ships. Research instruments used questionnaire and Likert’sScale as variable measurement on 250 sailors as a sampleas to the characteristic of sailors who were on duty on board from 307 sailors work at PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa. Effect of finansial compensation and non finansial compensation will be tested to job satisfaction and tested the direct effect financial compensation, non financial compensation and job satisfaction to turnover intention as a dependen variable, and tested indirect effect finansial compensation and non financial compensation as variable independentto turnover intention as variable dependent through job satisfaction as intervening variable used Path Analysis on IBM SPSS versi 21 programme. The result of the research concludes that thefinancial compensation and non financial compensation has apositif impact and significantto the job satisfaction. Finansial compensation has negatif significant impact, non financial compensation has negatif not significantimpact and job satisfaction has negatif significantimpact to turnover intention. Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable decrease the effect of financial compensation into the turnover intention, and increase the effect of non financial compensation to turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of financial compensation and organizational commitment towards the employee’s performance in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin. This study was conducted to 126 employees of Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin. The employees were sampled by using probability random sampling amounted to 91 employees. This study used quantitative research method that was explanatory. This study used with the object site 126 employees in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin which were appointed by using probability random sampling from population. This studies using quantitative research methods that are explanatory research, by sampling of 91 employees. Data collection was conducted to the members of the samples by using questionnaires as research instruments. The collected data were, then, described and analyzed using Multiple Liner Regression technique by using SPSS software ver.19.0 The result of this study concluded that the financial compensation and organizational commitment variables, simultaneously and partially, effected significantly positive towards the employee’s performance in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin. The positive relationships from this research show that the financial compensation and organization commitment can improve employee’s performance in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Leadership style and work motivation are elements that can affect on job satisfaction to improve employees’ job satisfaction. This research aims to know and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employees’ job satisfaction on the Polytechnic Tanah laut in Tanah Laut Regency. The type of research is explanatory research. All of the population are the samples of the research. Extracting information on 81 employees’ who were the respondents in the study, by using questionnaire in five scales of likert. Data analysis is taken from multiple linear regression analysis, Coefficient of Multiple Determination, F-test and t-test. The results showed leadership style and work motivation partially or simultaneously positive and significant effect on the the employees’ job satisfaction. Based on these results, implications for the management employees’ that further enhance the confidence of the leadership and employees’ motivation in order to improve employees’ job satisfaction and institutional goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of resources on dynamic capabilities consisting of service and manajemen pengetahuan, as well as the effect of resources on company performance at Municipal Waterworks in Jember Regency. Resources are measured by indicators of production efficiency and distribution efficiency; service aspect is measured by technical service and consumer growth; manajemen pengetahuan is measured by the ratio of employees to consumers, the ratio of education and training, and the ratio of the cost of training and education. Meanwhile, company performance is measured by ROE, ROA, R, and billing effectiveness indicators. The period of this research is 2011-2019, which is the period when all Municipal Waterworks in Indonesia were experiencing debt restructuring. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicated that resources had a significant effect on the aspect of service, manajemen pengetahuan, and company performance. Dynamic capabilities that consist of aspects of service and manajemen pengetahuan had a significant effect on company performance. The results also showed that dynamic capabilities were critical as the basis for adapting to changes after debt restructuring. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of resources on dynamic capabilities consisting of service and knowledge management aspects, as well as their effect on company performance at PDAM Kabupaten Jember. Resources are measured by indicators of production efficiency and distribution efficiency, service aspects are measured by indicators of technical services and consumer growth (customers), knowledge management is measured by indicators of the ratio of employees to consumers (customers), the ratio of education and training (training) employees, the ratio of training and education costs, company performance is measured by indicators of ROE, ROA, R and billing effectiveness. Research with SEM-PLS, research period 2011-2019, which is the period after all PDAMs in Indonesia carry out debt restructuring. The results of the study show that resources have a significant influence on aspects of service, knowledge management and company performance. Dynamic capabilities which consist of aspects of service and knowledge management have a significant influence on the company's performance of PDAM Kabupaten Jember. The results also show that dynamic capabilities are important for PDAM Kabupaten Jember to adapt to changes after debt restructuring.

Abstract

Financial performance in the perspective of governance with agency cost is the research objective. The study was conducted during the period 2013-2021 on state-owned companies on the Indonesian stock exchange with a purposive sampling method approach. Leverage and board size were successfully mediated by agency costs in influencing firm value and ROA.
