Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of extracurricular scout activities on the character of students at MI Sabilul Muhtadin Teluk Sebong and to find out how much influence extracurricular scout activities have on the character of students. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method with the research population, namely students from class V MI Sabilul Muhtadin with a sample size of 30 students. Instrument analysis includes validity and reliability analysis. The results of the validity analysis show that all questionnaire statements are valid. Then the results of the reliability analysis show a reliability coefficient of 0.786 for the character of students (Y). The results of this study indicate that extracurricular scouting has an effect on the character of students at MI Sabilul Muhtadin Teluk Sebong. These results are obtained from the analysis of simple regression formulations, namely the level based on the results of Fcount=17.303 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, in other words there is an influence between the extracurricular scout variable (X) on the student character variable (Y). Then it can also be seen based on the t value: it is known that tcount is 4.160> ttable 2.048, so it can be concluded that the scout extracurricular variable (X) has an effect on the student character variable (Y). While the results of the overall influence of extracurricular scout activities on the character of students at MI Sabilul Muhtadin are only 38.2%, which is taken from the results of the coefficient of determination analysis.

Abstract

Filling out the Madrasah Digital Report Card (RDM) is an important part of evaluating student learning outcomes. However, at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Kawal Bintan Regency, only 20% of teachers are able to operate RDM, while the other 80% still use manual methods. This service aims to improve teachers' competence in using RDM through training and mentoring. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which involves teachers directly in filling out RDM. The stages of service include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training was carried out at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Kawal Hall with 21 teachers. The training material included how to access and use the RDM application, as well as the practice of filling out digital report cards. The results of the training showed that 87% of teachers responded positively to the use of RDM. Teachers found it easier and more efficient to fill out digital report cards compared to manual methods. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out to find out the extent of teachers' understanding of the use of RDM. Questionnaires are given to teachers to measure the level of satisfaction and effectiveness of training. Assistance in filling out RDM helps improve teachers' competence in learning evaluation. It is recommended to continue this service on an ongoing basis so that all teachers can operate this application properly

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya peran budaya organisasi dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, budaya menjadi pandangan hidup sebagai dasar untuk bertindak, mengungkapkan perasaan dan berfikir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMP Islam Al-Adzkia Tanjungpinang, serta menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di SMP Islam Al-Adzkia Tanjungpinang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang, diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, dan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,695 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 69,5% motivasi kerja guru dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, sedangkan sisanya 30,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat dan positif berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil ini merekomendasikan perlunya optimalisasi nilai-nilai budaya organisasi secara konsisten demi terciptanya iklim kerja yang mendukung profesionalisme guru.
