Abstract

Anemia is a medical condition characterized by hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood below normal, resulting in decreased ability of the blood to carry oxygen to body tissues. Adolescents, especially young women, are a group at high risk of experiencing anemia because the need for iron increases during growth and due to blood loss during menstruation. The prevalence of anemia among adolescents in Indonesia is still high and requires local food-based nutritional interventions for prevention. Hemacookies are designed as a snack with high iron content sourced from green spinach which can help meet adolescents' daily Fe needs. This Community Service aims to develop hemacookies as a functional food product to increase Fe intake and prevent anemia in adolescents at SMAN 1 Mlati. Respondents consumed hemacookies and then their hemoglobin levels were measured. The type of analysis used was descriptive analytic with random sample selection. The results of the community service were 34 respondents. Most of the respondents were female (30 respondents (88.24%) and had normal hemoglobin levels (23 respondents (67.65%). The average hemoglobin level of respondents was 12.81 gr / dl in the normal category. So it can be concluded that hemacookies can prevent anemia in a person.

Abstract

The internship evaluation process at the Diploma 3 Program of Medical Records and Health Information (RMIK), Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta, previously relied on open shared spreadsheets. This existing system posed a high risk of data manipulation, such as unauthorized copying and pasting of grades due to weak user access control, and led to delays in grade recapitulation because tracking the progress of clinical instructors at partner hospitals was difficult. This study aims to design and implement the Medical Record Internship Evaluation Information System (APIKAL) as a secure and efficient digital solution. The system was developed using the Prototyping method, utilizing Google Sheets as the database alongside HTML and Google Apps Script to create a Web App-based user interface. The functional quality of the system was evaluated using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that APIKAL successfully eliminates the vulnerability of grade manipulation by strictly enforcing role-based access control for three main actors: the Internship Coordinator, Academic Advisors, and Clinical Instructors. Beyond enhancing data security, the system automatically calculates final grades and maps them into Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Learning Outcomes in real-time. The Black Box Testing confirmed that all features functioned with 100% validity. In conclusion, the APIKAL system is highly feasible for full implementation to support secure, rapid, and accountable internship administration.
