Abstract

Twenty-first-century education demands innovative technological integration; however, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers often encounter specific challenges in aligning digital tools with religious values at the elementary school level. This study aims to provide an empirical overview of how PAI teachers implement the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework and to identify the challenges faced during this process at SD Muhammadiyah Bodon Kotagede. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of teaching instruments from purposively selected PAI teachers. The results indicate that TPACK implementation has been adequately internalized through the use of Power Point media for visualizing Tajwid material, combined with direct practice using the Al-Qur'an Mushaf. Despite facing technical constraints such as internet stability and student dependence on visual displays, the school has successfully mitigated these obstacles through infrastructural support and routine technology training for educators. This study concludes that the success of TPACK in PAI learning depends not only on technological sophistication but also on the teacher's ability to maintain the "sanctity" and spiritual value of religious material through the harmonization of digital and conventional methods.ABSTRAKPendidikan Abad 21 menuntut integrasi teknologi yang inovatif, namun guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sering kali menghadapi tantangan spesifik dalam memadukan perangkat digital dengan nilai-nilai religius di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Academic procrastination remains a common challenge among university students, particularly those who must balance academic responsibilities with active participation in student organizations. This study aimed to examine the influence of self-regulated learning and self-efficacy on academic procrastination among activist students in the Department of Islamic Education at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. A quantitative correlational design was employed involving 77 activist students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using self-regulated learning, self-efficacy, and academic procrastination scales and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results indicated that self-regulated learning had a significant negative effect on academic procrastination (β = -0.612; t = -4.166; p < 0.001) and contributed 18.8% of the variance. Self-efficacy also showed a significant negative effect (β = -0.714; t = -4.634; p < 0.001), contributing 22.3% of the variance. Simultaneously, self-regulated learning and self-efficacy significantly predicted academic procrastination (F = 11.935; p < 0.001), explaining 24.4% of the variance. These findings suggest that strengthening students’ ability to regulate their learning and enhancing confidence in their academic capabilities may help reduce procrastination tendencies, particularly among students actively involved in organizational activities.
