Abstract

Every human being needs an example in his life, Allah has set an example of goodness in the Prophet Muhammad SAW for all his people. The Prophet Muhammad became a role model for teachers and parents in shaping a child's morals. The problem studied is looking for the concept of a role model in the Prophet Muhammad SAW in cultivating easy morals. As well as looking for the results of contextualizing role models in the Prophet Muhammad SAW in cultivating easy morals according to QS. Al-Ahzab verse 21. The approach used is qualitative research with the type of library research. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data sources related to research. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, which is basically a systematic technique for analyzing message content and processing messages, or a tool for observing and analyzing the open communication behavior of selected communicators. Apart from that, it also uses discourse analysis which is one way of studying the meaning of messages as a result of the limitations of content analysis and other alternatives due to the limitations of content analysis. The results of the research show that there are commands for believers to imitate the Prophet, such as patience, strength, heroism, fighting, and hope for help from His God, as was the case during the Ahzab war. These attitudes can be used as role models for teachers and parents in shaping a child's morals.

Abstract

Learning Arabic in Indonesia faces several problems, such as lack of student preparation, complexity of the material, and lack of teacher ability in developing teaching materials. One important component is learning material which plays a role in helping teachers explain lessons and students understand the material. Find out what is taught in the book "Basic Theory of Nahwu and Shorof Beginner Level Science" by Dr. H. Abdul Haris, M.Ag., is the first aim of this research. Find out how to convey the information in Dr. H. Abdul Haris, M.Ag. "Basic Theory of Nahwu and Shorof Science for Beginner Level" (3) To find out whether the teaching materials and methods in the book "Basic Theory of Nahwu & Sharf for Beginner Level" by Dr. H. Abdul Haris, M.Ag., can still be applied. Because the research source in this research is books, it is included in the library research category. To collect information from primary and secondary sources, content documentation techniques are used as a data collection method. In addition, non-statistical analysis or discourse analysis are two forms of data analysis methodology used in this research. The results of the research show that: (1) The teaching materials contained in the book "Basic Theory of Nahwu & Sharf for Beginner Level" are deemed inappropriate for students at the beginner level. The amount of information offered is too in-depth and complicated, making it unsuitable for beginners. (2) The book presentation strategy is considered quite good. This book discusses factors to consider when delivering content, including repetition, presentation, assessment, and selection. Also discussed is the use of life reflection expressions to motivate students. (3) The book "Basic Theory of Nahwu & Sharf Beginner Level" classifies the relationship between teaching content and presentation strategies as having a fairly good relationship, making it easier for students to understand the subject matter..

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Man Jadda Wajada teaching module in Arabic language instruction at MI Ma’arif NU Klesman, Wonosobo, and to assess its impact on the comprehension of fifth-grade students. This inquiry is significant because Arabic holds a strategic position as a religious language and as a vehicle for understanding the Qur’an. Effective instruction requires learning materials that align with learners’ characteristics, and an interactive module is expected to boost both student engagement and learning outcomes. A qualitative field research approach was employed. Data were gathered through direct classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of instructional materials and student work. Data analysis followed three stages: data reduction to extract relevant information, data presentation in descriptive narrative form, and drawing conclusions based on field findings. Findings indicate that each lesson begins with singing the Man Jadda Wajada memorization song, followed by a review of previous material via question-and-answer and introduction of mufrodat (vocabulary) by the teacher. New content is delivered through vocabulary recitation, which students then imitate. Singing the mufrodat aids memorization, after which students collaboratively translate the vocabulary. Each session concludes with reflection, assignment of homework, and motivational encouragement for independent study. The module’s successful implementation was supported by students’ enthusiasm for learning, engaging teaching methods, peer support, and strong collaboration among teachers, students, and the school. Challenges included varying levels of motivation, differences in students’ abilities, and less-than-ideal classroom conditions. Proposed strategies to address these barriers include providing supplementary instruction, improving classroom management, and leveraging faster learners to assist peers. Evaluation techniques comprised written tests, oral assessments, and end-of-semester evaluations. Written tests reinforced conceptual understanding, oral assessments honed speaking skills, and the final evaluation measured overall learning achievement. Results showed that all students passed, with an average score of 93.31—categorized as “very good”—demonstrating that the Man Jadda Wajada module effectively enhanced fifth graders’ Arabic comprehension and contributed positively to the overall learning process.
