Abstract

This research was triggered by the problem of the status and role of the MAN 2 Kudus Arabic teachers in the community which is not always in line with the predicate of the guru agama which is inherent when teaching in madrasa. This study aims to describe the status and role of the MAN 2 Kudus Arabic teachers in the community, explore their arguments and subjective responses from various surrounding community clusters. This research is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study stated: 1) All Arabic teachers in MAN 2 Kudus had social status and roles that penetrated several social fields, including medicine, organizational leadership, and spiritual counseling; 2) the relevance of the status and role of teachers in madrasas with within the community concerns three categories, indigenous Arabic teachers and migrants. Second, Arabic teachers graduated from Arabic Education (PBA) and non-PBA graduates. Third, senior and junior Arabic teachers; 3) The views of community institutions, religious leaders, madrassas, and ordinary people, related to the social status and role, First, Arabic teachers are not identical with guru agama. Second, Arabic teachers are identical to guru agama.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing the PBA curriculum development in the period of 1975-2013, viewed from ‘continuous and changing’ perspective on its components and exploring its causes. This was qualitative research with a historical approach, so that the data analysis was done by descriptive qualitative analysis. The results were as follows: first, in terms of the authority in curriculum compilation before KBK, the Government was quite dominant, and departments had role as curriculum implementers, although in the following years they were authorized to develop their own curriculum. Second, there were differences in naming the components and compositions of the curriculum structure in courses. Third, the learning process that was originally a transfer of knowledge (before KBK), teacher centered (TCL), and content based, turned into a method of inquiry (KBK) and sstudent centered learning (SCL). The outcomes shifted into the involvement of the community as stakeholders. Fourth, Arabic learning objective shifted from language goals that are only passive to holistic. The learning process also shifted on the materials, approaches, methods, techniques and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to identify items of character values ​​and methods of their internalization in learning ‘ilm al-ashwat in the Arabic Education Department of UNSIQ Wonosobo. It is a qualitative-descriptive study where data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation from the lecturer of ‘ilm al-ashwat, lecturer of character education, head of sub-section of academic and student affairs, and some students from semesters 3 and 5 who have taken the course. Participants of this research include the first semester students. Findings of this study show that there are some character values ​​ internalized in students when learning ‘ilm al-ashwat. The values ​​are classified into two categories. The first is those that are ​​implied in the learning method such as self-confidence, responsibility, reading interest, achievement-motivated quality, and curiosity. The second is those ​​that are implied in the teaching material of ‘ilm al-ashwat such as honesty, self-discipline, communicative attitude, and religiosity. Meanwhile, the internalization itself is done by role-modeling, prioritizing, and reflection.

Abstract

This research departs from the problem of developing the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MB- KM) curriculum in the PBA UNSIQ which considers the values of local wisdom, in addition to the principles of humanistic ethics in the form of learning freedom to choose competencies and subjects, according to student interest. From several studies related to the development of the MBKM that has been written, there is no research result that examines the development of the MBKM by considering the basic idea to balance local wisdom values and humanistic ethics principles that seem dualistic. This study more specifically discusses the study program's efforts to recondition two opposing value ideas with alternative curriculum development formats. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with a literature study, namely the documentation of the results of the development of the MBKM for the PBA UNSIQ. The results showed that the MBKM at PBA UNSIQ has been designed by paying attention to two ideas of humanistic ethics and local wisdom values. This is evidenced in the study program decisions to choose format and structure of the curriculum, design of the learning outcomes of each course, placement of courses, and allocation of credits in each semester

Abstract

The problem of stunted growth is one of the nutritional problems of the Indonesian nation. Stunting is nutritional status based on the PB/U or TB/U index wherein anthropometric standards for assessing children's nutritional status, the measurement results are at the threshold. Stunting that has occurred, if not balanced with catch-up growth (growth of work) will result in decreased growth. The problem of stunting is a public health problem that is associated with an increased risk of illness, death, and barriers to growth, both motor and mental. Seeing the dangers caused by stunting, the village midwife is committed to handling and reducing the prevalence of stunting which was discussed through interviews about stunting interventions held with KPM members for the acceleration of stunting management in 2022 for 30 days in Tlogo village. That the socialization discussed the need to strengthen coordination and expand the scope of programs carried out by members of the 2022 TbR KPM and also focus on reviewing the policy of the nutrition improvement movement as evidenced in the first 1000 days of a baby's life in the Tlogo an area called Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN). It aims to improve the quality of the program in order to reduce the stunting rate in each region according to the records of the village/village midwife.

Abstract

الفكرة الأساسيّة في هذا البحث هي إستراتيجيات التعليم و التواصل لاِكتساب مهارة اللغة العربيّة الفعالة. والسبب الكامن وراء هذه الفكرتين هو عدم اهتمام الـمعلم بنفسية الـمتعلم أو الطالب باعتباره موضوعا للتعلم في ناحية، وعدم انتباهه بالحالة الاجتماعية والثقافية للغة العربية كللغة الهدف في ناحية أخرى. لا يدرك الـمدرّس أنّ التعويد هو أمر مهم في اكتساب مهارة اللغة الثانية، وهو الأمر الذي سيشكل بيئة لغوية تنمي مهارة لغوية لدي الطالب، وتشجعه على الاهتمام باللغة العربية. ومن الناحية الاجتماعية والثقافية، لا يلفت الـمعلم نظره إلى السياق الثقافي للغة العربية في عملية التعليم، فيشعر الطالب بأنه في واد واللغة العربية في واد آخر، لا يفهم شيئا عن اللغة العربية ولا يجد أحدا يخبره أن اللغة الأم تختلف كثيرا عن اللغة الهدف أو الثانية. ولذلك، وجود ناطق اللغة في تعليم اللغة العربية أمر مهم، وهو بمثابة الـمرجع الذي نرجع إليه في أمور لغوية (الاصوات، والصرف والنحو، والدلالة، وعلم السيمياء)، وكذلك في أمور تتعلق بالثقافة العربية الصحيحة. ويتناول هذا البحث ظاهرة سائدة في تعليم اللغة العربية الذي لا يسير على منهج صحيح. وسببه أن المصادر التعليمية لا تتنقل من النظرية إلى العملية أو التطبيقية. ولم يزل الطلاب يشتغلون بحفظ النصوص الحوارية والقواعد النحوية. ولذلك علينا أن نشجع الطالب على الخوض في أنواع الـممارسات اللغوية مثل المناقشة، والخطابة، واستماع الأغنية، ومتابعة الأخبار العربية، وغير ذلك، حتى يستفيد منها كثيرا ويستطيع أن يكتسب مهارة اللغة بشكل فعال

Abstract

Telaah ini berangkat dari fenomena penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang tidak memperhatikan dan mempertimbangkan siswa sebagai subjek pembelajaran. Guru merumuskan perencanaan pembelajarannya berdasar asas selera, dan itu tidaklah objektif. Karena siswa, dengan tahapan usia, kematangan mental dan intelektual yang berbeda semestinya direspon oleh guru dan stake holder instansi pendidikan dengan treatment yang juga berbeda. Dalam tulisan ini, treatment tersebut diwujudkan dalam penentuan dan pemilihan strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemahiran qiraah. Strategi pembelajaran kemahiran qiraah untuk anak-anak usia dini (pedagogi) otomatis sangat berbeda dengan strategi pembelajaran untuk orang dewasa (andragogi). Studi pustaka ini bertujuan memetakan strategi-strategi pembelajaran kemahiran qiraah sekaligus menentukan kesesuaiannya dengan tahap pembelajar bahasa yang meliputi: pemula (mubtadi’in), menengah (mutawassithin) dan tingkat lanjut (mutaqaddimin). Sementara itu pemetaan dan penentuan strategi itu juga berlandaskan pertimbangan-pertimbangan, seperti relevansi, efektivitas dan efisiensi. Tulisan ini menghasilkan suatu produk konseptual berupa matriks strategi pembelajaran kemahiran qiraah untuk masing-masing jenjang yang telah disebut sebelumnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase translate Arabic-Indonesia santri experimental group (the group that followed the learning by using tarjamah maqtha’ adaby) with a control group students (groups that follow the learning without the use of tarjamah maqtha’ adaby). This study was conducted from Desember to January 2018. The research is a quantitative research, the experimental method design using pretest-postest control group design. The population in this study were all students off class 3 Wustho in the Pondok Pesantren Al-Mabrur banjarnegara as many as 25 students. The data collection techniques performed by using observation, interview, documentation, and test. While the assesment instrument made by validity and reability testing. Data of final analysis result using gain test and t test. Result of analysis for experiment class obtained value 0,388 with medium criterion. While in the control class obtained value 0,308 with medium criteria. It shows an increase in the experimental class by using Tarjamah Maqtha’ Adaby technique. And t test with 5% T_ (count) = 2,807 and df = 23 obtained t_tabel = 2,069 for T_ (count) > t_tabel.

Abstract

Introversion is the self-closing attitude with others. This attitude arises not as timid and inferior in front of them, but it is intense and comfortable with himself and feels enough of his qualities. Communication becomes a precious activity because the activity requires a subject outside itself. In the meantime, understanding the Arabic language requires someone to communicate effectively with others, verbally or in writing. The majority of teachers or language instructors in the class, have a major task, meant to make students skilled in communicating. Good value for students who ask a lot of questions, answers, discuss, brainstorm, do jobs, etc. Consequently, introversion is one of the psychological and social problems of language learning, especially for Arabic.
