Abstract

Entrepreneurship menjadi jalan yang paling efektif di tengah himpitan ekonomi yang semakin besar dan lapangan pekerjaan yang semakin sempit untuk membangkitkan kembali kehidupan perekonomian masyarakat. Entrepreneurship bukanlah seorang yang memilih usaha di semua bidang, tetapi memilih bidang usaha yang cocok dengan kemampuan dan minat yang dimiliki, lalu mempelajari, mengamati dari dekat, mengumpulkan informasi yang dibutuhkan, lalu bergerak dengan pengetahuannya itu untuk membangun usaha. Seorang wirausahawan harus memiliki kemampuan yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam menemukan dan menciptakan berbagai ide. Entrepreneurship mampu memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia. Semakin banyak enterpreneur maka makin kuatlah daya tahan benturan terhadap krisis ekonomi. Enterpreneur mampu memberikan alternatif yang baik untuk mengurangi bahkan menghapus angka pengangguran yang membesar. Ketahanan terhadap krisis ekonomi mampu ditopang dengan adanya enterpreneur yang mampu menampung pekerja dalam suatu perusahaan. Kewirausahaan merupakan sesuatu yang ada didalam jiwa seseorang, masyarakat dan organisasi yang karenanya akan dihasilkan berbagai macam aktivitas (sosial, politik, pendidikan), usaha dan bisnis. Kewirausahaan merupakan bidang yang sangat luas aktivitasnya, mulai dari individual entrepreneurship, industrial entrepreneurship sampai yang terakhir berkembang adalah social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about consumer behavior in marketing, and the need for approaches to consumer behavior. Consumer behavior is the process that a business person goes through in finding a customer. Because the presence of a customer in a business can affect the growth and development of a business. Therefore, conducting a consumer behavior research analysis is very important in a company.

Abstract

One of the muamalah activities is doing business. Business is defined as an activity carried out by humans to obtain income or income or fortune in order to meet the needs and desires of their lives by managing economic resources effectively and efficiently. Substantively in accordance with the development of practical science, business activities consist of activities in the fields of production, marketing, finance and human resources. This research focuses on the linen leasing system applied by the laundry, which is usually a leasing system correlated with the main business of the laundry, namely washing activities carried out by the laundry by paying attention to several pillars and conditions of ijaroh. the objectives of this study include: 1) To find out the lease of linen at Barack Professional Laundry; 2) To find out the lease of linen at Barack Professional Laundry from the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah.The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data were obtained from primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out in three ways, namely: reduction, exposure, conclusion drawing. Linen leasing at Barack Professional Laundry is done by leasing linen owned by the laundry to the hotel, but not all hotels use this leasing service. Only hotels that have not met the par stock of linen use linen rental services. Linen leasing has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of ijaroh.
